The room was clean and spacious

The way staff handled the issues we complained about. There was a family reunion taking place and we were told that since they had 50 rooms and my family had one, they would not even approach the other guests smoking weed inside their rooms, which completely filled our room.

Well the floor we were put on expirenced a water leak a day or two before so we had to walk our luggage around many floor drying fans. Was very inconvenient and when I mentioned it at check out no discount was offered or anything the front staff seemed very unfriendly and short, especially at breakfast asking for a confirmation of first and last name and verify room number actually caused my wife to have a slight panic attack to where she just wanted to leave and not be at this facility for any longer so we packed up and checked out 2 and a half hours before we intentionally wanted too... We stayed at this facility before and don't remember it being so run down... Our air conditioning in the room we set it all the way down to 60 degrees and never felt the room get too cold yet me say our own house a/c sits at 76 and we're comfortable... So yeah wasent completely satisfied with our stay being I was trying to have a romantic date night with my wife!!!

The staff was very kind and the location was just 10 minutes from the airport. It’s also conveniently located near many attractions and amenities, which made everything even more convenient.

The room smelled stuffy and didn’t feel fresh at all. The carpet and curtains looked old and worn, and the room could definitely use some updating. There was no Smart TV, which was also disappointing. The bedsheets were wrinkled, and overall, the room did not look or feel well maintained. I felt very uncomfortable sleeping there and did not feel like the room was clean and inviting. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and room was very clean.

Pool area had a couple of adults that were throwing a ball and hit several people including myself while I was holding a baby. That was no fault of the hotel.

The swimming pool is full of green mold and I found empty cigarette packs under the bed so I know the rooms were not cleaned. I left the I left the cigarette packs under there on the first day to see if they would clean the room the second day… And the cigarettes were still there until we checked out two days later

NO HOT WATER IN BATHROOM SINK. When I told them at checkout the lady was like oh no you just ha e to push down, it works, it's just fine. No, it was not fine and her flippant attitude made it worse. Very stupid that no body else knew? She should have taken $ off my bill right there.

The staff, common area facilities, and breakfast were all fantastic.

The water temp in the shower was inconsistent, the AC didn’t work hardly making the room close to too warm for our toddler and infant, the elevators seemed to need daily fixing.

Breakfast was great, location is a little run down, but overall was good.

Really liked this facility! Our room was a true suite with a separate living/work space and sleeping space. Breakfast had a made-to-order omelette bar which was very nice. Beautiful interior design and friendly staff made this hotel our best stay on a long road trip!

A bit warm during social hour

I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on my experience during a 120-day stay. Throughout my stay, I had repeated interactions with Nate at the front desk that I found to be unprofessional. He frequently made inappropriate comments, spoke disrespectfully to both guests and fellow employees, and created an unwelcoming atmosphere. I reported these concerns to management on several occasions. Tina, the Front Desk Manager, assured me multiple times that the issue would be addressed, but no meaningful action was ever taken. I also brought these concerns to the General Manager, Delma, yet the behavior continued without correction. In addition to the customer service issues, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. There were ongoing problems with cockroaches, flies, and ants in the kitchen and bar areas that were never adequately addressed. I also witnessed another guest raising concerns about hotel staff and management. Rather than handling the complaint professionally, the General Manager laughed in the guest’s face. It was disappointing to see such a lack of respect for customer concerns, and no corrective action appeared to be taken. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. My room was often not cleaned thoroughly, empty plates and glasses were left behind, trash was not removed, and I frequently had to make multiple calls before requests were completed. The most serious issue involved my reservation. When there was a problem with my booking agency, Tina chose to charge my credit card directly instead of working with the agency to resolve the matter. As a result, I am now pursuing legal action to recover my money. The only consistently positive part of my stay was the bar staff. David, Ty, and Crystal were exceptional throughout my time at the hotel. They consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, provide outstanding service, and ensure everyone was well taken care of. Their professionalism and kindness were the primary reason I remained at the hotel as long as I did. Unfortunately, the overall lack of professionalism, poor management, unresolved maintenance issues, and inadequate customer service overshadowed the positive efforts of a few dedicated employees. I will be contacting corporate to formally share my experience.

I LOVE the amenities! Stacy on the omelets is A+. Best of any Embassy we've ever stayed. A couple of mentions that always speak and remember us is Bert and Djoko in the dining area.

We had an issue that was quickly remedied by Tina (the manager). It was unique and we had a good laugh about it. We guessed that housekeeping got called away and forgot to go back to finish!

As always, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Bert and Djoko especially remembered us from years past and took good care of us and our extended family for breakfast. Gordo was also a friendly, reliable face for our family reunion dinner.

We absolutely enjoyed the 2 days we was here. The scenery was so beautiful the minute you walk in the door. Tina the front desk reception was so sweet and answered all the questions I had, very friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was amazing as well and we wasnt sure how anything worked but Bert and DJoko was there to help walk me through the process. Bert was a sweetheart and adored my babies as if they was her own grandkids. All the staff was jusg amazing, friendly, welcoming, the rooms were very spacious and our view was just beautiful. Definitely will be returning guest! Thank you for making us feel at home away from our home!!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the price was surprisingly affordable for the quality. Breakfast was a highlight — Bert and Glenn at the omelette station served up delicious made‑to‑order omelettes were incredibly friendly every morning. Their hospitality really stood out and made the stay even better.

It’s always a positive stay at Embassy Suites OKC. Easy access to all major attractions, interstate and airport. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

The breakfast looked like it was good, but after my experience with my room I was scared to eat there.

The bathroom was dirty. There was food in the fridge left in the sink, the drain stopper had dried up food and on the carpet by the bathroom there was something white and crusty dried up there.

The breakfast cook was not friendly and the omelet was not cooked corrrctly, and it was very oily. When I asked to have it done more he said, "you should have told me that first."

Love staying here when we come OKC. We enjoy see Stacy who cooks our omelette and over easy eggs who has been with the embassy suites 10 years. Everyone is great here.

Rooms are cleaned everyday! Glenn and Shelby were fantastic at running the kitchen line. Omelets were perfect and Shelby always has a great smile. Only place I stay in OKC.

Molded around the sink not cleaned. Loud air unit in our bathroom all night and all day. Alot of ceiling holes need to be replaced. Ceiling going to the elevator was wet with monster needs to be looked at. Wallpaper in the dinning area coming down.

For the value and being and Embassy Suite it was run down looking.

The hotel is 5 star with all the amenities, the pool, restaurant and facilities was very modern and updated! The breakfast cook to order was Amazing! The cook Glenn and Server Shelby were very attentive, friendly and made a delicious meal. The service was all the way 5 star from checkin to breakfast!!

I had an excellent experience during my stay. From the beautiful lobby and restaurant to the comfortable hotel room, every aspect of the property exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding throughout my visit, particularly in the restaurant, where I dined every evening because both the food and hospitality were exceptional. David, my server, provided attentive and professional service each night. His expertly crafted Old Fashioned and thoughtful recommendations enhanced every meal, and the food was well worth the wait. The entire staff made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

I love the room size

The staff her name is Shannon and work at the front desk. For some reason, my room was canceled by her after I pay for it. She did not wanna take the time to see my receipt. And she didn't want to answer any of my questions. She only had 2 words. And that, was it a really s***** person to be working at Hilton? I've been dealing with Hilton for a long time. Never had any issues until my last visit. So we end up going to the true hotel, which was a better, but it wasn't what we wanted, it was something we had to get she needs to be put in housekeeping. She's a horrible representative for Hilton.

My family and I stayed here at Embassy Suites here and the staff has been so wonderful! First, Bert was refreshing to meet. She is so friendly and was making everyone feel at home. Then we met Djoko. He helped me to get a high chair for my one year old and stayed talking to us for a bit and we got to know him and how he had been here for 19+ years. Everyone took care of us on Saturday. Then on Sunday, we woke up very late just before breakfast ended and Djoko welcomed us again and was very cheerful. We also got help from a couple other awesome staff, Sarah and Aliyah. We checked out today and Maria helped us get another high chair and was happy to help. I have not seen one staff member with a bad attitude here which is a rare sight to me. This property has amazing staff!

Shook and Bert was great at breakfast. Even changing out our drinks when they weren’t up to their standard.

Rooms were as expected and service at the breakfast was fantastic. Djoko, Sarah and Aliyah were very attentive. Omelette station Stacy, Harvey and Aurora were quick and kind. Bert was very welcoming and had a chipper demeanor. This team of people is an asset to the hotel.

The breakfast crew and restaurant crew were fantastic. Great service and even better food. Special shout-outs to Krystal, Dave, Brian, Shelby, and Glenn. They took fantastic care of us over the month-long stay. The rooms were cleaned every day. I won't stay anywhere else in OKC now.

Breakfast was good, except for it not actually being buffet style. The lines don't make any sense, there's no order or way to know where you're supposed to stand.

There is actually so much that we didn't like, and we definitely learned our lesson and won't be staying anywhere near the area again. Way too many half clothed crackheads, just about everything in the rooms and bathrooms need updated, housekeeping did not come by anytime and restock toilet paper, towels etc. There were trays of food left in the hallway for about two days. It just wasn't a good experience, and now I'm having a hard time get them to release the deposit on my card.

You had to wait in line to be served even if you didn’t want a cook to order breakfast.

The evening managers happy hour. I got there at 6:30 and they were out of chips, dip, and didn’t refill. That was the chintziest spread of food I’ve ever seen at an Embassy Suites. Noisy! Lots of kids/teens running around in supervised.

We stayed at this Embassy Suites over the 2026 Memorial Day weekend, and the service completely stole the show. A massive, heartfelt thank you to Berth and Djoko—their incredible hospitality, flawless manners, and attentiveness made our holiday weekend truly special. They went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, and that kind of top-tier service is hard to find these days. As for the property itself, the hotel is a bit older and shows its age in a few spots, but it is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The classic, spacious Embassy layout is always a plus, and the pristine cleanliness combined with the world-class staff completely made up for any outdated aesthetics. If management is reading this, please give Berth and Djoko the recognition they deserve! We would absolutely stay here again just to experience their fantastic hospitality.
