Olive Hotel Brookefield by Embassy Group

The rooms were exceptionally clean and had all the amenities for business travellers looking for value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and polite The location was optimal with all required facilities nearby like restaurants, supermarkets, transport etc.

Inside of the bathroom cabinets were not cleared. It would have been nice if you checked that and cleared them out before the next person moved in.

Despite placing request for a dental kit, it wasn't provided. Drinking water should not be chargeable.

This is conveniently located close to my office.

The breakfast was packed and Wifi wasnt working sometimes.

The place was close to my office and easy to locate. The hotel was good and breakfast was fine.

They allowed checkin early only when I visited but refused when I checked online. They could have been more supportive upfront. Further I found pests in breakfast area which was reported to them.

Staff Dhilip coordinated very well

it was nice room with great furniture and stuff, didnt like the faact that there is no restraunt service available and also i dont the staff were that great.

Absolutely an amazing property. Loved the staff, very professional, always try to help you out. The location is great. We loved every part of our stay! The woman at the reception is very polite and accommodating! Thankyou for making our stay impeccable!

Breakfast could certainly be better. For eg. there was dosa but no sambhar, which felt not satisfactory.

The tap in the bathroom washbasin in G8 was not good. It was throwing water outside. The dental kit should be part of suite at least. The suite did not have small table in the bed area to keep small things. the overhead cabinets in the bedroom area should be higher to be able to sit against the wall to read and avoid hitting the head.

One of the best designs for a sharing rooms I have seen anywhere. It had a separate segment with partition. The QR to order any toiletries, cutlery was very efficient. The staff is very helpful and kind.

They have recently installed water saving tap nozzle, but the pressure is so hight that it is impossible to use without spraying water all over your self.

The location is excellent. Rooms are neat and clean. Lots of storage and modern amenities.

No restaurant on site. Wifi feels sluggish.

Rooms were very clean. Very convenient for me to head to my office from the hotel. Staff was exceptional as always, which is why I frequently stay there.

Blanket had a small stain. Not sure if it's one of those hard to remove stains during washing.

The breakfast was yumm! The guy makes yummy dosa's! The rooms were decent as well.

1. No restaurant, however it says that there is a restaurant on booking.com 2. No in room dining, so if you are ordering anything, you need to go down to the reception to get it. 3. Night staff is just there, wont help you with anything, I had back to back meetings and the internet pack expired ( they give you 4 GB / stay ) I told them I am happy to pay, but please fix the internet, they kept on delaying it and ultimately stopped responding. They then fixed it the next day.
