It could be a perfect hotel—it has everything needed for a short stay—but it isn't cheap, so urgent attention should be paid to improving quality (cleanliness, scents).

The hotel could use a refresh: the carpets in the common areas need replacing or removing, and the unpleasant odor in the hotel needs to be addressed.

le séjour et les infrastructures étaient agréables et en accord avec l'annonce, nous n'avons eu qu'un petit ennui avec la télévision. La piscine était OK

tout était correct, pas de point négatif à souligné - peut-être un point sur le verrou de la salle de bain qui s'est bloqué seul deux fois sans trop de problème pour le débloquer la cuisine de l'établissement était assez originale dans les énoncés et les idées mais l'exécution était un peu moins à la hauteur: saumon trop cuit, poulet un peu sec

van bij onze aankomst, onthaal (receptie) zeer goed , kamer helemaal naar wens alsook elke dag het reinigen ervan ,ontbijt en restaurant zeker genoeg keuze en wederom vriendelijk en correct personeel. In de bar misschien een betere opvolging van de dranken ( porto, pineau en calvados was op ) maar geen probleem ,op aanraden van de uiterst vriendelijke barjuffrouw kregen we andere lekkere drankjes aangeboden.

The room is a bit worn down especially the toilet. The shower and toilet floor have stains and the shower head is not functional properly. There’s a strong smell of drainage in the room.

Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, Abflüsse von Dusche und Lavabo rochen sehr unangenehm, Boden von Dusche war schleimig und fleckig.

De klantvriendelijkheid van de receptioniste was uitmuntend. Ze heeft ons perfect geholpen na een verkeerde boeking en heeft gezorgd dat alles goedkwam zonder stress. Zo zie je het niet vaak meer.

Het ontbijt buffet gaat om 6:30 open, maar wij wilden vroeg vertrekken. Dus een iets ruimere openingstijd was fijn geweest zodat we meer tijd hadden om rustig te zitten, ontbijten en genieten van het ontbijtbuffet.

Sauberkeit war nicht besonders, alles recht abgenutzt, entspricht eben einem Durchreisehotel.

Lovely quiet room. Hot shower with a large overhead shower head. Nice soft towels and top quality shower products. The bed was nice and large with a firm mattress. The floor was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and spoke english, food was really nice with a decent selection of drinks etc. Check out was easy with a drop off box, handy when leaving early for the eurotunnel.

Bathroom had a few areas that were missed so a few marks were present, not sure if the TV was supposed to just have english channels (maybe this is a thing for each guest?) So there was a limit on what was available.

The whole point of staying in the Holiday Inn at Calais is to overnight prior to catching the early morning ferry or tunnel. Unfortunately a very load buzzing sound from the ceiling above our room from midnight prevented a good nights sleep, in fact it would have been better to sleep in the car and saved the £150!!

Vety clean and comfortable with lovely staff members - excellent to have some outdoor space to play with the kids after dinner! Chcikens randomly wandering around which our little one loved! The best possible location for Eurotunnel!!

De lobby/ontvangst ziet er mooi uit, een fijne lichte ruimte. Allemaal zitjes om even te ontspannen. Er is een gym, zwembad en in de bar een pooltafel. Je hoeft je echt niet te vervelen. De ligging van het hotel vond ik top en het personeel heel vriendelijk. Mijn kamer was keurig netjes en schoon, totaal niets op aan te merken.

Van mij mogen de openbare ruimtes wel wat schoner. In de bar staan allemaal smoezelige stoeltjes en er was op dat moment te weinig personeel. De dame die alleen achter de bar stond liet zich niet gek maken en bleef super vriendelijk. Ik sliep op de eerste verdieping dus ik nam de trap in plaats van de lift. Daar waar het zicht op houdt in de lobby en de vloerbedekking begint is het gewoon echt vies, alsof er al weken geen stofzuiger en/of dwijl door het trappenhuis is gehaald. Het ontbijt vond ik echt tegen vallen, prijs/kwaliteit is niet in verhouding.

Perfect location close to the tunnel. There is a large garden, a gym and pool. Rooms are large, and we had a comfortable stay. There are rapid charging station which is very useful

There was no bottle of water in the room. The restaurant must be booked in advance. The food was very nice, however, service was very long

Good shower comfortable beds

Room was very small, even though it was advertised as king size. Big TV in the room but no access to any ‘smart’ channels. The roof leaked soaking the carpet in the lobby which made a very unpleasant smell. The bin area was extremely smelly with loads of rats

The staff were a bit rude and not very welcoming on both reception and the restaurant. Food in the restaurant was over priced and coffee at breakfast was awful!!

Ik vond de kamer een beetje kaal en basic ingericht, de badkamer kan ook een update gebruiken.

A part le sauna en panne rien. Mais c’est pas encore trop grave.

Le lit était confortable. Petit-déjeuner était très varié et très bon. La piscine chauffée était très agréable.

Un petit bruit répétitif de la climatisation la nuit. L'insonorisation indiqué qui ne l'était pas complètement. Tarifs du restaurant trop élevés.

Hôtel très agréable, avec plein de services, Piscine, salle de sport, petit dej / dîner, on s’y sens bien Personnel professionnel, petit déjeuner agréable. Je recommande car j’ai trouvé le rapport qualité prix très intéressant !

Malheureusement la salle de bain n’était pas nettoyé ou très mal nettoyé… il y avait des cheveux de femmes un peu partout dans la baignoire … ce n’était pas compliqué de les enlever. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles j’ai été déçu de ce côté là. Nous étions venus à 2 Familles et leur chambre aussi, ils ont constaté que la salle de bain était mal nettoyé et cheveux également dans la salle de bain.

Séjour de 3 nuits en chambre spacieuse et confortable et propre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 9 ans. Personnel souriant et sympathique. Piscine appréciable propre et chauffée. Serviettes mises à disposition à l'accueil. Les casiers sont le seul point négatif il faudrait les changer ou revoir le système. Restaurant proposant une cuisine raffinée copieuse et à prix raisonnable. Je recommande vivement. Le petit plus étant que le repas des enfants de moins de 12 ans est offert. Les petits-déjeuners sont ultra copieux et proposent un large choix que ce soit le petit déjeuner traditionnel français ou à l'anglaise avec œufs brouillés, pancakes, bacons grillés, etc....bref vraiment je recommande cet établissement qui est un vrai havre de paix offrant un accès proche à Boulogne Sur Mer (Nausica), Calais, Wissant, Wimereux etc.. des environs à découvrir proches de l'hôtel. Nous garderons cette adresse pour nos prochains séjours dans les hauts de France.

We’ve stayed here for three years in a row and would recommend it!

Unfortunately, in this occasion we had over an hour wait for our evening meal. But the staff were incredibly apologetic and provided a free drink.

Very close to le shuttle calais. Great for a one night pit stop. Has a pool and pleasant outdoor patio area. Staff were nice, room was comfortable.

The bed was clean and the room smelt nice and was tidy. But the carpets were very grubby looking and they needed replacement. In my opinion. There was also a confusing bottle of milk left out on a desk. We were unsure if it was left my mistake, or included with the room, but as the room also supplied milk sachets and coffee & teas it looked like it was left by the people before us. If it is complimentary maybe the hotel should clearly communicate it.
