Hôtel conforme à la description. Très bien situé si vous voulez être au coeur de la ville animée. Comme partout au Vietnam, personnel aux petits soins, très aidants et agréables.

Un peu vieillissant, serviettes de toilette usées, literie moyenne, petit déjeuner très basique, quartier bruyant le soir. Convient pour un court séjour.

The staff couldn't do enough for you, every single one met you with a smile and a warm greeting, no matter what time of day you bumped into them. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was huge! Plenty of free water every day topped up for us which was handy. Laundry service was excellent, we came home with suitcases full of clean washing all folded neatly so we could just pack it as it was. Food at breakfast was nice, not all to my particular taste but it was always topped up well and the staff were great at meeting your needs if you had specific requests, like plain noodles for my vegetarian daughter. We were provided with beach towels at our request which was great as we could get ours washed before coming home and didn't need to bother using them again for the remainder of our stay. It's a great budget hotel!

I wouldn't say there's anything in particular I really disliked, yes the location is in a busy area across from bars and yes it can be noisy but I'd say it gets quiet around 10pm, sometimes a little later but it's just music and people singing so I wouldn't complain about that. Our bathroom extractor fan made a very loud noise which at first was annoying but it came to be quite funny as it sounded like an angry tiger so the kids found it funny saying there was a tiger stuck in the fan every time we turned it on. Could do with more coat hangers in the wardrobe as we only had 4 provided and we had 4 people's worth of clothes to hang, and we didn't have an iron in the room so our clothes were creased and there was nowhere to hang them.

Excellent breakfast including both Vietnamese and Western dishes

Some nights there are some performances/shows on the streets right below the building. I personally did not mind it.

Nothing to dislike. If i had one minor it would be the breakfast items were not replenished in a timely manner. I waited 20+ minutes for an item to be replaced.

Breakfast was tasty with good change in menu each day. Nice view of the sea from upper floor. Location is very close to the beach, restaurants, and other central tourist attractions. The rooftop pool and patio was really nice and not busy.

Breakfast room can get very packed with insufficient seating, so come early as soon as it opens. Mattress was quite uncomfortable (too firm and I could feel the springs). Conversations from the neighbouring room could be heard -- it's obvious the room used to be a large unit, and was later split in half with a wall closet to generate more income. This separation had very poor sound-proofing.

The location was very good. Near to the beach with lots of places to party all night. The staff were all good, especially Jolie.

The breakfast spread is bad. One would think me being Indian wasn’t able to adjust. It’s not true. There were not many options to start with. I have seen people just eat fries and bread for breakfast and leave. We even skipped on a day went to have food outside, that too Vietnamese cuisine. The pool was small and had no indications of how deep it is. There are steps which just suddenly drop to another level.

A wonderful stay where the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the crew were genuinely friendly and approachable. The location was right next to My Khe Beach, perfect for a relaxing walk in the morning or evening, and close to other attractions with easy access. Also, the breakfast was far from ordinary, with plenty of choices and delicious options. Overall, it was great value for money. Highly recommended~ 👍🏻💯

The hotel is located near the beach and many other restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, which makes it very convenient. The staff were very accommodating and professional. The food served at the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Расположение замечательное, в наш сезон место для купания на пляже было как раз напротив выхода с улицы. Чисто, комфортно, ежедневная уборка. Вкусные завтраки. Приветливый персонал.

Рядом было слышно шум со стройки. полотенца не белые, застиранные до серого цвета, но главное, что чистые.

Le personnel est aux petits soins pour que tout se passe pour le mieux pour vous. Le petit déjeuner est également super et varié. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tous les restaurants et activités majeures de la ville.

Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisés mais heureusement qu'à partir de 22h la rue est plus calme dehors.

Location was great. Right at the heart of everything important in Da Nang. Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were plenty, with the food being fairly delicious.

Cleaning and housekeeping wasn't done very well. Seemed very half-hearted. Could see spots on the toilet and hair still on the bathroom floor when I was back inside my room. Hotel staff, while friendly, weren't always very helpful. Especially when we asked them for a new towel or extra packets of coffee or sugar. The bed mattresses seemed slept on. Some of them were pretty saggy. They weren't very comfy really.

Very well presented hotel are as per the photos, staff very friendly and helpful, 2 decent sized seating areas at the top of the stairs at the entrance, plenty of outdoor areas provided for smokers, nice pool area plenty of seating and sun beds , decent size pool with plenty of shade, pool towels available,surprisingly quite inside rooms considering noise on street , 2 lifts covering 12 floors , good breakfast , fresh cows milk available on request at the breakfast hall

Breakfast was average and the pub across the road can be noisy on a Friday night until around midnight.

The pool and rooftop are perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They also offer scooter rentals and helpful information about local tours. Great value for money — would definitely stay here again

The only downside was that the mattress felt a bit small and soft for my preference, but that’s just a personal taste.

Cleanliness is subjective, so here’s my experience. Found little ants on the bed, housekeeping means just doing the bed without changing the sheets, changing towels without cleaning the surfaces (everything was left as is) & trash was only thrown if it’s in the bin (eg receipt that was crashed and didn’t land in the bin was still lying beside the bin after housekeeping). Made me wonder if the room was vacuumed or cleaned at all. My eczema flared up on the 3rd day of my stay, hence I was certain about the questionable cleaning. International buffet is unfortunately sad, probably acceptable for short 2-3 days stay.

We had a 2 nights stay at Senorita Boutique hotel, Danang from Hoi An. Everywhere easily access by grab and short walking distance to the beach. A lot of pharmacies, massage legs, mini markets, restaurants around. At night happening place. But the room has quite good sound proof that can't very hear outside noise. The reception staffs are very good, polite and speaks English well. Ms Lia and another girl are very helpful and understanding. While the manager, Mr Harry is a very responsible guy. Asking us for opinions how to improvise the breakfast and well verse in English too. Polite and good hospitality. And we had asked for airport transfer service from hotel and Mr Harry and staffs are so kind, helping to send luggages to car and send us off. Next time back to Danang will stay here again.

Самое главное достоинство отеля, его расположение. Персонал тоже очень милый и доброжелательный. Завтраки для меня нормальные, мне на завтрак хватает супа Фото и чашки кофе. Про остальное не могу судить )))

Тут больше замечаний: холодильник никакой, даже воду не охлаждал, не говоря уже о продуктах. Мало света в номере и ванной полумрак. В телевизоре нет никакого русского канала. Когда покидаешь номер и вынимаешь пластиковую карточку, выключается всё, даже никакущий холодильник, кондиционер и телефон не заряжается. Вот вам недорогой отель, который экономит на всём!

Disposition de la lumière dans la salle de bain. C'est sombre au niveau du lavabo, on ne voit pas bien le visage pour se raser ou se soigner.

Das Personal war die gesamte Zeit über extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit! Zum Geburtstag gab es sogar eine Überraschung (Torte :) ) Wir mussten wegen der Flugsstreichung zwei Wochen verlängern, was zum Glück auch kein Problem war. Hatten dadurch verschiedene Zimmer, die aber alle gut waren. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt für alle Aktivitäten, super nah zum Strand/Supermärkten/Restaurants. (Am Wochenende wird es nachts ziemlich laut, bei leichtem Schlaf könnte das wahrscheinlich etwas stören...) Frühstück wechselt sehr oft, gibt immer wieder Neues zu entdecken, viel warmes/typisch vietnamesisches wie gebratene Nudeln/Reis, Suppe, aber auch Salate, Toast und Marmelade/Wurst/Käse, Obst und Gebäck, (falls man europäisches Frühstück will aber eher schwierig)

Nice buffet breakfast with some change of food variety during my 4-night stay. Staff are very polite - standing up for you when you enter or leave the hotel. Special mention to Alana: she is attentive and speaks good English. (Lifted up my rating to 9 from 8 because of her service) Very lively in the street with many food options and just a block away from the beach. Rooftop should have been nice when it does not rain.

Facilities are a bit old. Lifts are very small - 4 people at most without luggage. Room is also a bit small though has everything you need.

The room was very clean and quiet, beautiful pool area, lovely staff that speak good English, free breakfast very simple but enough to start the day, very comfortable bed and fresh linen everyday, lots of bars, restaurants, massage shops, pharmacies etc. anything you need at your doorstep and the beach a couple minutes walk away with lovely beach bars and restaurants with beautiful ocean and mountain views.

The staff ( Sunny and Hazel ) at the breakfast were amazing and worked so hard to make breakfast enjoyable. Good breakfast assortment with something for every taste and eggs done several different ways to your preference. The staff at this hotel were some of the most friendly I have ever stayed at and always helped in every way possible.

Bed was as hard as any I have ever slept on. The hotel is on the older side but has been maintained well and is in good shape overall and clean.

The staff, especially Alana, truly stood out. She gave excellent advice to help us make the most of our time in Da Nang, thoughtfully arranging our itinerary based on the days we had and the places we wanted to visit. She also helped with transportation arrangements and pre-booked everything for us, which eliminated waiting time and made our trip much smoother. Alana followed up closely and was always very prompt in replying via WhatsApp, which we really appreciated. Her efficiency, care, and attention to detail made a big difference to our stay.

Amazing location close to the beach and of course all The shops and eateries. The staff is incredibly helpful, young and friendly.
