Reviewed Sep 16, 2026We did not have breakfast as we were leaving earlier than when breakfast was being served, Location excellent for the euro tunnel, with Free parking The room & ensuite bathroom although small was very adequate for an overnight stay. : The hotel does not provide any food other than breakfast, Would recommend - Buffalo Grill 10 minutes walk nearby. We had a drink in hotel lounge area when we returned from Buffalo Grill two beers in a small wine glass 10euro very pricey but enjoyable. We would stay here again.

La s.d.b qui ressemble plus à un mouchoir de poche . Exigue . Quand vous êtes sur la cuvette , vous avez pratiquement la tête dans l'évier ! C'est honteux de proposer cela . Chambre : ressemble plus à une chambre de caravane des années 60 . Je ne comprends pas Booking de proposer un hôtel sous le labelle Best Western . Quelle comparaison .C'est faux , ce n'est qu'un bête hôtel et rien de plus . En ce qui concerne l'adresse , Booking a oublier faire le changement et envoyer les clients dans les champs . Il y a un an que l'adresse a changé . C'est étonnant de la part de Booking !

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Close to Le Shuttle. Room was clean, however we only had 1 towel each. Staff were polite and friendly. We were asked if we wanted a desk top fan as there was no air conditioning in the room. There is a small bar with limited drinks available to purchase. We ate at the restaurant next door and it was very good, they also offer guests from the hotel a 5% discount on the bill.
Room was a bit on the small side but alright to use as a stop over. Also electric kept going off and on.

Het ligt in onze gang werkte niet. Onze kinderen sliepen in de aangrenzende kamer en het was toch geen prettig gevoel dat ze in een donkere gang op onze deur klopten en moesten wachten tot wij open deden. Toiletruimte was erg klein.

It’s used by people for the ferry so expect a little bit of people coming and going at odd hours.

Lovely hot water, a modern bathroom… everything worked really well. The breakfast was outstanding: fruit, cereal, jam and cheeses, ham, lovely fresh bread, lovely coffee and even a hot breakfast available. Everything was so well presented in a gorgeous breakfast room. Situated just off the motorway. The village itself is really pretty and so close to the beach. Took us 15 minutes to get to the ferry… perfect and stress free.
I didn’t find the bed very comfortable.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Locatie was goed - vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Gratis parkeerplaats en in de hal stond er een waterfontein waar je ook gratis gebruik van mocht maken. Er is een een soort van shopping center ( Action, Auchan,..)een goede bakkerij op enkele meters van het hotel. Zeker Plage de Sangatte bezoeken.
De kamer was heel klein en geen airco (ze geven wel een ventilator mee als je dit wenst) er is geen koelkast in de kamer. Geen lift. Ontbijt was wat pover vond ik ,geen vers fruit en om 9u was het ook gedaan wat ik wel vroeg vind zeker als je op vakantie bent. Hygiene kan beter (in de eetruimte lagen veel dode vliegen op de grond, ramen daar zijn niet proper, veel spinnenwebben overal aan de buitendeur en de aan de ramen van de slaapkamer.

Mathieu toujours souriant nous renseigne sur:itineraire, parking Calais,restaurants. Joli cadre devant la réception et dans la salle verdoyante,chaleureuse du petit déjeuner. Buffet bien présenté ,diversifié pour tous les goûts :sucré, salé, végétarien, fruits,confitures,œufs durs à la coque omelette.etc...Personnels aimables efficaces veillant à ce que rien ne manque jusqu'à la fin du petit déjeuner ! une première pour moi cela mérite d être souligné . Terrasse et jardin aménagés avec soins! Un séjour de 3 jours paradisiaque dans cet hôtel ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
