The staff were lovely. The room was grand and spacious but a bit dated. The deck outside was super, (no sea view) The bottle store in the office sold a good variety of liquor including docg prosecco.

De locatie was perfect. Naar een Italiaans restaurant, dichtbij het strand en alle andere leuke straatjes. Heel vriendelijk personeel! Lekker ontbijt bij de Italiaan, de douche was heerlijk, het bed sliep goed en elke dag nieuw drinkwater. Echt top.

Het heeft geen zwembad, maarja dat wisten we. Bij veel andere restaurantjes wel dus dat was geen probleem!

La chambre était parfaite, vraiment rien à redire, le petit déjeuner était délicieux.

Ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě, vše v docházkové vzdálenosti, večer jdou slyšet motorky ze silnice pokud máte krajní pokoj, ale dá se to zvládnout. Pokoje byly velké, skvěle vybavené. Snídaně jsou v restauraci vedle v hotelu, byly naprosto skvěle, velký výběr, jen trošku delší čekání (cca 40min). Byli schopni zařídit i půjčení skútru, velká ochota ve všem, doporučuji 🙂

Staff was super polite and very helpful. Communication via Booking was good and easy. Breakfast was included and very good quality. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean (despite mold-maintenance should be improved in the inner room we booked). Location is great next to shops, restaurants and beach.

The room we picked had little smell of mold because of poor ventilation. The reception is actually a liquor store next door. The music from the restaurant was a little bit too loud. Beds are a bit worn out/too soft.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious .

For my next stay, I will book a room with an exterior window. My previous room faced the wall of an adjacent building, which made it quite dark and difficult to tell the time of day.

Dony was absolutely delightful and so helpful with everything! Highly recommend

I like how accommodating the staff were and especially Dony, who was very friendly and helpful. The room is very good for the price and location is accessible.

We had a great stay here and were really impressed from the start. The location is perfect just a short walk to Kuta Beach, surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants, and with a convenience store right next door. The room looked exactly like the photos and was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was big and cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A nice bonus was the smart TV with access to their Netflix account, perfect for winding down in the evenings. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

There honestly isn’t much to mention here. The only downside is that the street can be a bit busy, with motorbike noise going on late into the night. If you’re a light sleeper, the rooms closest to the street might be noisy. It’s worth checking with the property in advance which room you’ll be staying in.

Spacious room with nice balcony. nearby town area in which easily accessible for great foods and convenient store by walking distance. Staffs are helpful and ensure we are settle well and advice the great spots for foods and attractions to ensure we are not missing any things.

Just wish have the consistent water pressure as sometimes facing lower water pressure in the midst of bath

Hôtel idéalement placé à 5 min de la plage (aller un peu plus loin pour le beach club et les transats) et du centre ville avec de nombreux restaurants (quelques locaux et beaucoup touristiques) et boutiques de souvenir L’hôtel nous a renvoyée vers l’agence Lombok Fantastic pour organiser nos excursions snorkeling : très bien organisées et avec un super accueil

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen weshalb man fußläufig alles erreicht. Das angrenzende Restaurant war wirklich sehr gut und das Frühstück war wirklich ausgesprochen lecker. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Les lits étaient très confortables et la chambre et la salle de bain étaient très grandes Personnel très sympa Le restaurant italien juste à côté de l’hôtel était super bon !

Il y a juste une fenêtre qui donne sur un mur mais comme nous ne restions qu’une nuit cela ne nous a pas posé de problème ! Petit trou dans la douche qui donne vers l’extérieur ce qui fait rentrer les moustiques et l’humidité

La colazione era sempre meravigliosa, sempre curata nel minimo dettaglio e sempre buonissima. Lo staff molto disponibile e sempre sorridente. Posizione molto centrale Grazie a Dony e tutto lo staff del Kemangi !

Die Sauberkeit und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen… besonders zu erwähnen Dony, der auch noch an seinem freien Tag geholfen hat. Danke dafür nochmals.

Struttura nuova, pulita e completa di ogni comfort. Ottima colazione con varie opzioni per ogni gusto. Dony è stato particolarmente gentile e disponibile ad aiutarci in ogni nostra richiesta.

Location is perfect and walkable distance to the main areas with food shops nearby. Room is large with plenty of space for 2 people.

There were quite a lot of mozzies in our room, we killed more than 20 of them during our 2 night stay. We got some pretty bad bites from the mosquitos. Probably some fumigation will help.

Molto consigliato, camera spaziosa e pulita, servizio eccellente da parte di tutti i ragazzi del personale, sempre attenti, sorridenti e pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. La colazione, eccellente, viene preparata nel ristorante italiano sotto le camere, con tanto di caffè espresso come si deve ;) Un ringraziamento speciale a Dony e Edy !!

Stayed for a night. Quite new and very comfortable. Surprisingly quiet, given how busy the area is and how close the place is to the road. Nice beach nearby, and a busy restaurant / shopping street just a short walk away. Mind yourself as a pedestrian - everyone (tourists and locals alike) drives like a maniac and will run you down without a second thought.

Nos gustó todo, la habitación súper amplia, la cama súper grande y cómoda. El personal encantador y siempre pendiente de lo que puedas necesitar. La ubicación inmejorable, en pleno centro, pero en una calle secundaria por lo que se agradece mucho a la hora de dormir. Los desayunos muy ricos también.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were super nice and helpful.

Construction was going on at the hotel which we found out about once we got there. It was only during the days and we were barely at the hotel other than to sleep however this could definitely impact a vacation. This is why the rating is lower.

It is very well located for a visit to the beach or town centre or local restaurants without the complication of traffic. It was a spacious, modern and clean room.

Location and parking

Not clean, construction in the hotel without information, the formerly very good restaurant was closed without notification when booking. No breakfast available, room is really outdated and needs urgently renovation... Moved out after one night.

The building is beautifully decorated, and the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is large, clean, and well-equipped with complete amenities. We had a short but comfortable night at Kemangi Bed & Breakfast! Highly recommend!

We cannot extend our stay as they are fully booked. 😉

Staff funny first room had no windows no view, second room wich i paid a difrence for thanks to staff was much better but the location not so great for the same price you can get a villa on a hill

Liked everything. If nitpicking,- cleaning crew should step up the game a notch. All the light switches, ac remote and some tables was dirty, hat to clean them with wet wipes before I could use them

The property is not big but the room we had was big and with high ceiling. It definitely felt comfortable. One of the staffs also had great barista skill shown for our cappuccino as our choice of welcome drink. And the staff definitely spend time to chat while serving us professionally, making us feel very welcomed.

Internet connection was quite slow and a little hiccup when connecting to smart tv.

The room is very big and incredibly clean and the staff super friendly. Also located at less than 10 minutes of the restaurant area.

An intimate boutique hotel, located on a quiet street a very short walk from the main (and busier) part of town. The hotel was spacious and modern, with high ceilings and lots of natural sunlight. Bathroom was very modern and spacious too. The room also had a great balcony space, complete with table and chairs and surrounded by leafy trees for shade. We didn’t use the common dining area, however looked beautiful.

Amazing staff-so easy to be in love with all of them! They are so kind, warm, friendly and helpful! It was a pure please to be in this hotel with them. They create an amazing ambiance! The location is great, the hotel is safe, modern with a good wifii. The room was really big, clean, with a very comfortable bed, good shower, hot water. I fully recommend this place!
