The place was in a lovely private area and just a 10 min walk to the restaurants and shops. The view from our Villa was amazing. The staff was fast in responding to requests and very attentive.

A wonderful place! Oia Sunset Villas is a boutique hotel with pools, beautifully situated in a quiet and peaceful location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our villa was very spacious and large; we had two kitchens and two bathrooms, which is a great convenience for larger groups. The villas were cleaned daily by a very lovely lady—warm greetings to her! :) We loved the daily view of the sunset. We would happily return.

The location of this property was perfect. Just a short walk into Oia. The views were simply stunning! Sunset views every evening. We booked the 4 bedroom villa with pool and hot tub and it was lovely! Whilst also benefitting from the lovely communal pools as well we had our own private space too. The hosts of the property were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Meeting us upon arrival and ensuring everything about our stay was magical. We were given a wonderful complimentarty breakfast the first day which was delicious and given some lovely gifts upon departure which was a really nice touch. The property also benefitted from a small outdoor gym which we found handy and was equipped with an ipad that provided lots of useful informatiom as well as easy ability to order food and shopping etc. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. 15min lopen en je staat midden in Oia, perfecte combi tussen rust bij je huisje en de gezellige drukte op loopafstand

The staff and the cleanliness were amazing! They really went above and beyond.

I didn’t like the villa accommodating 8. It was too small for 8 people. The power line view was disappointing. And the areas around the pools and hot tub was very slippery when wet.

Property was in a lovely location just a 10 min walk from the busy part of OIa. Peaceful and calm area the unit was lovely. Staff are so helpful and amazing, willing to help and check in on us. Pool was lovely also. We were given some wine and snacks which was so kind and a little gift on check out. We enjoyed our stay.

Cleaning could improve and not having basic supplies like a little washing powder was annoying given it has a washing machine . I had to pay 3 euro per pod which most places supplied a little bit nothing major . Mattress in main bedroom needs upgrading as it was so uncomfortable.

Amazing resort with a beautiful pool area. Apartments are wonderfully presented and spacious. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, they delivered us a free picnic breakfast.

It was a shame the pools were too cold to swim in, including the apartment pool. Heating would have been great. The tiles outside were so slippery they were dangerous. No food available at the resort.

We were met at our taxi when we arrived and our villa was ready immediately. We were shown the property and everything was well explained. The villa was clean and comfortable. The outdoor space at the villa, with ample seating, a private pool and hot tub, made it hard to leave. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We hope to be back again!

Being in the quieter side of Oia with perfect views of the sunset but easy access to shops and restaurants. Our own pool and spa at our villa was perfect.

The Villas we clean and quite. The staff is amazing. They were very responsive with everything we needed. They arranged all of our excursions and dinner reservations. I highly recommend the villas for their staff alone.

It’s a bit outdated. Everything is clean and comfortable but it feels like 80’s, 90’s vibe and decor. You will not get lotion or cream for coffee. If you are looking for resort feel with wait staff, you will be disappointed

We loved the location. It was very clean and bright. Wonderful view. The hot tub and pools were nice and we had a wonderful massage in the appropriate area.

I didn’t love the power lines in the view at reception, but that is unavoidable.

Staff, facilities and comfort, property is very clean and well maintained. We got early check-in and complementary breakfast also tour booking with a wonderful driver. Special mention to Anna, Pablo and cleaning staff for their hospitality.

Location was exceptionally pretty with amazing sunset views overlooking the sea. They have 2 pools. We received excellent service and they made us feel very special. They offered a complimentary late check out and a complimentary breakfast on our departure date, they regularly checked in on us to ensure everything was ok. The walk into Oia was appx 15 minutes on an old Santorini style footpath which is uphill or a taxi was $20. We will return and we highly recommend Sunset Villas Thank you for our wonderful weeks stay

The location, view from the property. Property itself has been beautifully decorated. Clean and tidy. Service is amazing from host Ana to house keeper Mariana. They were always there to help with anything needed. We had lovely time.

The stairs to basement were not appropriate for children as the steps are too big.

First and foremost, our three hosts: Ana, Pavlos and Stella were amazing. Very kind and helpful with not request being too small. They responded immediately to any question or need we had. The small nature of this group of villas means that all the attention is very personal. They were simply amazing! The location was perfect for us. Away... AWAY... from the madness of the center of town and the sunset that everyone is fighting to see up top in the town happens right in front you your patio, pool and hot tub at your villa. No need to go anywhere, then you can take the short 15min walk to town for dinner after the "blue dome, sunset seeking cruise ship folks are gone." Our villa was well equipped and had lots of room. The cleanliness of the entire property, every walkway, every patio, pool, hot tub and common area were first rate. Well done OSV!

Breakfast was satisfactory but there aren't a ton of options. That said, it's enough to start your day. Would have like more options for food overall, but the souvlaki that you can order in was really good.

Our stay at this hotel was just perfect. Not only the amenities, but the service and attention for details went way over my expectations. Rarely I had such a great customer experience!

The wifi was not that stable, but I can guess it didn't depend on the hotel itself.

This property was AMAZING! Everything was so clean, the staff and the service impeccable. We were on a 21 day trip that included Rome, Sorrento, Athens, Oia, and Paros and hands down this was my favorite property. I will be back for sure.

It would be nice if there was a shuttle service a couple times a day to go into Oia. The walk in can be a little hot.

A lovely place to stay just 10 minutes away from the main streets of Oia. Quiet and relaxing with a fabulous view of the staff from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A perfect place to spend 2 days on Santorini.

The staff were just so kind and helpful. I loved the place and would come back in an instant. Beautiful views in a quiet location. It was so nice to just sit by the pool during the day and the hot tub at night. There was a special trail leading to downtown Oia. Very easy to go back and forth.

Absolutely stunning location and the hotel facilities are gorgeous. It felt like we were the only people here as we had the pool to ourselves most days despite the property being full. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, this is one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed and I would definitely come back. The iPad in the room to order food and excursions was super helpful too.

Stunning villa and beautifully decorated. Amazing grounds, plants, ornaments, antiques etc around all outdoor communal areas. The staff were incredible! Ana and Stella made us feel very welcome and were on hand to help with everything we needed. Pavlos also a great guy who checked in daily to see if we were ok! They made the stay excellent!

No food or grocery service is only thing that let it down.

Beautiful property. The pool areas and outdoor sitting was great and the sunset views were brilliant. Good size rooms. Everything was provided. Staff were amazing, polite and helped arranging taxis.

We loved our stay at Oia Sunset Villas! The apartment was comfortable, well-appointed, and ideal for our family of five (children aged 14, 12, and 9). The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful—assisting us with Santorini sailing options and organising a rental car that was conveniently delivered directly to our accommodation. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and everything was kept beautifully clean. We loved the stunning view from our balcony and private outdoor spa, as well as the lovely shared pool area. It’s an easy 10-minute walk into the centre of Oia—just be sure to take the pedestrian path and avoid the main road. The layout suited our family well, though it's worth noting that both bedrooms are accessed via stairs, including an open ladder-style staircase to the attic bedroom, which may be tricky for toddlers or those with limited mobility. Highly recommend Oia Sunset Villas—we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful villa, very well equipped and spacious with a great view of the famous sunset! Approx 15 min walk (uphill) to the centre of Oia. There was the added bonus of having a reception area with a bar and the option to order food to be delivered to the villa. The staff were really lovely & let us store our luggage at reception and use the pool after we checked out as we had a late flight home.

One of the bedrooms is a mezzanine level accessed via a stepladder and the other 2 bedrooms plus sofabed are all on the lower ground level, which I didn't realise when I booked. It wasn't ideal for my 80 year old Mum who struggles with stairs.

What we appreciated most about this property are: 1) hosts - Stella, Anna, and Pavlos were always ready to help, and help they did with whatever we needed; 2) location - we were a little concerned when we first got to the property that it may be a little too off the center of Oia, but we found out there was a trail from the property that takes you the center of Oia in about 7-10 minutes walk. Ahmoudi Bay is another surprise that we didn't have to take the 240 steps up and down the hill, it turns out there's a free shuttle just across the street that takes you down to the water; 3) accommodation - the unit we stayed in is a 4-bedroom (3 full-sized bedrooms and a loft with a queen-sized bed), spacious enough for 7 adults; 4) view - you have a gorgeous oceanview and even more amazing view of the famous Oia sunset from the front patio of the unit. It was simply wonderful!

Beautiful villa with every amenity you could think of. Filtered water dispensers were much appreciated to reduce lugging water bottles. The landscaping both around our villa and around the entire resort was beautiful, yet fun and irreverent with some cool touches. The views from our villa were good, set just below similar resorts on the hillside. There is a walking path that takes you to the old town part of Oia in about 10 minutes as long as you don’t mind a good uphill climb. Just prior to entering the town there’s a mini market with whatever you need. We liked being away from the business of Oia yet close enough for a quick walk back.

If you want to “recharge” your batteries for the daily grind then this is a property you need to spend a few days at. I was skeptical whether the Santorini sunset was a bit overrated or not. But it was worth every penny. Being at this property allows you to enjoy one of the most beautiful sunset while you’re cooling off in the swimming pool or relaxing in the hot-tub after a spectacular 5-mile hike from Fira. It’s absolutely wortg it!

If you happen to visit Santorini in April like us you might find the swimming pools are still a bit too cold for comfort. You can’t really get in the pool in the evenings and till the sun is shining brightly during the day

We loved everything about it. The staff couldn't do anymore for us and we got a free breakfast tray! The place is out of this world in tranquility. The sunset was wonderful. The walk to Oia was short and easy for us with kids-9, 10 and 13. Washing machine/two kitchens. Fabulous.

Stayed at the Swinging Sunset Villa with family. The outdoors are unbelievablly good, all facing west and the sea...perfect for sunset watch. The facilities are great: a large private infinity pool, hot bathtub with Jacuzzi, well laid garden and artistically done courtyards. There are large sitouts opening on the western side making this the perfect place for sunset watch. The indoors are artistic, clean and well laid out. Pavlov and Anna were very warm and welcoming. The property has community facilities, restuarant of commendable quality. Truly this is an unbelievably good place to stay.

The little inconveniences are: (1) bedrooms are either underground or in mezzanine floors requiring climbing up uneven stairs (unsuitable for the elderly) (2) only two bathrooms for 3 bedrooms. The layout of bathroom is also cramped. (3) Kitchen space divided in two floors requiring up/down movement constantly..

They let us stay around the pool the day we left and stored our luggage for us excellent service and very nice staff😍

The property had a stunning outlook where at sunset you could sit in your private infinity pool sip on a cocktail and watch it all unfold!! Truly amazing

It was a bit of a hard walk to get to any other facilities or restaurants and with the property not having a restaurant you were forced into takeaway cooking for yourselves! Not a fan when I’m on holiday or paying exorbitant prices to get a private hire car a trip to Fira was 140 euro return for 6 of you.

Stunning villa and in a prime location, a short stroll from Ammoudi Bay and also the main town. We avoided busy times in the town and had several lovely meals out. This apartment was ideal for our family and we'd definitely return.

There was nothing really, other than the pool could have been a bit bigger - it wasn't an 'exercise pool' more of a dipping in pool

The view was absolutely stunning. The staff and customer service was outstanding. Nothing was an issue, from booking to arriving, service was 10/10. I was in contact with the staff once the villa was booked as we were celebrating a birthday and I asked for information on what extras they could provide, they gave me a few choices, but I chose a cake. It was in the fridge on our arrival and was delicious. They provided information on trips available on the island, however I had already booked through other companies. Months before our booking I had asked for recommendations on restaurants which they provided to me, I chose a couple and within half an hour of emailing them, they had already made the reservation for us for sunset time. Breakfast was delicious. We were a party of 7 and we ordered breakfast for 4 people and that was more than enough for all of us. Breakfast included fresh juice, coffee, pastries, boiled eggs, hot bread and cereal. Breakfast was brought to the villa at the time we requested. When we needed a taxi the staff were able to order one for us. Anna was amazing, she even brought us a drink to our villa as she saw we were leaving for a restaurant and waiting for our taxi. On the last day we had a full day as our flight wasn't until 11 pm. We requested a late checkout if possible, and as our villa was available we paid an extra fee and managed to keep our villa all day until we left for the airport. Even if they hadn't been able to provide that for us, check out was at 11am and we were able to leave our luggage with reception and still use the changing facilities and shared pool until we left. But the extra hours in our villa on our last day made it so much easier for us all to relax and then be able to get ready comfortably. The villa is about a 10-15 minute up hill walk to the centre of Oia, it is walkable but in August the heat was so intense we struggled.

The walk up to the village. Although not long at about 15mins, it is uphill and in the heat was quite difficult. Harder for older people with joint issues.
