The floor was a little Bit dusty

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Familienzimmer ist geräumig auf 2 Etagen. Die Betten waren bequem und die Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und alles war sehr sauber! Da Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks war okay, man konnte zwischen 4 Menüs wählen und zusätzlich gab es Obst, Müsli, Toast und fried Rice. Die Lage ist super, man kann den Nachtmarkt zu Fuß erreichen, es gibt tolle Gassen, eine Wäscherei und ein tolles Massagestudio direkt ins Eck sowie natürlich auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Das Frühstück ist eher international als regional (dürfte gern mehr regional sein) und als Obst gab es immer Wassermelone, Drachenfrucht und Honigmelone. Hier wäre eine Abwechslung toll gewesen (Ananas, Mango,...). Aber: das ist wirklich nur ein minimaler Kritikpunkt.

Personal muy amable, hotel bonito, con encanto. Desayuno a la carta y con algo de buffet, muy bueno.

La habitación olia a humedad. Aun asi repetiría, por que todo lo demas muy bien.

Es war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett, die Lage top und die Klimaanlage angenehm. Der Pool reicht zum Erfrischen vollkommen aus, wir haben ihn nie gebraucht. Man hat keinen Platz zum Verweilen dort, deshalb lediglich kurz Erfrischen. Ich wollte zum Frühstück keinen angebotenen fertigen Toast mit Ketchup ähnlicher Soße verziert und habe mir dann nur Avocado und ein Ei bestellt, das war kein Problem.

Manchmal sind die Tische im Frühstücksraum alle belegt, das liegt aber eher daran, dass Touristen dort am Tisch mit ihrem Laptop verweilen. Draußen gibt es aber immer Platz.

Super locatie, fijne kamer met toegang tot het (weliswaar kleine, maar met een peuter groot genoeg) zwembad. Goed ontbijt (keuze uit 4 opties plus nog allerlei extra's). Prima personeel. Snelle wasservice.

We hadden een kinderbedje gereserveerd voor ons kindje van 1,5. Het bleek een Ikea bedje maar als matrasje hadden ze een matras drie keer dubbel gevouwen en in het bedje gelegd. Dat leverde een (levens)gevaarlijke situatie op. Er was ruimte tussen het matras en de onderkant van het bedje (als een kindje daar tussen komt kan het stikken) en het matras kwam ver boven de maximale hoogte voor matrassen uit zoals op t bedje stond aangegeven. We hebben t bedje niet kunnen gebruiken en er was geen alternatief volgens het hotel. Gelukkig hadden we een baby tentje mee, anders hadden we echt een probleem. Maar ideaal was het niet (een kinderbedje was niet voor niets onze prioriteit bij boekingen). Een ander minpunt vond ik dat je cadeautjes krijgt als je een 5 sterren beoordeling geeft (staat bij de receptie). Dat geeft dus een misleidende score. Ik zou het hotel een hoger cijfer hebben gegeven zonder deze twee punten.

Alles; besonders lecker war der Kaffee und die Zimmereinrichtung ist richtig schön!

Posizione centrale nella Oldtown. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi (night bazar a circa 2km), ma in ogni caso grab costa davvero pochissimo. Colazione molto buona.

La piscina è estremamente piccola, non c’è neanche lo spazio per le sdraio, ci sono solo 4 sedie e un tavolino.

Had a lovely stay. The staff were amazing and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Really good location. We booked a few trips and everyone picked us up from it. Beds are comfy and bathrooms a good size. We would recommend the bike tour! The cheese and ham toasties in the hotel are great!

La piscina es muy bonita y agradable y la zona de cafetería también. El desayuno delicioso. Las instalaciones limpias y las camas cómodas.

La habitación familiar es pequeña para 4 porque las escaleras son tan incómodas que solo subes a dormir, por lo que las 4 personas y sus cosas acaban estando en una habitación de dos no demasiado grande. La situación está bien si quieres ir andando al centro, pero al final tienes que coger igual transporte para otros sitios como la parte moderna o el knight market, así que tampoco és tan importante.

L’emplacement est vraiment top car dans la vieille ville et permet de rayonner à pieds. L’accueil sympa. La propreté et le beau design global des parties communes et chambres. La literie très bonne. Le petit dej est très bien, complet et varié.

La piscine est vraiment petite et ne permet pas d’être nombreux. Mais elle permet de se rafraîchir.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral, sauber und das Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Service war hervorragend und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gut!

Het hotel ligt in de oude stad op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden en van restaurants en winkels. Het hotel is smaakvol ingericht, met een leuke balans tussen traditioneel en modern. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Hele fijne kamers, rustig hotel, fijn zwembad en heel leuk en vriendelijk personeel.

We enjoyed 4 nights at this hotel with 2 adults and 2 kids. The Deluxe Family Loft room we booked had a king bed downstairs plus a day bed and then a futon mattress on the floor upstairs in the loft. There was plenty of space for our 4 suitcases. The breakfast had good selections and all of the staff was very helpful. The elevator was a good size as well. The location allows for walking to many restaurants and points of interest. They do have a small sandwich/coffee booth during the day for purchase items. There is a cooler with beverages for purchase at all times.

Die Gute Lage um die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale in der direkten Umgebung, aber nicht zu nah am Trubel, dass es laut wäre. Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich, das Frühstück war solide, die Betten waren extrem komfortabel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es fehlte und an nichts! Würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Quirky and cute hotel that was spotlessly clean and in good location. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Not a lot of space at breakfast so could get busy. Same with the pool area but neither of these affected our enjoyment of stay. Steep charges for a broken glass.

The location is good, bed and facilities very comfortable. Staff very kind.

Hotel "boutique" très bien situé dans la vieille ville. Classé 4* par booking c'est cependant surévalué ! Personnel à l'accueil juste aimable, tout le temps sur leur portable, après un 3* a BKK qui etait aux petits soins quel changement. Pour les visites servez vous en brochures !! Aucune offre de la part de l'hotel. Piscine sympa mais 4 chaises autour, ne pensez pas vous detendre sur des transats. Petit dejeuner proposé en choix de 4 assiettes très bonnes mais pas de vrai buffet. Hotel très bien décoré et très propre ! Cela reste un très bon rapport qualité - prix.

Nous avons fait 1semaine dans cet hotel. Exactement comme sur les photos !!! Le petit dejeuner est royal, à la carte. (Vous pouvez prendre meme le petit dejeuner dehors, il y a un super bon bar café à moins d'1min) L'hôtel vous garde vos valises si vous arrivez trop tôt, avant le check-in. L'hotel vous garde vos valises si votre vol est trop tard, apres le check-out. Le personnel est top et tres gentil ! Disponible H24 ! Le ménage est super bien fait tous les jours. L'emplacement : proche de touuut, dans le carré de la vielle ville, à 2minutes à pied des marchés, des restaurants, des massages, de la laverie, de la pharmacie, du 7eleven, d'un café, des agences pour excursions etc. Je recommande !!

Piscine petite, mais c'est suffisant... en général vous etes en sortie la journee et la piscine ce n'est que pour se rafraîchir 30mins. Si vous allez à chiang mai c est pas pour la bronzette en général... autant allez sur les plages si vous cherchez la bronzette.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast was really good as well, especially the french toast!

Everything was great, the only thing to keep in mind is that the rooms inside the courtyard (with balcony) are not very noise-proof. There is noise from the pool during the day. We requested a different room for this reason and the staff was very nice and accomodating about it. The room on the backside was very quiet.

Het is een heel leuk hotelletje. Schone kamers, fijne bedden en goede douche. Ontbijt was ook erg goed, je kunt kiezen uit a la carte en buffet. Ook erg goede koffie. Locatie ook prima, midden in Old Town dus klein stukje lopen naar het centrum.

Douchegordijn kom niet helemaal dicht.

Der Pool ist sehr klein und hat fast keine Sonne. Das Hotel wäre auch ohne Pool schön!

En plein cœur du vieux chiang mai. Un petit coin de paradis. Calme et reposant. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant et répond à toutes vos attentes.

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Sauberes großes Zimmer. Sehr toller Service. Sie haben uns sogar Kaffee und Kuchen ins Zimmer gebracht. Ruhige Lage. Der Pool bei der Hitze war sehr einladend zum abkühlen. Zum Abschied haben wir sogar noch ein kleines Geschenk vom Hotel bekommen.

alles was in de buurt, 7/11 was zeker een must voor ons.

het viel ons tegen was de badkamer, vol met mieren. We zeiden dat tegen de kuisvrouw maar kreeg een antwoord terug dat wij eten ergens hadden gelegd maar we waren juist ingecheckt. Personeel bij inchecken waren wel vriendelijk, had het tegen hun gezegd en in de avond waren de mieren weg.

La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée du séjour, surtout la salle de bain. Ma fille perd beaucoup ses cheveux et meme si nous avons enlevé le max, un coup de balai ou aspirateur aurait été top. Piscine un peu petite.

The swimming pool, the comfy beds, the water pressure in the shower, the spacious room and the super nice staff.

Not their fault, but, we did have 2 little geckos inside the room that wouldn’t leave, but that’s the fauna of the place really.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Staff was super helpful. A couple language hiccups but no worries. Breakfast was great with good choices. Location is wonderful. Can be a bit of a walk for some but was perfect for me. Would stay again.

Small beds. Would prefer a larger bed. Wouldn’t mind a light robe, especially when you want to do laundry.

The staff, the location and the food!

Gute Lage innerhalb der Altstadt. Man ist schnell an der Rachadamnoen Road. Viele kleine Nebenstraßen zu erkunden. Man fühlt sich in diesem Hotel sehr heimisch. Wir fanden es sehr cozy und hätten auch einen ganzen Tag im Hotelzimmer verbringen können. Personal auch super freundlich. Wir haben die Unterkunft direkt noch ein zweites Mal gebucht.

Pool ist etwas kühl, da er im Schatten liegt. Für eine kurze Erfrischung aber vollkommen ausreichend!

Beautiful hotel in a quiet street of the Old Town, it was so accessible for everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was lovely and made to order each day. Our room was quite small but it was homely, beds were comfy and it had the best shower! The housekeeping staff did an amazing job whenever we requested our room to be cleaned. We loved staying here.

The pool was quite cold but it didn't deter us from going in everyday.

On était en famille et on a trouvé l’hôtel tout à fait adapté à notre séjour. Bien situé dans la vieille ville de Chiang Mai, bien décoré, simple et efficace. On a réservé une grande chambre avec une mezzanine qui nous a donné plein d’espace pour les parents et les enfants.

La piscine est plutôt petite avec une eau fraîche. Idéal pour se rafraîchir mais on y reste pas des heures.

Petit-déjeuner complet (fruits, oeufs, pains, yaourt...) avec possibilité de prendre à emporter en cas d'excursion tôt le matin. Le personnel est adorable et à l'écoute. Les chambres sont très correctes et la piscine se situe dans un joli écrin.

Es war sehr zentral, super sauber. Für uns hat es sehr gut gepasst. Aus dem Frühstück kann man 3 Varianten wählen. Auch mit Iced Latte, Obst und Extra Toast etc. Das Personal war super nett und hat uns immer weiterhelfen können mit Ausflügen etc.

Ein Kleiderschrank wäre schön gewesen und der Pool war sehr kalt, dafür den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Aber das ist alles meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Süßes kleines Hotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind klein aber schön und funktional, das Bett ist gemütlich und es gibt alles was man braucht (Kühlschrank, etc). Es gibt einen kleinen Pool im Innenhof (im Schatten) und Parkplätze für Scooter oder Auto. Frühstück ist lecker aber nicht besonders abwechslungsreich.

- Im Zimmer mit Pool Zugang hat es bei der Türe einen kleinen Spalt wo Mücken durchkommen - Es hatte teilweise Ameisen im Zimmer - In einer Nacht hat etwas mit der Klima nicht funktioniert, diese ging aber am nöchsten Tag wieder - der Pool ist sogut wie immer im Schatten

A terrible experience—one to be forgotten!!! I have never heard of a hotel with balconies where smoking is prohibited. The breakfast was meager and insufficient, and the staff was rude. Giving even one star is a huge compliment; I strongly advise you to make some changes to your hotel. Regards, Andrea
