Sheraton Hai Phong

Breakfast was very good. Fitness centre and swimming pool were excellent.

The atmosphere was lacking. The restaurant was almost empty and service in the restaurant was poor. We ordered main courses and they came on in bits and pieces over a 15 minute period.

- Toilet has slight stinky smell - Breakfast restaurant is a terrible experience with hygien and ưaitress' attitude/profession + Waitress cleans the used table by pushing away the crumb to the floor, and do not even replace the new placemat. From the moment seeing it, i do not dare using my mat, and realize that it is really dirty! + No smile and contact by the waitress, even she come to take away the used dishes. She is very rude, no asking if she can take it away, or if the guest finish ing the meal or not. Even she take away the soup bowl in the table next to me without asking, she the guest has to stop the waitress because she not finish the meal yet. - Breakfast in the second morning is a mess. It is Sunday l, full of guests, and no meal filling up, most of the foods are empty, or served with bad quality - No good support and clear instruction with parking lot. I feel uncomfortable in the very first moment.

Nước bể bơi lạnh, không đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn. Sau khi bơi 20 phút, toàn thân bị nhiễm lạnh. Toàn bộ khu vực cổ, vai và gáy bị cứng. Không thể di chuyển trong nửa ngày. Nhân viên bộ phận hành lý làm việc không có trách nhiệm, xao lãng. Lúc check in và check out, đều không có sự hỗ trợ của bộ phận hành lý. Mini bar trong phòng (3107) bị hỏng. Không làm lạnh đồ. Tuy nhiên, sau khi phản ánh thì khách sạn đã mua ngay mini bar mới và thay thế trong phòng.

The receptionist told me that I have free laundry service for 5pcs per day. I just washed 4 pcs and they charged me while check out as there are 2 dry clean cases. They don’t remind this at begin and not mention that cloths are not well take care. They return with same dirty in clothes and some bad smell.

Der Frühstück ist gut und gute Lage mit schönen Ausblick.

Es gibt kein Balkon und kein Fenster, wo man fische Luft atmen kann. Es gab Rauchgeruch in der Toilette von unserem Zimmer auch wenn es Rauchverbot gibt. Vermutlich hat jmd in der Toilette geraucht und durch der Luftung ist der Rauch verbreitet. Unser Zimmer wurde gewechselt. Frühmorgen gegen 7h ist es sehr schwierig die Aufzug zu rufen da es ist überfordert.

Booking.comで予約時の料金表示より（税金？）を取られ納得がいかなかった。 サイトの方も税込み表示で掲載して欲しい。 朝食が以上に高い！

Loved the friendly staff, huge rooms and the location of the hotel. Breakfast spread was amazing. The room had a great view and was very well appointed.

Отличный отель. Соответствует своему уровню и цене. В номере прекрасный вид на город (даже из ванной комнаты). В нашем номере была и ванна и душевая, что очень удобно. Есть всё необходимое: гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер, зубные щетки, полотенца, тапочки, халаты). В стоимость номера включены доступы в сауну, бассейн, тренажерный зал. Большой ассортимент блюд на завтрак, всё вкусное и свежее. Рядом есть торговый центр, магазины и кафе.

Room is spacious, clean and located next to a shopping center. Steam room, jacuzzi, heated Olympic size swimming pool were free for staying guests to use which we did and loved. Staff is friendly, courteous, always willing to help. We will recommend Sheraton Hai Phong to our friends and family traveling to Vietnam.

I booked 2 nights for my business trip in Haiphong city. I'm literally impressed at how they welcomed warmly, professionally as well as offered me late-checkout due to the schedule. The facility of my room is totally quite new, super clean and comfortable. Due to the stay quite short, I am unable to experience their swimming pool and gym.

Well the internet connection from my floor is sometimes quite slow, I guess it perhaps due to my room which is far away from wifi module. The rest is fine.

The waiter manager on 4th floor did make a lemonade for me while it was not in the menu for the breakfats buffet, which made my hangover morning a lot. The receptionist was nice, I was offered an upgrade which helped me to have a kinda panaroma view, which also made our quick trip to Hai Phong relaxing and high standard. I enjoyed Sheraton a lot and certainly I will come bakc

J'ai déjà séjourner dans cet hôtel, et cette fois-ci il a fallu que je demande la chambre avec la double vue car malgré ma réservation ce n'est pas celle que j'ai eu immédiatement, mais ce petit souci a rapidement été réglé par le personnel, avec le sourire

Her şey çok güzeldi. Calisanlar çok güler yüzlü. Otel gayet büyük, güvenli ve sevimli. Hemen yanında Avm var. Otelde de hemen her olanak var. Otel dem ayrılmadan her işinizi giriyorsunuz.

Otelin girişi kapıları otomatik olmalı. Hai phong bazı zamanlarda çok nemli oluyor. Katıların otomatik olması hem havalandırmaların daha az calismasina hem de fazla enerjinin gitmesine engel olur.

Hotel staff speak good and clear English. Clean and comfortable room with beautiful city view. 24/7 cctv. Big and well functioning fitness center and pool. Complimentary credits for food and beverages. Breakfast was good. Room service food was good. There's a bar at the lobby that makes pretty good coffee as well. Right next to Vincom Plaza, very convenient for shopping.

Hotel staff knocks on the door at around 9am every morning to check for laundry, but that could have been omitted for hotel guests with no laundry requests.

A good choice in Haipong

4樓餐廳員工非常友善，且服務專業、盡職。我跟餐廳預約晚上9點到，但因為飛機晚點，我跟客人晚上人9點半到，用餐到接近晚上11點，即使已經超過他們晚上10點結束營業的時間，他們仍耐心的在服務我們，非常感動。

Bra mat, god kapasitet på heisene. Hyggelige ansatte.

Luktet litt mugg i dusjen. Roomservice brukte 50min selv om de da det skulle ta 25-20min. Savnet et småbord ved lenestolen, ikke noe å sette fra seg ting på.

The staff are generally kind and helpful, room is clean and services variety is good. I also did feel personal touch in the experience. The bed is super comfy

There was hand stains on panorama window and few drops of jam on the floor by the window, but that is easily fixed and not affect much my stay.

The hotel was clean all the facilities were available and the staff were very friendly. Great value for money.

The hotel has the most beautiful view in Hai phong, it is in a great location, the service is attentive. Staff is lovely, they take very good care of all the guests. The buffet was good, but can be better maybe some more Western and Middle eastern choice, otherwise it's a perfect place to stay. I think this is a wonderful destination for anyone who wants to visit Hai phong.

I made ten calls to the reception from my room, but not a single one was answered. As a result, I had to inconveniently go down to the first floor multiple times. It seems that the Vietnamese staff have not received proper training. Additionally, the way the restaurant assigns tables to guests is strange. Personally, I do not care which table I sit at—that is my choice. So I chose my own table and took a seat. My wife is pregnant, so I reserved the table and went to get food. When I sat down at the table, there were no issues and the staff even welcomed me. However, when I returned with my food, someone who appeared to be the restaurant manager told me that another guest was already seated there and moved me to a less desirable corner. I told him that I had reserved the table five minutes ago, but he suddenly lied and claimed that someone else had already taken the table ten minutes earlier. When I first sat down five minutes ago, there were clearly no problems with the table. I was extremely displeased by this experience. My wife did not want any conflict, so she avoided the situation, but this is completely unacceptable.

The rooms and bedding are great.
