Ok price, some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, alright location for bus trip

Room smelled like smoke (there was an ashtray in the room), place felt old, the thali I took there was the most average one I had in India

The breakfast, spacious dining area, cordial dining hall staff, cleanliness, helpful staff, dinner food quality and quantity all were just about right and nothing to complain about. Definitely value for money. Taxi, Bus stops are nearby. So we easily got a car to Pelling after our one night stay.

Location wasn't the greatest , on a bylane. But the bus, taxi stops are nearby.

Staffs r good and cooperative.. the location is also prime nearby tenzing norgay bus stand.. but make sure even if you stay here do not order food from here because I stayed here for 1 night and ordered food twice and both the times I got cockroach in the food .. avoid having food here or else u may suffer from food poisoning

The rooms were a bit dirty, there was no toilet paper and we had a smoker's room, which has not been defined in the booking before... that was a first for me on booking, and I have been to a lot of places around the world.

L'hôtel est proche de la station des bus mais suffisamment éloigné pour ne pas être gêné par le bruit de la rue. SdB avec eau chaude. Bouilloire café thé. Ptit dej copieux. Ascenseur. Matelas confortable.

Ce serait bien de mettre un peu de gaieté aux murs du restaurant. Le petit déjeuner serait moins triste au matin.

シリグリからデリーへのフライトの関係で、こちらに１泊しました。 バスターミナルから徒歩５分くらいの、好ロケーションです。スタッフの方の対応が良く、部屋もエアコン付きで清潔でした。デリーへのフライトが無ければ、もう少し滞在してもいいかなと思えるホテルでした。 ダージリンやガントクへ行く際には、自信を持ってお薦めできるホテルです。

Close to the Tensing Norgay bus stand so convenient as a transit hotel even if the neighborhood is noisy. Excellent value for money. Very helpful and attentive staff.

Nice little place and hot water for showers which I find a bonus when it comes to hotels in India. Great value for money too. We even received a breakfast goodie bag when we informed them of our early departure

Breakfast was good. Good portion and great taste. As a transit hotel it was good. Didn’t have very high expectations and it didn’t disappoint.

There room and service are so good. According to budget, it's best. One of the best hotel that I have visited. I will recommend them.

Location was good on a street that was not so busy but still near Hill Cart Road for easy access to other areas of Siliguri. Hotel arranged transport to the airport for me which was great. Staff were very friendly, and and always willing to help. The room had both a ceiling fan (to keep away mosquitos) and AC unit that worked well to keep the room cool. Bed is comfortable and generally the room was fairly clean!

The room was a little run down, with paint chipped walls and stains. The food in the restaurant was okay but my chilli paneer was just full of strong garlic and so a little difficult to eat. Dining room also quite warm. The plumbing is a little loud so when the upstairs room has running water or flushes the toilet you can hear it if in the bathroom. To lock the door affectively you have to slam it which can be disturbing to other guests.
