Hospitality from the moment we entered the door, taking our luggage and feeling us at home. No problem to big they can solve. The cleaning lady did a perfect job, great breakfast and staff. Wonderful swimmingpool. Every part of the hotel is beautiful designed. Great to have a jaccuuzi in the room.

La chambre, quant à elle, était spacieuse, lumineuse et agréablement décorée, offrant un vrai confort pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Located just in old town, place looks lovely, very in keeping with traditional Thai look. Nice pool, straight outside our door and little veranda. Massive apartment, nice shower and jacuzzi bath. Decent breakfast, bit limited. Small bar next to pool, nice for a wine or spirit of an evening.

Safe deposit box was hanging off when we booked into our superior room, I had to get maintenance to re-secure it to the wall and rest it. We'd upgraded to a top poolside room also, so didn't expect that. Also, I went to gym, lovely location, enough stuff but the main central multigym machine was down, so only the cardio stuff could be used. Also, we had to chase our room cleaning a couple of days. Great huge market but check the day (Night market)

Stanza molto grande, se pur i segni del tempo iniziano a a vedersi. Piscina pulita, grande e comoda. . Ristorante molto buono con orario continuato fino alle 20.30. Colazione varia. Ottima posizione, parcheggio grande e comodo. Molto facile da raggiungere nonostante sia in centro anche con auto.

Odore di legno intenso e bagno con spesso odore di fogna ( ma è capitato in quasi tutti gli hotel in Thailandia). Manca una lavanderia self service per gli ospiti, c'e un servizio lavanderia ma abbastanza costoso. Davanti all'hotel c'e una lavanderia sel service però molto comoda e pulita. Staff cordiale ma meno che in altri hotel visitati.

Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene al Pingviman Hotel. La camera era bellissima e con un bagno davvero spazioso. Ottima la piscina, perfetta per rilassarsi, e la colazione è stata abbastanza buona. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile e la pulizia era impeccabile, oltre a una posizione molto comoda. Consigliatissimo!

酒店很旧。晚上塞耳塞都无法缓解上面一层走路时地板的吱吱呀呀的响声，本身床也不稳，上下床声音很大。墙体隔音也不好！住了两天，吃安眠药都睡不好！

Really authentic Thai hotel with super friendly staff

Just a couple of minor maintenance bits but nothing extreme

Très beau cadre soigné et calme, le temps s’arrête passé la grande porte. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Matelas et oreillers plus souples que dans la moyenne thaïlandaise. Belle grandeur des chambres et de la piscine pour nager. À proximité d’une laverie et du marché de nuit (street food) pour manger vite et à moindre coût, des 2 temples majeurs, la vieille ville se visite à pied. Une personne est disponible dans le hall pour vous organiser tout type d’excursion dont la visite d’un sanctuaire d’éléphants et donner un plan de la ville.

Les télécommandes pour piloter l’air climatisé ne fonctionnaient pas. Il a fallu monter sur une chaise pour ajuster la température sur le boîtier du plafond. Chambres un peu sombres.

The extra bed for our child was very hard, almost like sleeping on a wooden board. This could be better for 500 baht per night surcharge

The shower didn’t get warm

Het is een prachtig gebouw op een handige locatie. Aan de rand van het centrum dus je loopt zo de stad in (al zijn er nauwelijks stoepen) maar bent ook snel op de grote weg voor een excursie. De tour operator in het hotel is zeker aan te bevelen. Er is een fijn zwembad. Ontbijt is prima maar werd een beetje eentonig.

We hadden veel mankementen op de kamer, een lamp was stuk waardoor kortsluiting ontstond, de kluis moest vernieuwd worden en de airco deed het regelmatig niet. De technische dienst deed goed hun best. Ze zeiden uiteindelijk dat we de airco niet vaak aan konden zetten en eigenlijk op 25 graden houden, omdat onze kamer direct onder het dak lag was het niet goed te koelen. Voor deze prijzen vind ik dat niet echt oké. Het is een mooi oud gebouw maar ik denk dat het tijd is voor groot onderhoud.

L'hôtel est extrêmement humide. Y compris la chambre. Odeur assez désagréable (que on a atténuer à coup d huile essentielle) . linge de lit et de bain mouate. Vraiment désagréable ce qui fait baisser notre note. La.plupart du personnel ne semble pas ou peu parler anglais ce qui le rend discret et peu avenant. Petit dej varié mais qualité moyenne

De ligging is super. Het zwembad is mooi en netjes. Het is ontbijt is lekker, zowel westers al Thai’s ontbijt. Het is er allemaal goed verzorgd en schoon.

Arredamento bellissimo ed autentico, staff impeccabile e molto disponibile, pulizia accurata.

La struttura dovrebbe imporre regole ai clienti nell'utilizzo della piscina, soprattutto riguardo schiamazzi, tuffi e giochi con la palla che possono arrecare disturbo agli altri bagnanti in cerca di relax.

The hotel was stunning, from the outside to the inside. My pool access room was superb. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious.

The pool could get busy, which isn’t a problem, except when people take sunbeds as theirs in the morning by placing their belongs on them and then leaving the hotel and returning back in the afternoon. I witnessed a family without any seating one afternoon. The two beds beside me had been claimed at 09.00 in the morning. The two people placed their belongings on the beds(not even a pool towel) and then left the hotel! I gave the family my bed as I felt so sorry for them and their young children . I think the hotel should have a rule that this behaviour is not allowed and belongings should be removed if the bed hasnt been used.

De ligging van het hotel is goed. Op loopafstand ben je snel overal. Het hotel is prachtig met lekker zwembad. Heerlijk ontbijt en lunch. Hele lieve mensen die alles voor je regelen.

Su arquitectura y decoración que parece que estás en un palacio tailandés. Es diferente sin duda . Habitación enorme, cama enorme, jacuzzi, balcón grande.

Ya tiene sus añitos y casi todo es madera, y entonces algún mueble puede dar un aspecto de algo viejo. Pero el conjunto sale ganando

Mooie ruime kamers, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, groot zwembad. Daar we met de nachttrein waren toegekomen, stonden we rond 8h in het hotel, we konden de bagage achterlaten en onmiddellijk de stad ontdekken. Rond de middag mochten we de kamer in. Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen, alles op wandelafstand. Onthaal en personeel zijn supervriendelijk. Via hen hebben we ook een uitstap geboekt naar een olifantenreservaat, was subliem!!!

Great architecture and authentic atmosphere. Great swimming pool and attention to details. Very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. The room decoration and space was amazing.

The breakfast could be a big stronger with it western selection but the Thai options were great. The smell in the bathroom was a bit annoying and stuffy. But those are small things. Go there !

L'hôtel propose un design et une décoration de style Lanna Thaï qui respecte les codes traditionnels du Nord de la Thailande. Les meubles et la literie sont de qualité. La chambre est propre, tout est parfaitement fonctionnel. C'est résolument un hôtel pour les familles. Une piscine propre au milieu d'un cadre magnifique et chaleureux, les enfants pourront même observer les poissons. Le personnel est adorable, très réactif et efficace. Un problème de connexion TV est survenu, le technicien est venu sans tarder et a rétabli le service. A plusieurs reprises, j'ai trouvé que cette équipe répondait pleinement aux attentes. J'ai été admirablement surpris par la qualité du service et je compte bien revenir lors d'un séjour futur à Chiang Mai. Merci à toute l'équipe de Pingviman Hotel.

Het is een fijn hotel, familiekamers zijn erg ruim opgezet,!

Het hotel was prima en de locatie was goed. Het enige minpunt was dat onze kamer zich direct boven het restaurant bevond. Iedere ochtend werd er vanaf ongeveer 05.15 uur begonnen met het klaarzetten van het ontbijt, waarbij veel houten stoelen en tafels werden verschoven. Hierdoor werden wij elke ochtend vroeg wakker. Dat was jammer, omdat we hier gedurende ons verblijf van vier nachten dagelijks last van hadden.

Chambre trop sombre, jacuzzi trop petit pour 2 personnes, ouverture et fermeture des portes (salle de bain et entrée) beaucoup trop archaïque, un cadenas je n'ai jamais vu ça ailleurs.

The Breakfast was very basic.

The staff were kind & excellent hosts for first time guests. The traditional decor was beautiful & exotic to my Western eyes.

Está en la zona centro, pero dentro del centro, en la zona mas apartada de todo. Tuvimos que coger Grab para los mercados, no para los templos.

Great central location and very friendly staff. Huge room that was very ornate. Beautiful. Breakfast included. Good choice of food. Close to everything we needed and parking directly across the road.

Limited in room facilities- no hair dryer in room and a lack of furniture, only one chair in a room designed for 2 adults.
