The beach and the bar were close by.

The cleaning lady didn't always restock the minibar. It was impossible to relax because of the loud music.

We recently stayed at Ananea Kleopatra Beach in Alanya and are overall very pleased with our stay. It was larger than we expected, but because it is split into several different buildings, it never feels like a giant or impersonal hotel complex. Some of the buildings are located right on the beach, while others are across the street. There is a tunnel connecting the sections so you do not have to cross the road. We stayed in the beachfront building and had a sea view from our room. The hotel features three pool areas and its own sun loungers on the beach. We spent our days on the beach, where finding a sun lounger was never an issue. By the pools, however, we noticed the classic behavior of people reserving loungers at the crack of dawn. The breakfast was very good, the service was good, and there is a gym with everything you need. We had a few meals at the beach restaurant, House of Bohem. The food there was good, but what we especially loved was their amazing Bohemian Lemonade and their Acai Bowl.

The only things that slightly lowered the experience were the room's Wi-Fi and the communication. The internet was incredibly unstable; during the day it did not work at all, and it was only during the night and early morning that we got a stable connection. Granted, you do not spend all day in your room surfing the web, but at times it was quite annoying. Additionally, they did not answer any questions via Booking before our trip, so I had to call the hotel directly to get answers. Despite the internet issues, we warmly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and cozy atmosphere.

The guys at reception were very friendly. They walked us to the room and showed us everything. The breakfast food itself was tasty and the selection was good.

Cleanliness in the suite was poor: long black hairs on the floor and dust in several places around the rooms. Soundproofing is practically non existent. The bathroom is the worst: we could clearly hear our neighbours' music and conversations through the wall. The room is also close to the stage, so we heard all the music from the evening events until 00:30. The shared dining hall on the ground floor is in absolutely inhuman condition. Stifling heat, the air conditioning was not working, no fans at all. Even the local Turkish staff were walking around drenched in sweat. Awful. The fruit was also poorly washed. The coffee machines are a separate nightmare. Two machines for all hundreds of guests, with a constant queue of four or five people. The machine takes forever to make a simple cappuccino, and every single time my turn came it threw an error and demanded that someone empty the used coffee container, refill the water, or add milk. You really need to do something about this. It should not be this way!!! Value for money is terrible. We paid over 300 USD per night. That is serious money even by European and American standards, let alone for a small resort town in Turkey. We will definitely not come back and will not recommend this hotel until you either fix all of these problems or lower your prices.

Vi bestilte utsikt fra rommet og da fikk vi over taket til restauranten. Vi fikk ikke se stranden.

We liked the property and facilities like pool, beach access and resturant. We booked all inclusive package , they provided very good variety of food each time - Breakfast, lunch , snacks and dinner. The customer relation team is well organized and always ready to work on any issues to make their customers happy. I like to mention the the name of the relationship manager Mr. Flo treated us best.

In booking.com it was mentioned as free shuttle service from and to airport (antalaya) but it was not arranged on arrival, when we reached property by our own they said they don't have such facility for free. As discussed with customer relationship team they were ready to arrange for us shuttle serivce with a charge. I am not sure its a mistake happend from hotel side or from booking.com. Kindly check and adivse.

Have stayed at the hotel before and been satisfied. The variety of food was very good, I can state that even though my stay was 17 days, I did not experience the food either boring or repetitive. The whole atmosphere of the hotel has a vibe that appeals to me personally. Clean, fresh, consistent. Soft music, nice entertainment..

Main courses were not always hot, if I should absolutely have to remark on something, as improvement perhaps. But it was nothing that directly affected my experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein Hotel mit Herz, Qualität und außergewöhnlicher Gastfreundschaft Zum zweiten Mal durfte ich meinen Urlaub im Ananea Kleopatra Beach Hotel verbringen, und auch dieses Mal wurden meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Mein besonderer Dank gilt der Hotelmanagerin Hatice und Mert aus der Gästebetreuung. Beide haben sich mit großer Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität um die Gäste gekümmert. Man spürt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft nicht nur ein Wort ist, sondern täglich gelebt wird. Durch ihre Unterstützung, ihr offenes Ohr und ihre freundliche Art fühlte ich mich jederzeit willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Ebenso möchte ich mich herzlich beim Team der Rezeption mit İrem, Nat und Hasan bedanken. Freundlich, kompetent und jederzeit hilfsbereit – genau so wünscht man sich den Empfang in einem Hotel. Ein großes Lob verdient auch das Küchenteam mit Edin, Kader, Yezim, Mehmet, Seval, Öner, Erkan Usta und Enver. Jeden Tag wurde mit viel Einsatz und Engagement gearbeitet, damit die Gäste einen angenehmen Aufenthalt genießen können. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt auch dem Housekeeping- und Reinigungsteam. Mein Zimmer wurde täglich mit großer Sorgfalt gereinigt und gepflegt. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, in den Fluren und in der gesamten Hotelanlage war hervorragend. Gerade als Gast spürt man, wie viel Arbeit, Fleiß und Liebe zum Detail dahinterstecken. Dafür möchte ich dem gesamten Reinigungsteam meinen aufrichtigen Dank aussprechen. Vielen Dank auch an Yusuf, Meryem und Oğuzhan aus dem Bereich Fırın/Bäckerei, an das Sicherheitsteam mit Alpay, Murat, Kadir, Salih und Rıza sowie an das Service- und Restaurantteam mit Barış, Melike, Recep und Umut. Jeder Einzelne hat dazu beigetragen, dass man sich wohl, sicher und wertgeschätzt fühlt. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, die gepflegte Hotelanlage, die hervorragende Lage direkt am Kleopatra-Strand und die familiäre Atmosphäre machen dieses Hotel zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Es gab nichts, was meinen Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Ich habe mich vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl, sicher und willkommen gefühlt.

Nye folk i resepsjonen hele tiden. Sur sjef i resepsjonen. Betalte ekstra for sjøutsikt (ca.3000kr )men den var dårlig. Klaget i 3 dager,men ga opp tilslutt. De lovet å skulle bytte vårt rom men skjedde aldri. Litt masete de som gikk rundt og anbefalte massasje.

Локация отеля хорошая- это единственный +, не навязчивый турецкий сервис перешел все границы: Берешь Бакал Prosecco с кофе 340лир, ровно через минуту заканчивается Prosecco и тебе продают не бокал а маленькую бутылку= бокалу за 640 лир, и тот же турецкий кофе который официанты приносят на завтрак первые два дня за отдельную оплату за завтраком в 9.00при полупонсионе- ок, только было смешно когда. Сальма решила что теперь кофе будут готовить только с 10.00. И так на каждом шагу .. заранее на ресепшене я попросила Ждамиля на мой номер поставить позний выезд, сказал без вопросов доплата 30 евро. - подойдите после завтрака в день выезда, заранее нельзя оплатить!В день выезда 28.05.2026. Сказал - нет мест и пришлось ждать трансфер 5 часов в холле… и то же кофе что утром оплатила - хотели снять оплату повторно!! Пока не показала чек! За номер 5115 вообще молчу музыка с соседнего отеля с 8 утра до 23.00 так громыхала что я не слышала даже звонок телефона! Локацыя и еда отличная , сотрудники не соответствуют даже 3*** я такого отвратительного сервиса не видела никогда!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut – das ist leider der einzige Pluspunkt. Der aufdringliche türkische Service hat hier wirklich jede Grenze überschritten. Man bestellt ein Glas Prosecco mit Kaffee für 340 Lira – eine Minute später heißt es plötzlich, der Prosecco sei ausverkauft, und statt eines Glases wird einem eine kleine Flasche zum Preis von 640 Lira verkauft. Derselbe türkische Kaffee, den die Kellner an den ersten beiden Tagen kostenlos zum Frühstück servierten, kostete plötzlich extra – obwohl Halbpension gebucht war. Besonders absurd war, dass Salma entschied, Kaffee werde erst ab 10:00 Uhr serviert. Und so ging es bei allem weiter. An der Rezeption bat ich Cemil im Voraus um einen Late Check-out. Er sagte sofort: „30 Euro Aufpreis, kommen Sie einfach nach dem Frühstück bezahlen.“ Eine Vorauszahlung sei angeblich nicht möglich. Am Abreisetag, dem 28.05.2026, hieß es dann plötzlich, es gäbe keine freien Zimmer mehr. Dadurch musste ich 5 Stunden in der Lobby auf meinen Transfer warten. Sogar für den Kaffee, den ich morgens bereits bezahlt hatte, wollte man erneut kassieren – erst nachdem ich den Beleg gezeigt hatte, hörte das auf. Über Zimmer 5115 schweige ich besser: Die Musik aus dem Nachbarhotel war von 8 Uhr morgens bis 23 Uhr so laut, dass ich nicht einmal mein Telefon hören konnte. Die Lage und das Essen sind wirklich gut, aber das Personal entspricht nicht einmal einem 3-Sterne-Hotel. Einen derart schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Wir hatten nur B&B gehabt und wollten ein Tag auf dem Strand bleiben dafür wollten wir im Hotel All Inclusive haben. Es ist nur an 3 Tage möglich gewesen. Hotelzimmer würden geputzt aber nicht sauber naher gewesen.

Hyggelig personal, veldig behjelpelige. Hotellet holder god standard, rent og pent. Maten var veldig bra, og de lager gode drinker.

Mysiga rum, härlig atmosfär och fantastiskt läge på stranden.

Lovely seaside location with very large swimming pool, lovely bars, great restaurants and amazing staff who were so helpful. We want to thank Mehmet and his driver who drove us back and forth and supported us so well when we had a problem with our car. We have never had such help from hotel staff and were so thankful and impressed by it.

Близко к морю, мы отдыхали в начале ноября, на пляже людей было не много, поэтому было очень комфортно близкое расположение к морю и собственный пляж. Замечательная кухня, брали завтрак-ужин, нам не нужно все включено, так как не пьем алкоголь. Обедали в городе или в замечательном ресторане при отеле.

Несколько ночей была слишком громкая музыка, но это особенность отеля на береговой линии(

Hotel w pięknym stylu boho, z cudownym klimatem i świetną muzyką. Sunset party z DJ-em to totalny hit! 🧡 Jedzenie przepyszne – nie trafiłam na nic, co by mi nie smakowało. Pokoje czyste i przyjemne, obsługa bardzo miła. Hotel ma prywatną plażę, kilka basenów (kryty i odkryty), siłownię i spa. Duży plus za lokalizację – po wyjściu jesteśmy w samym centrum Alanyi. Po 22 alkohol w all inclusive już niedostępny, ale płatne drinki są naprawdę świetne. Czytałam, że hotel jest głośny, ale moim zdaniem klimat jest po prostu wakacyjny – zależy, czego kto szuka. Poza tym – miejsce idealne na relaks w pięknym stylu! 🌴✨

Jedyny minus to trudna dostępność żelazka – przez kilka dni nie udało się wypożyczyć.

Die Sauna und der Fitnessbereich waren geschlossen wegen Wasserschäden. Mitarbeiter waren zurückhaltend.

L'endroit est très bien placé. La plage était belle et l'eau bonne (même fin octobre), on y était tous les jours. La nourriture était bonne et il y avait beaucoup de choix. L'hôtel était joli et bien décoré. Le personnel était gentil, la chambre était spacieuse. Je conseille vraiment cet hôtel. Un très bon rapport qualité prix et on y a passé de merveilleuses vacances.

Pas grand chose. La musique de temps en temps c'est sympa, l'ambiance était bonne. Mais tous les soirs jusqu'à minuit c'est un peu trop. On a eu une soirée avec une ambiance plus calme et c'était aussi plus agréable pour prendre un verre. Des jus de fruits fraîchement pressés! Je devais toujours en prendre au vendeur hors de l'hôtel. Il y a en plus un tas de super fruits délicieux. C'est dommage de ne pas proposer cela au sein de l'hôtel. Les cocktails sont un peu chers par rapport au reste, mais c'est ok. Transferts et late checkout sont trop chers par contre.

Хороший отель, с красивыми интерьерами, в которых приятно находиться. Завтрак шведский стол - вполне хорош за свои деньги. Море рядом, жили в корпусе, который ближе к морю. В начале октября на пляже было не супер многолюдно, занимать лежаки заранее не приходилось. Персонал приветливый, на пляже не всегда удается поймать официанта, но это не проблема - бар рядом с пляжем. В номере чисто, кровать неплохая, белье новое. Впечатления очень положительные.

Tosi tyylikäs, rento, boheemi ja kotoisa sisustus. Erittäin hyvä sijainti. Mukava sänky, kivasti erilaisia ravintoloita ja auringonottoalueita. Siisti ranta. Kiva bonus oli automaatit vesipullojen täyttöä varten. Rantaravintolassa oli hyvää ruokaa (mm.sushia), acai -bowleja ja erikoiskahveja.

Aamiainen oli suppea ja samaa joka aamu (viikon ajan). Kuivatuotteita (erilaisia muroja ja pähkinöitä ja siemeniä) oli yksi pöytä täynnä, mutta niiden kanssa olisi kaivannut esim yksittäispakattuja jogurtteja ja rahkoja, marjoja. Olisimme myös kaivanneet vaihtelua hedelmävalikoimaan; meidän ollessa oli vain greippiä, rypäleitä, kiiviä ja hunajamelonia. Olisi ollut kiva olla vesimelonia, tuoretta ananasta, appelsiinia ja mandariinia. Tuorepuristettu appelsiinimehu ja joku vaihtuva smoothie olisi oletus tämän tasoisen hotellin aamiaiselle. Huone ei ole äänieristetty, vaikka niin mainostavat. Käytävästä muiden asiakkaiden äänet kuuluvat huoneeseen. Kallis all inclusive -paketti. Liian kylmä vesi uima-altaissa. Olisi kiva jos edes joku kolmesta altaasta olisi lämmitetty.

Amazing location and facilities. Lovely staff, and great food options both at the buffet with good variety inc local food options. Cafe Boheme also had amazing healthy but yummy food options, including sushi, açai bowls - make sure you book to get 10-20% off your bill as it’s not included in the all inclusive/ half board (only the main Cantina restaurant is).

The gym was great but really needed air con and some towels.

Perfect spot if you would like to enjoy quiet stay with a possibility of puking and outing . Perfect beach spot.

We stayed at this hotel as a group of seven people while hosting our company strategy session and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both work and relaxation. A special thank you to Feyyaz, the manager, who was incredibly attentive and always ready to help with any request — from meeting room arrangements to small daily needs. His professionalism and warm attitude made our stay even better. Totally recommend this place — we’d love to come back!

De locatie dicht aan het strand en fijn lunch restaurant Boheme aan het strand. Ook leuke Irish Pub bij het hotel. Fijne zwembaden met fijne ligbedden.

De studio kamer was minder dan op de foto's. Het balkon keek recht op het dak van het restaurant uit, niet fijn. Geen 2 persoons bedden maar alleen 1 persoons bedden en de matrassen waren niet fijn, lagen vervelend met kuilen er in. Het diner buffet had niet erg veel keus in warme gerechten en toetjes.

Die Lage ist super. Beide Strände sind sehr bequem und Angebot an Bars ist vielfältig . Der Strand ist einfach traumhaft

I’ve stayed at Cooks more than five times - I come every year because I love the atmosphere and the team. The beach is amazing, and the direct sea view rooms are my absolute favorite! A special thanks to manager Feyyaz, who’s always so helpful, attentive, and truly professional. Coming to Cooks feels like coming home. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be back in the spring.

Mkt folk, rörigt upplagt på buffen mycket spring fram och tillbaka. Väldigt lyhört , mkt väsen från närliggande hotell kvällstid . Inte städ varje dag , inga utlovade strandhanddukar och svinkalla pooler.

La chambre était magnifique, la vue splendide et l’emplacement était top pour aller en visiter c’était pratique et pour se balader dans la ville également. Un grand merci à tout le personnel qui était vraiment au petit soin et excrément gentil. Je tiens également à remercier à dame qui a nettoyer ma chambre tout le long de mon séjour la chambre était impeccable et elle me souriait chaque matin quand je sortais de ma chambre je crois qu’elle s’appelait Fatma c’est véritablement une perle. Je tiens également à remercier le gérant de l’hôtel qui s’est souvenu que c’était mon anniversaire pendant mon séjour et qui a mis en place une jolie deco dans ma chambre et offert une bouteille de champagne. Grâce à vous j’ai passé un merveilleux séjour et un anniversaire que je n’oublierai jamais. C’est sûr je reviendrai.

Le seul bémol de l’hôtel je dirais c’est l’insonorisation de la chambre. Étant donné que j’étais au premier et que j’avais pris vue sur la mer. Le soir j’entendais absolument tout le bruit venant du beach club c’est dommage car si par exemple on veut se reposer ce n’est pas vraiment faisable avec le bruit de la musique et des gens. Ce serait bien d’avoir du double vitrage sur les fenêtres ça réglerait cela.

Die Hotelanlage ist modern eingerichtet direkt am Strand. Man hat 3 verschiedene Pools die man nutzen kann. Personal war immer sehr freundlich ubd hilfsbereit

Als All inklusive Gast konnte man nur in die All la Carte Restaurants innerhalb einer Stunde um vom Allinklusiv Package zu profitieren und das mitten im Nachmittag.(15:00-16:00) War für mich persönlich schade.

Perfekt beliggenhet, rent og pent, fantastisk mat. Fin live musikk på kvelden. Vi oppgraderte til et fantastisk rom med havutsikt og stooor balkong med boblebad. Supert!! Hun i resepsjonen med blått/rosa hår var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende!!

God morgenmad, skønt personale og overordnet skønt sted.

Если брать номер с видом на море ,номеров с прямым видом на море очень мало и не факт что он вам достанется …номер люкс просто потрясающий …благодаря управляющему решили этот вопрос и при доплате получили потрясающий номер с шикарными видами на рассветы и закаты ,шумом моря

Sehr schöne Pools, sehr schöne BeachBar, schöner Strandabschnitt (wenn auch etwas viele Liegen für den kleinen Abschnitt). Auch der Service war größtenteils hervorragend, insbesondere Murat, Batuhan und Jacob leisten super Arbeit an der Strandbar und sind immer für einen Spaß zu haben - Danke dafür!

Ein Zimmermädchen hat die Handtücher aus unserem Zimmer entfernt und keine neuen Handtücher hinterlassen. Auf mehrfaches Anrufen an der Rezeption wurden keine neuen Handtücher gebracht sodass ich mich selbst um neue Handtücher kümmern musste - ein absolutes No-Go für ein 4*-Haus. Aber noch viel schlimmer: Ich habe mir bei einem Abendessen im Hotel auf übelste Art und Weise den Magen verstimmt, sodass ich den folgenden Tag komplett flach lag. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und bedeutet für mich leider, dass ich Cook’s Club nicht weiter empfehlen kann.

Amazing stylish atmosphere, good food and drinks, very caring staff and very good looked after facilities. Overall an amazing place for a chilled beach holiday. Would definitely recommend and consider coming back.

Hard to catch any sun beds by the main pool unless you’re up for 7.30am 😆 other than that, all great and no complaints!

Das Hotel an sich ist schön aufgeteilt mit mehreren Pools und ein privater Strand. Das personal war sehr freundlich.

Sehr wenige Essensauswahl im Buffet, 1-2 Hauptspeisen und der Rest war nur kalte Beilage. Der technische Zustand ist echt schlecht, man hört wirklich alles aus dem Zimmer, aus der Toilette stinkt es nach Abfluss, das Badezimmer war etwas angeschimmelt. Es gibt 2 weitere Restaurants bei, a la carte kann man als all inclusive gast nur einige speisen bestellen und beim anderen Restaurant muss man zahlen, was meiner Meinung nicht wirklich all inclusive ist. Es heißt all inclusive aber dann kommen sie mit “das ist nicht inkludiert, nur für ultra all inclusive”. Für den preis kann man ein wirkliches all inclusive hotel buchen.

Good location, amazing food, great beach.

I was in a 'lux' room, and it's quite upsetting that in the lux room one of the air conditioners wasn't working properly. Since the bar is open for everyone(people who don't live in the hotel can come and buy drinks/food) barmen and other stuff members do not care about you at all. Not a single time I was asked if I wanted a drink or something. But if someone, who has no belt(the one that indicates you live in a hotel) comes to sit at the table - the waiter would come immediately to greet them.

Уже второй летний отпуск провожу в Cook's Club Alanya. В этот раз забронировала номер в корпусе, который расположен прямо у моря. Сам номер большой, чистый и уютный. Уборка производилась каждый день Пройдя через вестибюль отеля, вы прямо выходите к пляжу, что есть очень удобно и комфортно. Весь персонал доброжелательный, отзывчивый и готов помочь в любой ситуации.

Недостатков не увидела

It exceeded our expectation. The pools were amazing. There is 2 small ones in the quiet area, one big one with dj and music and one inside. The beach was super fun and comfortable. The breakfast was great and very diverse. My partner who is vegan found a lot of options to eat and they had vegan milk for coffee. The room is super nice and clean and spacious. The staff is super friendly.

Absolutely nothing wish we stayed longer.

Mieux préciser le système all inclusive.

Es ist allgemein sehr schön als Pärchen und auch alleine oder in der Gruppe. Tolle Lage, das Personal unglaublich hilfsbereit! Nicht weit vom Zentrum mit dem Taxi sehr nah, viele Beachclubs in der Nähe und auch Clubs. Im Hotel kann man super entspannen, tolle Massageangebote, das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Unglaublich hilfsbereite Arbeiter die unsere Koffer hin und her getragen haben. Es waren 24 Stunden Mitarbeiter vor Ort sodass man sich unglaublich sicher gefühlt hat.

Die Zimmer bei der Rezeption waren nicht so meins da man durch einen Pub gehen muss. Ich habe aber um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten und das hat dann auch funktioniert. Die Sauberkeit (in den Zimmern) war auch nicht sehr toll, unsere Handtücher wurden nur gewechselt wenn ich explizit danach gefragt habe. Ich finde es schade das man nur was bekommt wenn man ausdrücklich danach fragt. Die Zimmerkarte hat 2 mal nicht funktioniert, musste wieder zur Rezeption.

Flera pooler att vilja mellan plus 2 olika privata ”stränder”. Personalen hur trevliga som helst de måste man ge dem. Städ personalen får 10/10 stjärnor!

Rummet vi hade va ganska slitet, vi hade 2 balkonger med noll ljud isolering. Man kunde höra allt som hände utanför… så de va svårt att sova gott om nätterna. För pengarna vi betalde för rummet hade jag kunnat få något finare enkelt men men.. nu vet man det till nästa gång iallafall.

Upon checking in to our original room, the room wasn’t properly clean prior to us getting there. There was shaving hair all over the sink when I called and asked for a refund for my stay they upgraded our room to a suite which is nice, but I did wanna check out instead, however the suite that we checked into wasn’t also properly cleaned. I don’t think housekeeping goes above and beyond to make sure everything is spotless, especially for the price that this hotel is it’s not so much on the lower end so I had more expectations.

Super nice location. You have everything what you need

Good location, friendly staff, direct access to the sea, nice beach.

Very poor internet - if you need to work or stay connected, you’ll have constant issues. Also very noisy until midnight - if you want to sleep earlier, you’ll need earplugs.

De vibe was geweldig, het interieur zag er ook rust gevend en gezellig uit. De ligging was perfect, direct aan het strand, prima faciliteiten, aardige activiteiten en direct in het centrum. Waardoor je ook de hotel kan ontsnappen, mocht je dit willen. Wij hadden geen all inclusief maar als wij de volgende keer weer komen (wat wij zeker van plan zijn) dan gaan wij dit zeker doen! Een absolute aanrader om te boeken met een all inclusief arrangement.

De hotelkamer van ons keek tegen de zijkant van de hotel ernaast aan. Waardoor je een gigantische ventilator zag van de airconditioning. Het had wel een leukere uitzicht mogen zijn.

My experience at this resort was very disappointing. The room was not practical. The small table on my left side had a small, uncomfortable chair that wasn’t suitable for placing anything. In the bathroom, the holder for the small towels was damaged and constantly broken. Additionally, the power outlet on the left side of the bed, where I tried to charge my phone, didn’t work — there was no electrical contact. The overall service was poor for such a large hotel. This was my first experience in a resort of this kind, and it was completely negative. In comparison, smaller hotels like Cook’s Club in Alanya offer much better service. Another major issue was the seaside — the water was dirty and full of small pieces of plastic. It felt like a polluted place, not somewhere to enjoy a relaxing holiday. I paid 545.75 euros for this stay 5 nights , and honestly, it was not worth it. I would not recommend this place. It was dirty, expensive, and far below expectations.
