It is in a bad neighborhood. It was a very poverty struck neighborhood. I would not have booked there had I known that. I felt VERY unsafe.

As me and my travel through the weekend to the zoo we chose this hotel for our accommodation, the time at check in to the time we checked out it was amazing staff location and everything it had to offer the rooms should be upgraded just a bit but they was welcoming as we entered our room excellent location breakfast was subpar but ok choices

Breakfast ŵas the only thing that could be honestly improved the the young lady when we checked in at around 2:30pm she was awesome the gentleman at check out was great awesome attitude they both created an excellent welcoming atmosphere

I was forced to move rooms after my reservation was changed from smoking to non-smoking, despite having already unpacked and set up my work equipment. Later, after raising a concern about my room, I was told to leave in the middle of the night and security was called, even though I had prepaid for my stay. I was left outside with my dog and my belongings still inside. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire situation.

The freshly make-your-own waffles were a hit. I also enjoyed the cereal and sausages available.

Free Breakfast was a little disappointing. The scrambled eggs didn't look too appetizing with their monochromatic appearance and the biscuits were less than stale cardboard.

The rooms where nice & the pool guy did an amazing job keeping up with the pool, he even let my kids know when it was ok to swim.

Not the best neighbor hood, saw alot of drug deals and other activities. There where a few bugs found in the restroom in the room.

Room met our needs and staff was friendly.

We were placed on the second floor and had to get the cot bed up the stares ourselves.

Sliding door wouldnt close all the way and bathroom bath was leaking and toilet wouldnt flush unless turn certain way. The hook were messing also. Bed were hard and didnt have great pillows.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff was unfriendly. I was accused of lying about having booked two rooms and one of my rooms wasn't cleaned yet at 3pm check in time. The breakfast staff had an airpod in and was on a phone call the entire time we were eating breakfast. I was charged an extra $72 for our stay despite paying before the trip and no one seems able to help me with that. Beware.

The room was clean, all the staff was very polite. The day manager and night shift chick Mel are wonderful for any customer service. The breakfast was hot and delicious - only hotel that offers potatoes...and the pool was the best part of my day. This is the only place i will stay when i visit okc

Awesome food, friendly staff, always a clean room. This is the only place I stay when I come thru okc. I also think it's very kind how they have fresh food and water out front for the stray kitties ❤️ when i come back i intend on having the funds to help get them spayed and neutered.

I’ve stayed here over the years and I have always had a good experience! The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the balcony is an added plus! I always return.

The room was literally falling apart. The front desk lady the first day was unhelpful. The man the next day was awful when I contacted him because I was overcharged. He got into an argument with me, so I hung up. I was refunded my money through booking.com after I proved I was overcharged.

Os funcionários são simpáticos, quarto confortável com frigobar e microondas, estacionamento de frente para quarto.

Na hospedagem tem pessoal que sai dos quartos para fumar maconha ao redor. Parece que tem pessoal sem moradia hospedado. Mas não tive problema com isso e minha motocicleta ficou bem no estacionamento.

There was a stain on my pillowcase and the bed sheets when we got there! There was a bunch of trash all around the property, but with the amount of homeless in that area, it was understandable.

Nothing, it was in a bad part of town and the staff was horrible and wouldn’t refund my money. It was only until booking.com contacted them and then only refunds me the day.

The room was upstairs, no elevator, I'm handicapped. There wasn't any parking near my room and the dumpster smelled so bad. Too close to the door where I went in. Then the locks key card didn't work very well. I had to go to a different door a couple times just to get back Into the building.

Very bad area in town. Came out to a homeless looking guy sitting on my roof rack of my truck smoking a cigarette. Absolutely no security, no lights for outside of facility and city police said it would be over 2 hrs to respond

The air conditioner was blew cold air. The shower water was very hot. Firm bed. Under $80 for the room.

The bathroom door didn't shut completely. The tub had a slow drain. Water was standing while I showered. Towels had no absorption.

The pool was the best part until a child pooped in it and they didn’t close it or clean it!!!

The man that works at the front desk in the morning is very rude! We were accused of having “too many visitors” but we only had the 2 adults and 2 children on our reservation! Than we found a bed bug in our bathroom and they moved us rooms but to a more expensive room so when I tried to rebook our room I had to check out and wait till 2 pm to check back in so we went to the pool with all of our belongings while waiting to check back in and when I went to check back in this same morning front desk clerk told me too many visitors and that we didn’t get out of our room till a few minutes ago and that since we had been swimming we were allowed to stay! So while gathering our stuff cancelling the already paid for booking and calling an uber he harassed us threatened us with security that they don’t have and it was my self a young woman and 2 children ages 11 and 12! He kept saying they had cameras and I was lying about the visitors!!! But at 12 noon at checkout my bank notified me of a refund for my $50 deposit!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT AFTER THE BED BUG I FOUND THEY DIDNT EVEN DO THE PROPER THINGS FOR THE TREATMENT OF BED BUGS AND THEY RENTED IT OUT THE NEXT DAY! SMH!! He will also harass you at breakfast about taking the plates back to your room and threatens you will lose your deposit if you take a plate back and heaven forbid you take an empty plate he will chase after you!! We won’t be back! Go down to clarion pointe on meridian! Way more comfortable and better rooms and showers and the tv is wayyyy better also about the same price maybe a little cheaper !! Don’t waste your vacation at this cheap bed bug rude place!!

As usual clean as whistle

The only thing is I wish that they had an adults only quiet swim hour from 10pm-11pm any other time there is just kids screaming acting like wild beasts. That hour would let others without kids enjoy the pool and cool off. Without the ear & nerve shattering noise. That’s the thing that triggers my PTSD more than anything else . But that’s not the hotels fault. Parents are not watching, controlling, teaching them how to act in a civilized manner to not disturb others

Parkplätze vorhanden. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Pool war zentral für alle Seiten gut erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Tankstelle, Supermarkt, Restaurants).

Unser Zimmer war im 1. OG ohne Aufzug. "Frühstück" ist klein und winzig, eher nichts für europäische Verhältnisse.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My stay here was very pleasant; let me count the ways: I slept well; breakfast was better than expected and I enjoyed a brief moment on the balcony in the mornings, even the Indian restaurant next door was delicious. I will be back.

The locals live in the hotel, homeless all over outside, people making car repairs in the parking lot, open drug use inside the hotel and out, trash all over the grounds.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Someone was pounding on my door at 11:30 pm (after I’d gone to sleep)!then the front desk called and asked me to spell my name 3 times! Then in the morning as I was making two trips to load my luggage in the car, I found my key card was deactivated. So clearly the staff made done mistake and double booked my room or something . I never got an explanation, and I got a very bad night’s sleep from the interruption.

Cockroach infested! The ceiling is falling apart! It STINKS!!!! Not to mention they charged us over $100 more than what it was supposed to be! Here for work, so we don’t have time to try and get our money back, and get a new hotel. Even the Bible is torn apart!!!!!!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!! Negative 100 stars! 🤢🤮
