Location was great but everything else was bad; there was no breakfast

I chose this hotel for location and granted, the rates were cheap but the room was substandard and I woke up in the morning with a bug crawling over me. The hotel lobby was fine but elsewhere everything looked rundown. One of the receptionists sitting closer to the entrance was quite rude from the beginning. I was asked to pay upfront for two nights (which seems to be the standard practice in Thailand) but I checked out after one nights and was refused a refund.

Greay value for the money. 1 min from a walking street and 5 min walking from ferry to islands. Location and price were the best parts. Also customer service was pretty nice, answered all my questions and allowed to leave the luggage in the last day (no security room, but you can leave it in their hall). Even tho it was loud outside, pretty quite inside the room, didn't have problem with sleep. Spacios room, comfy bed.

On the floor very strong smell from smoking. Was not nice. Also lots of thai girls goin in the hotel, i guess its ok bc of how close it to the walking street, but be aware of the vibe in the hotel. Very much "party" location. Also it is an indian district.

NIce large room. Comfortable and clean bed.

The noise from the neighbourhood. The pool was a building site and not lit. It was dirty especially the bathroom. The amount of single male Indian men there for prostitutes.

The place looks great from the outside and lobby. Upstairs could do with a lick of paint. Also I paid for a deluxe double with balcony and bath. But I was put in a standard room with noisy air-conditioning and even louder music from a club along the road.

If one is coming to party and wants to visit clubs then it’s the perfect place cause it is at the walking distance from Pattaya Walking street and beach. But be prepared the noises of clubs won’t let you sleep it’s morning.

The staff was very arrogant, they even did not provided extra water bottles. No one came to clean our room in our 2 nights stay, they even refused to give an extra pillow and blanket.

The only positive thing about the hotel is the location of the hotel. ALthough it becomes very noisy till morning 7 to 8 am and thus difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel is very old. The furniture is very old.

Hotel is nearest to walking street and pattaya beach.

SERIOUS SECURITY PROBLEM HERE! Room keys open multiple rooms! Quite by accident, I discovered my room key opened (at least 1) other room(s). Late at night, I stepped off elevator and turned left instead of right. Walked to end of hall where "my" room was and opened the door. Stepping in, I realized THIS WAS NOT MY ROOM! Thankfully, no one was there so I turned around and left. But ANYONE CAN OPEN YOUR DOOR! If you have valuables, they ARE NOT SAFE. This hotel uses old-style physical keys, not electronic key cards. Marine Plaza needs to immediately either a) Change the locks so each room is unique, or, b) Change to electronic locks I only stay due to a work commitment nearby. I cannot stay there again with this poor security. Other problems? • VERY Loud. There are no quiet rooms. Bring earplugs to sleep. • TERRIBLE shower. Almost no water pressure. Temp controlled by heater on wall • Suite is large, but furniture basic and not confortable. PLUSES • Clean • Helpful, mostly friendly staff • Good internet • Convenient if you want/need to be near Walking Street MARINE PLAZA, FIX YOUR LOCKS!

立地はとても良かったです。ウォーキングストリートへも歩いて数分で行け、その割には夜は静かでした。ただ、部屋の写真に騙された。見た目以上に部屋が汚い。タイの滞在で3つホテルを泊まったが、バスルームが一番汚かった。また、エアコンも古そうで汚い印象。バスルームは、トイレとの仕切りのカーテンに黒カビが生えていた。浴槽の床も汚れており、見て見ぬ振りをして風呂に入った。アメニティもシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープが3つ一緒になった3in1のものがあり、なぜその3つを1つにしたのか不思議。個人的には面白かったので良かったが、綺麗好きな人には向かないと思う。浴槽の写真がない時点で察すれば良かった。

LOUD! Solid basic, budget hotel, but OMG, it's LOUD. Reception desk tells customers "There are no quiet rooms". Bars downstairs and nearby Walking Street means there is loud music 24 hours a day. BRING EARPLUGS. Otherwise, good. Convenient location. Bed good, pillows not. Furniture basic vinyl & presswood. Does the job.

They have a renovation going on from past 3-4 months and in noon it is difficult to sleep in too much noise.
