Sunny Ocean Hotel & Spa

The room rate was reasonable and fit our budget. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel provided all the necessary services, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back if we visit Da Nang again.

Friendly staff, near a beautiful beach, a lot of restaurants near the hotel

Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut - der Strand und Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und ein kleiner Night Market ebenso. Der Pool könnte eine Überholung vertragen- die Ausstiegstreppe war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und es lag überall Müll/ Dosen um die Poolliegen - ein weniger schönes Ambiente. Die Dragon Bridge und der große Night Market mit vielen Foodstores kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen (2,2 km vom Hotel) Besonders möchte ich noch Kate von der Rezeption erwähnen die überaus freundlich war. Im großen und ganzen kann man für ein paar Nächte einchecken um Danang zu erkunden.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht, das allerdings nur 1 Fenster auf einen Schacht war. . Der Frühstücksraum war gut, wurde jedoch als Spielzimmer für Hotel-Kids umfunktioniert. Schade, dass das Personal nicht eingegriffen hatte und die anderen Hotelgäste berücksichtigt wurden - am 2 Tag wurde ich dann selbst tätig und es wurde angenehmer !

We had the twin bed room with no view and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Access to the bathroom was a little tight but good water pressure and nice and hot. The breakfast although plentiful was very average. A better toaster is definitely needed. This hotel is in a great location surrounded by lots of restaurants, spas and only a street away from the beach.

The staff were all very lovely, especially Matteo (Dong) who was very friendly during breakfast at the egg station and at the sky bar. The breakfast buffet had mainly Asian food but the western options were enough for me. Location was good - right by the beach!

The pool are was slightly small so not many people could be there at once (5 sunbeds). Bathroom was alright, it was clean but had low lighting and the shower door opened outwards which made the space a bit awkward.

Der var kakerlakker i vores værelse. Vi blev opgraderet til suiten, det var ok. Men da vi gik ud af vores værelse og har låst vores kufferter, var der nogen der har prøvet at åbne dem. det var meget ubehageligt. Vi sagde det til receptionen og de reagerede ikke på det og spurgte om der manglede noget. Heldigvis var der ikke noget der manglede, men stadig meget ubehagelig at se at der er nogen der har prøvet og åbne din kuffert.

The swimming pool and view from the top floor

The problem was that the room did not have a window with an outside view which resulted in me feeling claustrophobic. The room was a bit noisy during the night, noises coming from nearby rooms in the night

Henkilökuntaa ei ollut aina kattobaarissa paikalla ja kun yritimme tilata puhelimella ruokaa, niin kukaan ei vastannut. Kuitenkin aulahenkilöt olivat erittäin mukavia ja auttavaisia.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war ok. Dachpool mit toller Aussicht.

Выбрали отель по расположению и он нас не огорчил. Номера чистые, уборку делают добросовестно, завтраки вкусные. До пляжа дойти занимало около 5 минут времени. Спасибо Henry and Kate за очень теплое отношение к нам 🙏

타올을 제대로 준비해놓지 못해서, 가져다 달라고 했더니 4성급 호텔이 인포 데스크가 저녁 10시쯤이면 끝난다고, 직접 인포로 가지러 내려 오라고 하네요.

The staff were amazing: kind, considerate, genuinely welcoming, and very helpful.

Access to the hotel and roof top bar and pool was via step stairs, which for me with restricted mobility was challenging. Nevertheless, the staff were always on hand to help.

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Staff were all lovely. Susie on reception was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. Arranged a taxi for us too. Have already told friends who are planning a trip to Da Nang about this hotel.

Es ist eine Abzocke Das Zimmer auf booking ist nicht bewohnbar. Es riecht nach moder und schimmel und hat kein wirkliches Fenster zum lüften. Mussten ordentlich Aufpreis zahlen um ein halbwegs gutes Zimmer zu bekommen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Well located - a few meters away from the beach and main shops and restaurants. Staff is helpful and rooms are clean.

Of course being well-located means that it comes with noise til late night and early morning (karaoke) so if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring some earplugs.

I had a sudden flighr cancellation and needed a place to stay for a couple extra days in Da Nang. Luckily there was a spare room at Sunny Ocean Hotel for myself and my father. The hotel was very comfortable and nearby to alot of nice cafes and restaurants. Gusmi from the reception desk was very friendly and helpful in getting my booking sorted quickly.

It was very close to everything. Cute bar and restaurant next door right on the street. Had live music every night .

I like the staff name Gusmi because she entertain us well, she us friendly and she helps us the room what whe wanted. I would like to thank her for her assistance.

I dont like the lightings of the room, the toilet bowl it didnt flush immeditely, and I cant use the outlet in the CR.

Centralt nära stranden fin utsikt( 10 vån) mot havet. Minisvit. Väldigt bra priser på minibar samt baren och mat.

Hård säng. Personalen inte 100% service inriktad. Inte 100% städning samt kom väldigt sent ibland. Tog avgift om man betalar med kreditkort vilket inga andra restauranger eller affärer gjorde.

Trevliga personal framför allt Kate en av dom som alltid vill hjälpa till vill göra alla nöjda . Väldigt lugnt ställt.

Great location away from the city centre but with a beach view and a great local vibe to the area. Staff were able to sort out SIM cards and trips, taxis etc for us at very reasonable prices.

At first, my room was on the fifth floor, and from my window, I could see the building being completed just two meters away, working from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with all the noise and everything else. When I asked, they moved me to the eighth floor. I could hear them a little bit less there. But they kept pestering me with calls about my late checkout time on the day of checkout (i'v payed full day before). The day before, I was woken up at 9 a.m. with the same call for absolutely no reason. I will never stay at this hotel again; the staff should consider changing jobs.
