Breakfast was not very good at all! pricey bar!, most of the staff was rude! Beds were super uncomfortable! Furniture is trash!

Place looked dated. Everything digital, so no real human interaction. Slow and expensive valet parking.

It was clean & comfortable & very close to the Paycom Center, but the hotel was run down, dated & understaffed.

In very bad need of an update. Only 2 staff available for check in at a very busy check-in time of 4pm & one was on the phone the entire time we waited to get checked in by the other one.

Our toilet was broken upon arrival and had to call to get it fixed. Not ideal after traveling all day Pool was closed which sucked because that was something we were looking forward to during our stay

Seemed historical and had a lot of history.

Had a great stay at the hotel in downtown OKC! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. Worn down, outdated and very very dirty. Literally a layer of dust and ate them an inch around the room perimeter everything was overpriced and the only good thing was the location

Hotel was a little dated, but still very nice and comfortable. Very friendly staff and central location. Not bad at all for the price

The laundry room was very dingy, but at least it was free? There's also a large construction project going on right outside of our window, which isn't their fault, just be aware as it looks like it might be there for a few years

It was close to the train station and the beds are nice and everything was clean

I booked it specifically for the pool because I had my grandchild and when we arrived we were told that the pool was under construction that was not mentioned on the website I would have booked a different place had I known.

The parking was the worst part of the stay, had to wait in line on the street for 45 min just to get to the valet service.I would recommend not showing up anytime around 4 o'clock to check in because it is a shit show.

Price was almost 3 times more than I paid last fall. Wallpaper was coming loose. Window on the 10th opened all the way and no screen. Someone could easily jump out the window. Window was so dirty it looked like it was fogged up but it wasn’t. Only two if the four elevators were working so it wasn’t a long wait to get to the 10th floor. The room was not very clean. Bathroom floor had dead bugs in the corner.

Blood on the wall and mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Didn't realize it until I took a shower in the morning. I told the front staff at my checkout and showed him pictures. Seemed to brush me off like it wasn't a big deal when this is a massive health violation.

LAME!!! Why would any hotel think it is appropriate and acceptable to tell guests NOT to call the front desk if there are any issues, but instead walk down to the front desk and ask them. Key card not working, had to walk down. Missing coffee pot, had to walk down. Was given a coffee pot not fully put back together and starting spraying water everywhere. Toilet handle not working, so the water wouldn't fill in the tank. Felt like I needed to wear shower shoes in the tub. Front desk staff was unfriendly and rude. The valet staff was very kind, helpful and prompt but the price of the valet was terrible. Bar, restaurant and attached cafe were never open the entire duration of our stay.

Parking was daily, not nightly resulting in double the expected price. The facility was worn and dated. We chose the location for convenience. It was not worth it.

5 stars for Cole! Super friendly guy, quick on his feet, and made standard valet feel like VIP service. Thanks again Cole! And the hotel was cool too

EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY! Room was clean. Gave us a room we were wanting with no problem! It was our anniversary and it was a great weekend!

The location and pretty lobby

There was a stench, as someone who’s got a strong sense of smell, in the room we stayed in that it didn’t feel/look very thoroughly cleaned.

I like the location. The property is conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. Visit the canal in Bricktown, reminded me of San Antonio Riverwalk. Customer service (front desk staff) excellent.

The hotel needs some upgrades. The carpet in my room was extremely worn and water in bathtub small puddle sat inside tub. The sink faucet was lose and sprayed water on counter. There was only two hangers, not enough to hang my clothes.

Rooms were nice and the location was great for what we were doing.

The Bartender was hard to find, once he did come over.. He was unenthusiastic and seemed like he could care less. Normally a bar atmosphere is fun and inviting, not this one...it looked like no one ever went in there. The buffet was overpriced and the parking situation was limited, unless you want to pay $34 a night.

. 🔴 WARNING: Avoid This Property – Severe Mold, Filth & Hidden Fees Do not be fooled by the 4-star rating; this property functions like a neglected 2-star motel. Severe Biological Hazards: The room had a powerful, overwhelming mold smell. The curtains were literally black with mold growth along the bottom edges. Unacceptable Filth: Layers of accumulated dirt covered the surfaces, and there was a dark red stain (resembling blood) right next to the blind handle. Broken Infrastructure: The toilet was completely broken and would not flush. The bedroom window leaked heavily, soaking any items left on the luggage stand beneath it. Deceptive Billing: They operate as a mandatory "cashless" hotel and tack on unexpected surcharges and credit card fees on top of your nightly rate. Management offered a partial room credit, but no discount justifies staying in an unsanitary, broken room. The structural filth here takes years to accumulate—housekeeping and management are completely failing. Buyer beware.

Great location - terrible parking situation. Do not valet my car so was stuck walking blocks back to hotel. Construction was very inconvenient and made entrance to hotel chaotic with traffic. One elevator was out of order our entire stay - another inconvenience.

Staff was amazing

With all the competition downtown, I am sure you can find a better room than what this place has to offer. At over $160 per night I was expecting better than a dirty run down noisy room. We were apparently "upgraded" to a suite and put on the 5th floor. We were right above and next to all the hotel's industrial air conditioners and machinery that ran the hotel. Constant hum all night long. The toilet in the bath room also serenaded us all night with the constant running of water, in addition to the squeaky bathroom door that I am sure the neighboring room could hear each time we opened and closed. Take a look at the beautiful couch I uploaded, I believe it has been in this hotel since it opened decades ago, it was so disgusting. There was also a chair to accompany the couch, it was sticky. You read that right, the cloth chair was sticky, so gross! Thankfully we were on the fifth floor because I wasn't so sure about the effectiveness of the broken door knob to the balcony. The peeling wallpaper was tacky for the $160 per night price tag. I traveled with my wife and two children, thankfully I was the only one that used the complementary coffee machine in the room, as there was only one disposable cup and one coffee pod. On the good side, the AC worked well and kept the room cool. The front desk attendant was polite, although they did change my method of payment without my permission. Valet parking was a bit overpriced at $34, but what can you expect? If they have the opportunity to gouge you on price, they will.

Nice staff, peaceful. The location is good for an overnight, but if I were staying more than one night, I would likely choose another part of town, downtown isn't all that fun.

The room is outdated and needed some basic maintenance for appearance - peeling wallpaper, stained chaise, cracked and yellow bathtub caulking - but it was ok for a one night stay for the price.

It was an awful experience

They use a third party valet experience, and there is no other convenient parking nearby. My car was damaged (broken window and handle) while in the valet parking and the company is not taking responsibility or paying for the damage. The next day when I was handing my keys to a valet at the desk he looked intoxicated and asked “is that a joint?” And I said no its my keys. He then asked if i smoke weed. Not the person i want to hand my keys to.

Pro's: The room is nice and chilled. Con's: The location is a bit congested. The room is too bright at night. The windows don't block the street noise. The "queen" beds are Full. No ventilation in the bathroom. The toilet is tiny and about two feet off the floor. Very pricey for snacks and water. The bar closes early, likely because the entire hotel attempts to control you by removing your privacy. The security guard is nosey. The hotel is locked down at night. At night, because the hotel doesn't offer any real option for dinner, everyone is downstairs in the lobby waiting on their delivery so they can go to the privacy of their room. The door both outer and inner and elevator cards don't work very well. All the seats in the lobby are old and deflated, many of which are only about a foot off the floor.

Such a beautiful hotel! We had a double bed suite and it was spacious with 2 bathrooms! Comfy beds, indoor pool and gym.

Breakfast wasn’t included and no onsite parking.
