Very nice hotel with good facilities. Great breakfast.

Every time we ordered food in the restaurant for lunch or dinner, they said certain items were not available. So we experienced limited food choices during our stay.

I got the best room available, but it was a very basic room; basically, the only convenience was a small refrigerator. It was a very basic room; for a 4-star hotel room it would be fine, but for the best room available in a 5-star hotel I expected more.

Our visit was great. Bed is comfortable, room is clean and in good size, shower and bathroom is nice. Seems modern. However, room has bad sound isolation. Could hear sound from room next door and hallway. Service both at check-in (5th floor) and first floor entry was great. Staff is friendly. Located on a busy and buzzling street. Plenty of outside local eating places nearby. Overall we had good stay, and could easily come back.

Location is good and staff helpful.

Sadly during our stay there were alot of renovations so many of the things and facilities depicted on pictures wasn't available.

Service was fantastic. Cleanliness was good as well. Definitely will come back in the future.

I wanted to enjoy the lounge in 27th floor but it's closed at night.

Mercure Hai Phong is like our 2nd home in the city. We'd like to give a big thumb up to the FO team, all of them, always give us the best care and arrangement for every our stay. Plus the F&B in Mercure Hai Phong is extraordinary, we'd say they have the best quality among all Mercures in the world! Will be back again soon for sure!

The staffs of the front desk are very hospitality and friendly.

The power once tripped for a while but came back quickly, the WiFi is a little slow.

The location is quite good, in the city where there are many shops nearby. The hotel room is spacious and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. Ms. Uyen is very nice and friendly. She assisted what we requested at breakfast. The hotel lounge is fine, the food can be improved over there. The beer bar nearby is very good, lots of local people and they sell cheap beer.

The hotel is well located, very convenient to access to the heart of city. Staffs are just super nice, helpful with smiles, they always try to adapt with all of your requests. I like my breakfast too, and the view from the pool is stunning. Highly recommend everyone!

From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we had a brilliant stay here. ALL of the staff members were very kind, organised, professional, helpful and considerate which isn't always the case at many hotels!!! Their attention to small details. was also memorable. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite: An amazing, spacious & very well presented room. We'll definitely stay here again as it was like a permeant luxury holiday for us!

The experience is very good for the price of a quick lunch at Lunch Express. The staff is very professional in advising on the quantity and taking care of customers during the meal. I ordered a portion of chicken (don't remember the specific name) and a portion of cream sauce noodles. I really like the cream sauce noodles here because it is very creamy and rich, just the way I like it. Recommend families to come here to eat because the menu is very diverse and the taste is also very delicious, the quantity is large. For the price of 99k for a meal served with ok service, the quantity is very good and in a hotel, I think it is reasonable for a light lunch.. Just to share,99 000 is for main course only, I paid extra VND 49 000 to use salad station. I didn't take pictures of other dishes for my family members but I took pictures of the chicken and noodles here to see that the quantity is very good.

Not the hotel fault but the Highland cafe is no longer available downstairs. The gym needs an upgrade. Ground level front desk could be more informative and helpful.

Great hotel with superb breakfast. Fresh, sustainable and tasty. The location of the hotel is top. Close to good restaurants, running streak around the lake and the local brewery. Neighbour with the best “yellow chair” in HP.

I stayed for 5 nights on a business trip. The breakfast and lounge food were varied with plenty of options, so there was no need to visit outside restaurants as everything could be enjoyed within the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and other facilities were also well-managed, making this the best hotel for business travelers visiting Haiphong. Don't miss the stunning view of Haiphong's cityscape from the 28th floor.

Breakfast is terrible. Cheap and not fresh food! The hotel is behind an empty office building which is damaged and dirty. The entrance is narrow and used for both hotel and residence building, thus, it makes the entrance more messy and dirty. The reception is on the 5th floor and looks poor.

The hotel was very modern, extremely clean and staff were always very attentive, polite and friendly. It’s in a good location in the town for food, drinks and shops and there was underground parking. The rooftop pool is a fantastic area with amazing views as it’s on the 28th floor. It’s lit up at night and it looks so lovely. We had a free birthday cake for my partner that we weren’t expecting and the price of staying there was very very reasonable as it was a package with the flights. The air con worked well thankfully and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I would highly recommend others to stay there. Thank you everyone who works there.

Clean and modern.

We had a wonderful stay here. It's an upper class hotel that's managed by a foreigner, so it shows in the quality of the customer service and overall quality of the hotel. The breakfast selections were plentiful and delicious. We highly recommend this hotel.

It’s difficult to find the hotel, because it’s inside the building sharing with some other companies and living rooms. So bad !
