The convenience to be next to the park.

The room had a bad smell of humidity. The thermostat showed a 70% humidity in the room. We lowered the temperature and turn on the fan function but this did not help. We contacted the front desk and were told the service people were not on property and that we should do what we had already done. The blankets were thin and limited so we had to sleep on a room that was freezing cold and thehumidity made it much colder with no extra covers.

I loved that there were life guards at the pools. And that even when it was raining you guys always had something for the kids to do.

I didn't like it at all, as there was nothing exciting for the kids; they wouldn't even let them play in the pool.

The rooms are in very bad condition; they offer no comfort whatsoever.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and decoration was a plus for the kids. The pool area was perfect and well equipped for kids. The breakfast was delicious and variety of food.

That we had an issue 2 times with the room keys.

This is my fifth time at this hotel, and everything was perfect on previous visits, but this time I asked for my room to be cleaned and it wasn't; I also requested a birthday surprise for my 11-year-old son, but it was never delivered.

We couldn't get into the pool because it was by turns—what's the point of renting a room if there are so many people in the pools?

Breakfast was excellent—hot and varied. The service and staff were friendly and animate. The place was clean and with so many options and activities for the kids.

The staff (Bonnie) was rude and disrespectful. We Did not stay for the second night. Son got sick. . It's a breeding ground for children to get sick. Adults drinking liquor around children and events is not good at all. Floor in breakfast area dirty.

The kids loved everything about it, and we enjoyed it a lot as well. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The Lego theme was nice for the children.

The beach resort was too far off from the main park. The shuttle made it manageable. The room did not have a microwave. That was disappointing.

Close to Legoland theme park and resort provided free shuttle. Free Lego mini figures inside the room. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Value for money.

La verdad lo que me gustó es que los parques están muy cerca y que la piscina tiene bastantes salvavidas para la seguridad de los niños

Las camas son muy incómodas. El espaldar de la cama es de un material suer duro y con un reborde que mi hijo más pequeño se dió el cabeza y se le hizo un bulto eso. Las literas de los niños al igual están súper incómodas El minibar no enfría casi, la comida es muy costosa y la verdad no es buena El parqueo te cobran 30 dólares por noche más el desayuno te lo cobran también La piscina es muy pequeña y llena de arena en el fondo

The women that were working the toll booth at the beach retreat were not friendly at all and kinda rude. All the women in the restaurant were very friendly

Activities like s’mores and mini golf should be free. We had to pay a fee to do both.

My son loved the room and the pool. He’s obsessed with legos. The shuttle is a good service.

There was mold growing on the AC vent, dust as well. The bathroom light was covered in rust. The sheets in the bed when I pulled back the top cover were disheveled and the top sheet had stains. Bacon served at breakfast was raw.

Le personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. La chambre est propre et c'était calme. Tout est fait pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Structure de jeu au milieu des bangalows, dans la salle de repas espace pour faire des constructions.

Inside our room, there was a mini LEGO bag placed on the bunk bed and an apple juice box for children. Before using them, I wanted to confirm whether these items were complimentary or carried an extra charge. However, there was no staff available at the front desk when I went down. I managed to find other employees and asked them about these room amenities, but they told me they did not know the exact policy. Because we could not get a clear answer from your staff, my children ended up opening the mini bag LEGO to play with it and drank the apple juice. Later, I discovered that I was charged $33 for these items. Had the staff provided an accurate answer, we would absolutely not have used the LEGO or the juice. It is incredibly frustrating that we have to pay for this charge due to the lack of knowledge and unavailability of the staff.

Be mindful of booking because the actual villas are across the street from the actual Legoland hotel

Parking is far from the actual villa, and if you have a lot of luggage, you have to make several trips back-and-forth to transfer all of your luggage also no sitting area inside of the actual room and the beds are uncomfortable and hard

Room smells bad from the Ac we had to sleep like that and just move in the morning then they knok on the door 7:30 am to give us the key woke us up , then in breakfast took too long after you ask to get anything from the waiter look like she could not handle too many tables and we he'd to go ourself to take food after the kids wait for 30 min to get food.

It was the most amazing experience! I can’t say enough great things, to be honest. Parking, our little Lego house, kids activities, food, service, efficiency, parking, Legoland! My kids are still talking about it.

Proximity to theme park. I like the beach retreat it’s not as overwhelmingly busy as the main hotel .

Not as much shade pool area so it felt warmer than it was .

Para ir con niños es ideal, la tematic a es increible, el lugar esta muy bien unicado y facil de llegar, la gastrononia capaz deberia mejorar mas, super recomendable.

los bungalos son basicos , no es para ir a buscar calidad de comodidad y para ir con mas familiares debes tomar varios bungalos, recomiendo tener habitaciones comunicadas.

Air conditioning did not work the first night. Was a very hot night. I called for help and no body show up. Next night i had to call and then they changed me and my family to another room.

The complementary breakfast was a family style and enough food for us 5. We did ask for more eggs a d biscuits and they had no problem in proving it. Great experience.

We have no complaints. Everything was great.

The free breakfast was the best thing overall of our experience at Legoland Resort Bungalows.

The AC stop working our first night and needed fans to keep cool and our room was not clean after we had reminded them to clean the room. The kids room did not have a TV which in most hotels with two or more rooms in the same suite has TV's especially the bedroom. At night the sprinkler system spray the side walk making very difficult to get to your bungalow without getting wet. The water pressure in the room was terrible and the hot water did not last pass two showers. By the time I got in the shower after my kids had shower my wife and I showers were cold and had to wait an extended period of time to get hot water.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was super fast, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was so good with plenty of food. The pool was clean and perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only small thing I would suggest is fresh mulch for the kids’ playground. Other than that, everything was perfect and my kids absolutely loved it!”

Bugs infested, pillows and sheets. Had the worst night of our one night stay because flying bugs.

Fun atmosphere for kids

Dirty pool . Lazy employees sitting around the pool chatting with girls rather than using a pool net to clean the nasty pool . Why does a pool open at 9, but the slide open at 4? 2 employees just sitting there doing nothing when they can clearly monitor a slide.

Very cool for the kids to explore... The castle, the big Lego characters.

Didn't realize the property was separated. It was geared towards younger children. The beach side was out of ice cream....

Beach resort was great. We still attended hotel activities but not the hotel noise. Beach resort was quaint and more our speed

A temática e muito legal. As crianças amaram a surpresa no quarto. A temática encantadora e a facilidade de acordar e já estar na porta do parque vale a pena.

Além da fila para entrar no restaurante grande, a demora para atendimento e entrega da refeição do café da manhã foi superior a 40minutos. alimentação muito ruim para nossos hábitos, não tinham frutas no dia. mas comum para americanos.

Amazing space of a room and very quiet with plenty of parking

Arrived to check in and unpacked and headed to the pool upon arrival life guard passed out ruining the experience because they right away were pushing people out and closed the pool for the night which is the whole reason to book at the hotel

It was very kid friendly.

The price was not worth the very small rooms. They seem to be very pricey but no luxury. Very standard on the breakfast even to a point where you were not given enough food. There was only 1 toilet paper roll. They did not give enough towels even after they cleaned the room, they did not add more towels. There was not a lot of activities in that hotel.

The value is amazing. Having the two figurines and drink in the room were an amazing touch. Having the playground were excellent and the breakfast was spot on.
