Pool and view was nice

Unfortunately, the whole building is infested with cockroaches. They are everywhere, even in the elevators, which made our stay very unpleasant. Otherwise, it would be a good place to stay in a very good location. We also chose this accommodation mainly because of the water slide, but unfortunately it was not working during our stay. Overall, it was quite disappointing, especially because of the cockroaches and the non-working water slide.

Niks beviel, het was zo slecht dat we na 30 minuten zijn uitgecheckt.

Niemand aanwezig die ons te woord wilden staan om ons te helpen met de container te vinden waar de sleutels in lagen, in plaats daarvan kregen we te horen dat het illegale onderverhuur was! Kamer was op 44e verdieping, nooduitgang was buiten gebruik, kamer was vies, airco kapot en electriciteitskabels liepen langs de douche en doucheput. Wij hebben onze koffers gepakt en zo snel mogelijk weg gegaan.

Everything was excellent. The room on the 38rd floor had an amazing panoramic view, and all the amenities were outstanding. The property was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations.

What did you like about the property? Everything was excellent. The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The location was convenient, the facilities were well maintained, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Para entrar hay demasiada vigilancia y seguridad. Entiendo que el edificio lo tenga pero al principio es un poco estresante.

The location was just spot on as i could walk to most places, the ones that were furthest needed a 30 mins grab which was still ok. The place is good value for money

the room had a funny smell and the bathroom is not well looked after, there’s fungus on the bathroom floor and some cracks on the walls. The bed mattress is really hard to sleep on.

I rented this place for my partners family, but they didnt come so we ended up using it a little bit and also her friends used it too a little. I loved the swimming pools and the view from the roofs. The room was great but had a lot of bugs in it. The shower was great.

Try to get rid of all the bugs in the kitchen area.

I booked two nights and did not stay. I want to share exactly what happened so other guests can make an informed decision. There is no staff at this property. Check-in is via an outdoor container with a password. Upon arrival, standing in considerable heat, I was sent extensive rules and financial penalties via WhatsApp that were not disclosed before payment was taken. These included fines for stained cups, wet footprints, unattended luggage and many others. My booking confirmation stated check-in from 15:00. I was informed on arrival, with no prior notice, that the room would not be available until 19:00. The security deposit process requires cash to be placed in a box and filmed. No receipt is provided. Passport photographs were requested via WhatsApp. I requested a refund which was declined by the host. I have been unable to obtain a full refund through Booking.com as the host has not responded to their enquiries either. I will leave other guests to draw their own conclusions.

Was auf den Bilder zu sehen ist die größter Betrug das ist nicht das Zimmer. Zimmer sind runtergekommen. Fenster schmutzig alles schmudelig. Wände mit Händeabdrücke. Würde nie wieder das Apperment buchen. Sind rein und direkt raus und neues Hotel gebucht. Da kann man sich nicht aufhalten. WENN MAN AUF KOMFORT UND SAUBERKEIT WERT LEGT, DANN IST DAS IN ORDNUNG. Sind aber keine 4 Sterne und das ist eine verarsche mit den Bildern.

Easy to get too

The condo was dirty, the cleaner came and went and I could still see the plug hole in the shower with hair, lampshade over the kitchen top was covered in a layer of dust, the cleaner made the bed and placed my roommate clothes on the floor and left it there, the place just looks too worn, cupboard door under the cooker is broken and drops on the floor, it’s hard to close it again. I let landlord know that kettle was not working, they said it would be checked and the kettle was not replaced, couldn’t heat water for coffee as the kitchen hob didn’t work because they didn’t have the right pans for electric glass hob. The whole experience was not the best, the whole building is noisy of constant people coming and going, too busy and smells so bad of sewage outside. Overall there were so many rules around the use of the building and the amount of fines for the most various things it just left us feeling uneasy as it was obvious there’s so many different people coming through all the time, the management of the building is very strict. We couldn’t even wait for our taxi on the foyer of the building, once you check out you are basically thrown out on the street. I would not recommend this place.

Il nostro era un mini appartamento in pratica. Entrando c era il cucinotto con una penisola e 4 sgabelli. Oltre un letto matrimoniale con di fronte la tv e lateralmente il terrazzo. Altra stanza matrimoniale e il bagno.

Il ritiro delle chiavi è andato bene perché usciva una ragazza ed io sono entrata. Per fare il check out il codice di ingresso non funzionava. Per fortuna i gestori, previdenti, mi avevano dato un modo alternativo. Se lo stesso problema di apertura si fosse presentato al ritiro delle chiavi sarebbe stato un problema

Ci hanno staccato la corrente per 5 ore, quindi niente aria condizionata e faceva molto caldo. Peccato perchè se ben tenuto potrebbe essere meglio.

location was meh, not close to anything really. Peaky blinders around the corner was nice, not my usual go to but I just wanted nachos and they had it haha.

Not much, smelled like sewerage entering the hotel near the shop. The lobby looked like a post office full of packages. Rooms were really run down. Washing machine didn't work and it smelled really stale. Paint was shabby and the bed was one of those hard beds. Elevators take forever. Wasn't for me.

В целом апартаменты понравились, бассейн и сауна. Заезд и выезд прошёл легко и быстро.

Запах канализации в одном из туалетов. Сначала уборку делали слишком часто, а в конце проживания дней пять не убирались.

The property was very clean and quite central, about a km from the main beach road. Room size is reasonably small but beds are very comfortable. Overall a decent place to stay.

Rules of check in , check out are very rigid, and need to be a little adjusting with tourists. No early check in at all and the biggest issue is to store baggage, have to be dragged outside the society on the right. Also the keypad mostly never works so make sure to have what's app available to connect with the owner to get the door opened. Even after check out there is no place to store luggage at all.

Responsive staff. They answer my questions on Whatsapp right away.

I didn't realize it was a condo building. I have two young kids with two suitcases and two big bags. I had to go pick up the keys...I would probably choose a regular hotel next time... The washing machine in the room is broken. The staff offered me 50 baht in cash for laundry service in the building. However the washing machine charges 60 baht and dryer another 60 baht. There is only one dryer. One cycle is 30 minutes. My clothes were not dry at all.

Уборка не тщательная,тараканы и на кухне и в комнатах. Балкон пыльный,никогда не мылся. На полдня отключили воду,ни душа ни туалета не было эти полдня. Находится далековато от любого пляжа. Второй раз не остановлюсь.

Хорошие апартаменты, чисто, есть всё для удобства. Персонал всё подробно объясняет, вся техника работает, стиральная машинка очень выручила.

Месторасположение не очень, рядом нет тайской еды, индийский квартал.

I loved how spacious the apartment was. It had a really nice design which made our stay more pleasant than we had hoped. Also, I loved how the property had a washing machine in the balcony - even the washing liquid was provided. I would definitely recommend it for single travellers or couples.

The elevators were slow and packed with people. Also, it would have been amazing if there had been a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, which is just a minor issue.

Gut eingerichtete Wohnungen in einer guten Lage.

Die Aufzüge brauchen teilweise sehr lange. Erst dauert es bis ein Aufzug kommt und dann hält man häufig auf fast jeder Etage.

Goed gelegen Snelle reactie. We hadden wat problemen met airco en insecten en men heeft zeer snel opgelost. Zeer verzorgde zwembaden, lobby.

Zeer veel voor de hand liggende regels. Komt heel betuttelend over zeker als er na alles ook nog bij staat hoeveel boete er is, we weten uit onszelf wel om geen nachtelijk lawaai te maken enzovoort
