Loud kids running down the halls, but the biggest issue is 2 non service large dog barked for 2 days while owner was away. Front desk said they were goi g to ask him to leave but they didn’t. Website says service animals only, dog owner told us in the hallway they were not service animals.

Hotel was beautiful and clean great location.

There was an acrylic fingernail on the floor in front of the TV. Urine and pubic hair on the toilet seat. Definitely not clean and plan to stick with Hilton.

Excellent room. Very clean and fresh. Breakfast was hot and abundant. The front desk people were outstanding. At checkout was fast and efficient by Dawn I do believe. From the gentleman who cleaned up outside to the wonderful lady that kept the floors spotless . Wonderful people and our experience was amazing.

Great atmosphere, rooms are nice and up to date. Great place to stay if you have loved one getting medical treatment at Winter Haven Hospital. Very short drive basically on the same road.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Winter Haven, FL. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I also paid extra when booking to have breakfast included, but upon check-in I was informed that breakfast was only included for two adults and two children under 11. Since I was traveling with my two older children for a local basketball tournament, this was frustrating and disappointing to learn after arrival. Unfortunately, the breakfast itself was not much better. The food looked old and unappetizing, with dried-out sausage and bacon that appeared to have been sitting out for quite some time. I also requested an additional blanket for our room and was told that none were available, which was inconvenient. The one positive aspect of our stay was the young lady working in the lobby when we checked in around 10:00 PM. She was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Overall, based on the uncomfortable beds, breakfast issues, and lack of basic amenities, I would not choose to stay here again.

This location treated their guest with the upmost respect. Everyone was very nice and kind.

This hotel is by far the worst of the worst. Air conditioning in rooms is faulty and acknowledged by staff. The walls are very thin and very loud. Hotel staff walks into the rooms while you are inside, compromising your safety and well being. Beware for your families safety as hotel management does not care.

Needed to have a safe spot for my wife to stay while traveling to see her dad who went into hospice. This location was perfect. Kaylah was so helpful on the phone getting my wife added to my reservation. As a Diamond elite IHG properties strive to make the elite experience amazing. My wife was extremely happy with her room and check in. Thank you all so much. She said the room and bath were very clean and comfortable.

The grounds were nice and kept well. The location was awesome with restaurants in walking distance. Some right in front of the hotel. Coffee shop close. In an area where you could walk if you choose.

The only thing I can think of is that it was close to Cypress Gardens Boulevard, but set back for enough where traffic noise was not a problem in the room.

Customer service was pleasant and friendly.

You Can’t do tax exempt and you can’t play Xbox or PlayStation because they don’t have a remote for the tv that can change the input that’s bad bad. Go to a Marriott.

The location was great for our trip. It was close to a variety of restaurants and stores.

The price was very high for a 2 night stay. The room had a few dead roaches in the bathroom.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times, but unfortunately this visit was not the best. The receptionist called me at 10:40pm the Friday we arrived to ask for my name and if I knew someone (I can't remember the name now). I think she was confused about a group that was there for volleyball, which we were there for volleyball. She asked me these questions at check in, so I thought it weird that she would call me so late to ask again. I mention this because it was a late call and she woke us up; we had an early game the next morning. This is not necessarily your fault, but the guests this time were extremely loud in the hallways. Yes, there were groups of kids all weekend playing some sport, but they would run up and down the hall either really early in the morning, before 7am or later at night. Maybe the receptionist can mention to guests when they check in with a group of youths, to try to keep voices low during specific hours of the day. And lastly, because there were so many young guests, I am assuming this is why trash was left in corners of the hallway, by the windows, in the stairwell. We were on the second floor and used the stairs, and it was pretty dirty.

I love staying at Holidays inn there very nice with a good price

We had to ask for our room to be changed because the first one had a stong urine smell. They switched us to a smaller room for the same price. I requested a late check out which I’m supposed to be able to get with my ihg credit card and reward account but was told I can’t because they were fully booked the next night which makes zero sense.

Will not be staying again!! The 2 rooms were $250/night during off season, an elevator was broken, the keureg didn’t work, and to make matters worse there’s no complementary breakfast. They wanted to charge my family of six $11.99 per head for breakfast. Just an overall bad experience for my family and me.

Room smelled funny. Like too much febreeze to cover smell. No water pressure in shower. Breakfast terrible. Bed was good though.

No shower curtain in our room. Just dealt with it. We all took baths. Breakfast was cold but the staff were all really nice so skip the breakfast. On a positive note, the room and bathroom are spacious.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was the third place I stopped at looking for a dog friendly spot and they were very accommodating! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others!

Too expensive for the quality of the hotel and the area

When I checked out they told me my bill was 162 but later when I got home I had 187 on my charge card

The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the room was fine -- and nice and quiet.

The reception staff weren't the jolliest or most helpful. Perhaps they were having an off day. The price was very high for this grade of hotel, but I guess it was surge pricing due to Spring Break. It was also a fair old trek from Winter Haven itself, so factor in 30-minute walks or Ubers.

I asked for a late check out because my wife was ill. The manager charged me and extra $70 for one hour of time. Customer no service. I wouldn't stay there ever. I won't ever stay at a Holiday Inn.
