ウェルカムドリンクがあり、暑い中到着したときに一息つけた。 ３Fの部屋だったが、エレベーターを降りると中庭のような吹き抜けの広い空間があり、高級ホテルに来た感じがした。部屋も広く快適に過ごすことができた。 チェックアウト後、ホテル入口でUBERでタクシーを呼ぶのに戸惑っていたら、スタッフが助けてくれた。

酒屋が近くになく、10分ほど歩いた駅近くまで行かなければなかった。

Great location near the market and not very far from the Airport .The Staff and the in house Restaurant is excellent.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel sur le retour du Sikkim. la situation est appréciable par rapport à l'aéroport de Bagdogra. Nous avons apprécié la propreté des installations, la gantillesse du personnel et l'excellent petit déjeuner.

It was an overall good experience

the premise is clean, and the staff service is fast. restaurant offers good food. location is also good near Siliguri junction. you can find other eateries around this area and you can book cab or auto easily from this point.

Very reasonable price Convenient for an overnight stay after travelling back from Darjeeling on the toy train. We got off the train in Siliguri rather than continuing to NJP. Good food in the restaurant Large comfortable room (they'd upgraded us as well) We used their airport taxi in the morning and the price was very good. Many hotels seem to massively overcharge for this service, but the Loft didn't.

The only thing was the hairdryer didn't work.

We stayed here for 1 night. Got a nice room upgrade which was spacious and clean. Shower was hot, and room had nice decoration. Room was quiet. The breakfast buffet was good with both local and western options.

Unfortunately the mattress had a big dent on one side which was uncomfortable. Also I would recommend adding hooks in the room to hang up towels (not in the shower).

Great service. Very helpful and quick to assist. Good water. Strong air conditioning.

Wifi didn't work on our laptops and was inconsistent on our phones.

Maintenance is very poor, no complimentary mineral water in room, no liquid soap dispenser, poor quality of food, lack of variety in complimentary breakfast. We did not like many of the logistics and quality of food in the Hotel at all.

This review is quite simple: it’s a very good hotel, well organized, good wifi, spatious room, very nice bathroom, friendly and helpfull,staff etc etc. Really nothing to complain, it’s all perfect.

Very good restaurant

Location was great for me as I wanted to be near my aunt and uncle. The staff and service was exceptional, any request i made was fulfilled. Was given a free WiFi and when I inquired about a room change I was given a choice to see what met my needs.

Front facing rooms were slightly noisy in the morning due to it being on the main road, Other rooms were quite. We only spent a day and were allowed to change our rooms immediately when inquired.
