The room was spacious and very comfortable with a large bed, good quality sheets, and quiet air-con. We also liked the shower which was powerful, and roomy. Cleaners did a very good job.

The break fast was mediocre. Thai favorites, but made with no love. This didn't bother us too much as the location is amazing for food. Five minutes walk and you will find an amazing breakfast. The pool was a disappointment. Smallish and very shallow, but our main complaint was that it smelled bad. Stagnant water or drain smell. We didn't use it much because of that.

Non-sound proof door linking rooms. Couple next to us sounded they were inside our room, thats how bad the sound insulation is.

Zentral gelegen, Tempel waren fußläufig erreichbar! Das Personal ist freundlich - Englisch wird teilweise gesprochen. In unserer Buchung war die Abholung vom Flughafen inkludiert, was einwandfrei geklappt hat. Schönes Ambiente mit Balkon.

Direkt gegenüber ist eine Volksschule welche von 07:11 bis 08:13 in Dauerschleife ein und das Selbe Kinderlied abspielt - das ist unfassbar störend, nervenzehrend und macht einem den Urlaub komplett kaputt. Das Frühstück ist es eigentlich nicht mal wert angesprochen zu werden - es gibt Toastbrot und Marmelade, Kaffee und Tee und manchmal Eier. Als wir Abends spazieren gehen wollten wurden wir direkt neben dem Hotel auf der Straße von Ratten und Kakerlaken überrascht - auch das macht einem den Urlaub eher Unbehagen als erfreulich. Die Klimaanlage war unglaublich laut und hat permanent gegluckert. Die 6 von 10 Punkten sind meinem Partner verschuldet, ich hätte lediglich 4 von 10 gegeben.

Amazing boutique hotel with wonderful and helpful staff. Great value for money in the best location. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Établissement propre avec bonne nourriture au petit déjeuner cuisinée en fonction d’un menu, très belles salle de bain et lits spacieux et très confortables. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement

Les seuls bémols que je mettrai seraient l’eau de la piscine n’est pas chauffée (opinion personnel) et l’insonorisation n’est pas bonne si porte communiquante.

Rooms are comfortable and accommodating. Decent amount of outlets, able to stream Netflix and Amazon. House cleaning is on point and efficient. Location is very centralized.

As has been the case on previous stays here there are a few things that make me wonder why. Typical mold in the shower and behind the water faucet in the bathroom. Not a great degree of it but enough to wonder why it's not addressed. Then you have, and beyond their control, the school out front. Get a room on the back side of the hotel it won't be so bothersome. Also the breakfast is pretty basic and getting eggs cooked was unusually difficult this time around.

Pretty rooms and the coffe bar in reception also the staff were lovely.

We had the executive suite and it had no balcony also the pool is shaded so it’s cold and not nice to use.

Location is great. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate as well especially for early morning tours, it will suffice.

I suppose it’s value for budget.. the school across the street didn’t bother us at all- it was the thin wall and door between bedrooms that made the stay difficult. We could hear snoring and conversation from the guests next door often during the evening. The pictures are quite dated. The mattress if very very firm, so it’s worth noting for those who care. The pool area is not welcoming for a nice day to spend there.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Old Town. Unser Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber, wir haben ein Upgrade kostenlos bekommen. Danke! Für uns war das Frühstück gut, alles hat gut geschmeckt. Der Schul-Lärm hat uns nicht gestört, wir haben schon gewusst, dass es eine Schule gegenüber gibt.

Hotel was extremely nice. I had the executive suite, was spacious, vert clean, very comfortable, bed was big and comfy. Staff were very nice.

The school opposite had thier PA system or megaphone on at assembly time roughly 8am every morning and it woke me up plus a gong going some mornings. The school makes the road very busy and hard to get a taxi at these times. My room wasn't made up at least 2 times despite hitting the please make up my room button way before the midday time deadline. I spoke to staff around 2pm and they said they dont do late room make ups. Despite this I would deff stay there again as the rooms were very nice.

Das Frühstcksbüffet war eher dürftig, das Essen um 9:00 Uhr schon kalt. Das Personal im Frühstücksservice war nicht aufmerksam und für thailändische Verhältnisse unfreundlich. Besser ohne Frühstück buchen und außerhalb essen!

Bei der Abreise mussten wir die Ersatzbeschaffung der Bettwäsche bezahlen, da einige kleine Blutspritzer darauf waren. Nach einiger Diskussion wurde der Preis reduziert, war aber trotzdem unverschämt. Bemerkenswert: im Zimmer gibt es einen Aushang der Preise, die für Schäden zu erstatten sind. Die Vermutung drängt sich auf, dass das System ist.

Die Lage des Hotels.

Nach tausenden Nächten in Hotels, ist dieses Hotel so ziemlich das hellhörigsten, was ich je erlebt habe. Man hat jedes Wort im Nachbarzimmer verstanden. Die zum Frühstück angebotenen Speisen, waren bis auf die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen geschmacklos. Der Toilettesitz war nur auf dem ersten Blick sauber.

服務人員親切有禮貌，房間乾淨空間舒適，浴室寬敞特別是有免治馬桶，早餐雖然簡單但很用心準備會變換菜色，CP值不錯，下次會再造訪。

Overall the facility was great.... Location was a little off the beaten path but it wasn't bad. There's a busy school across the street so we can get loud in the mornings but other than that everyone was great and the facility was very clean.

Nice and quiet hotel. Coffee shop attached is lovely. Pool area is small but nice. Area in general is walkable to most major attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very average. The cleanliness was not as spotless as other places we have stayed, having watered down shampoo, some stained wood surfaces, and an old looking/dim interior renovation. The service when we arrived took few minutes as there were no staff at the front desk, but we were able to check in early at no cost. The staff are not too friendly but accommodate our requests as tourists. The breakfast average with coffee options, freshly cooked eggs, and thai cuisine like padthai and some curry. Immediately in front of the hotel, there is an elementary school which causes a lot of noise and traffic during school hours. There is also a lot of noise in early morning due to wildlife and thin windows.

Very convenient little hotel. I stayed 2 nights. Everything is at walkable distance. You have plenty of temples around.

This property was great. My only complaint is the coffee shop attached to the hotel opens late and closes early.

This ideally-located hotel is a fine place to stay. The staff is very helpful, the wifi works, the rooms are a good size and comfortable, and the good breakfast seems to be included with all rates. It's near the fantastic Sunday night market I had heard so much about, and walking distance to a variety of ornate temples. The only negative I encountered: they have an airport shuttle, and I sent them an email with my arrival details, but they never responded to the email and no one was at the airport. This was a minor problem, though, since fixed-rate airport taxis (150B) were easy to get.

It was a quiet small hotel centrally situated in the old city in Chiang Mai. For the most part, everything was easy going, efficient and enjoyable. However, the school across the street may be a little inconvenient for some in regard to the noise factor at times.

Breakfasts were pretty basic, and the cooked offerings were always served only just warm to cold. Same with the two coffee machines, could only get tepid offerings out either of them.
