Peaceful and quiet place. Excellent for my family retreat where one purposely want to slow down everything and bring back the focus to each other.

Some may find there is nothing much to do.

A truly magnificent and special place. It was exceptionally quiet when we stayed which meant we had the whole resort .. calm and serene and an opportunity to experience the sounds and feel of nature The staff can not do enough to help make the stay wonderful

Como aspecto de mejora: al estar metido en plena selva no hay nada alrededor, por lo que se agradecería que el propio hotel tuviese alguna opción de cena más allá de las 6.30 de la tarde (la única opción pedir un grab que tardan mas de 1 hora en traer la comida)

We enjoyed a one-night getaway with 4 of us friends. The chalet we stayed in was clean and spacious with a nice view of the pool and the surrounding trees. We took a walk in the evening before dinner-time just before sunset. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. The food was tasty and the portions were very generous.

A beautiful oasis in stunning western Penang. This place is truly magical. The tented villa was simply out of this world, the food was great and the staff do friendly! Couldn’t have asked for more!

Great escape away. Not much to do in the actual resort but the butterfly farm was very close.

Difficile de trouver un transport car l'endroit est isolé. Il faut proposer au Grab de lui payer aussi le retour afin qu'il accepte de vous y emmener.

Was a very pleasant, exciting stay and did enjoy this very special resort a lot being that close to the nature. The team was very friendly and service oriented and like to encourage the ressort to move forward on this more sustainable concept.

This is one of the most magical places to stay. I’m so happy we got to enjoy this unique property and the incredible service.

To get to the location is rather difficult. Long winding road was further 1km away from the main road. Best to arrive when there are still daylight

One of the most beautiful and unique places we have ever stayed. A villa in the middle of a rain forest surrounded by the most beautiful nature. Everyone there was so accommodating and nice.

The rooms next to the pools might be a bit noisy sometimes when guests are having a swim, but the staff of the hotel was able to enforce the quiet time during the night.

Communication via booking.com is seemed to be not well established. However, the property has initiated the direct contact with us for all requirements. Therefore, it is still acceptable

Secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of baru ferringhi which is about 25 min drive. Surrounded with lush jungle with nothing to do is the best way to relax and re charge. The staff was helpful. Didn't feel like we were in Penang itself. Must have your own vehicle because it is quite secluded and the nearest restaurant is about 15 min drive.

Maybe the need to improve the level of cleanliness of the windows in the room since it gets easily dirty but other than that nothing really.

Looking for relaxing place away from busyness, so this place attracts me coz its built between the natures and away from crowds. Restaurant- the food quality was great, and perhaps too generous for the serving size. We didn’t finish the dinner due to : excess order for the 4 pax (2 adults+2 children), and the lack of details on the menu. Would be great if the qty of food is indicated on the menu (pieces of satay/nuggets etc) and do consider children consumption portion for the snacks as well breakfast.

The low water pressure for shower and the heater, it cuts off /on itself in the middle of shower. Water is freezing in the night. It’s bit bored when it rains and we have not much things to do staying in room since no Television available in the room. Would be great if the resort can provide gadgets (wifi available) or create more in house activities for the guests (board games/ping pong tables etc)

The environment is calm and good. It's a good place to rest.

The breakfast quality can be improved. Not much choices of breakfast can be chosen. The coffee and tea is very mild. Environment is good but there are no facilities here except the swimming pool.

There is nothing much to do. 2 nights was too long in my opinion. The pool was much smaller than expected and the room was not clean from all the dead insects on the floor and bed

Located in the forest / jungle inland in Penang. The villas are cute and have everything you need. Staff are really friendly and the food was good!!

Boulder Valley is a lovely place to stay, nestled deep into a steep lush valley, only the forest sounds at night. The staff are charming and helpful. The monkeys were well-mannered: they were easy to observe and they didn't beg for food or steal our gear. We loved it!

The idea of the modern camping in a beautiful rainforest is totally fascinating. The team are totally helpful, friendly and accommodating

Since there is very limited staffs around during night time and the location is basically based in the middle of the rain forest, the security system especially the door of the room should be more secure, however is it not.

The breakfast is valuable with money. The place is suitable for parents who wants to bring their kids for camping in very convenient and comfortable way. The tent is spacious and the verandah is large enough for you to enjoy the view.There are wifi point in several place which you don't have to worry about internet. Sure, we will repeat this place in future.

The swimming pool is quite deep and not so suitable for kids. If your kids wish to swim here make sure someone is there to accompany and play together with them.

Located at the good location. The vibe is really good. The staffs are so friendly.

I thought the breakfast will be buffet style but turn out its not.

The resort is located in a jungle. You can stay outdoors all day long. Great for hikes.

The photos are a bit misleading. The resort is build in a way that you face the parking. So half of the view are the mountains. And half is the parking. The restaurant is so so. The staff was a bit too loud in the evening. We had to complain about that. They stopped the party after the complaint.

A cool place surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed walking around the glamping sites, enjoying nature and breathing in the fresh air. We enjoyed the pool as well. The breakfast menus are limited but I’d say good. Overall, perfect for y’all looking for a ‘healing’ spot

The road normally used to reach this place is closed due to landslide, had to use the further one instead. No prob as long it’s safe. Also, not much to do at night.

Fantastische plek, mooi, rustig en natuurlijk. Met super service gerichte staf. We (gezin, 3 jongere kinderen) hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Een aanrader!

Location is excellent, away from all the hustle and bustle. The room is nice too.

Wifi - low coverage (probably given the location of the place) but we are required to log in every time the password expires, and the wifi only allows up to/capped at a minimum number of devices. In-room breakfast was so so too.

The stairs near and around the wet area and swimming pool need to be kept clean from wet and moss to avoid slipperiness.

There was not much to do, small pool, you have to almost walk everywhere yourself (no shuttle service). Some insects and lizards walking through the bathroom, could be better isolated.
