The Confidential Mandalika - Sea Front Hotel - New Starlink 70Mbps WiFi - Free Gym Access

A great hotel for exploring Kuta nearby Kuta beach, perfect service of receptionists!! We loved them all. We were very satisfied with the hotel services, especially the work of the receptionists, who were all smiling and friendly, and nothing was a problem. The room matched the description, everything was functional and practical. There was also a fridge for hosts. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the Kuta beach, so it’s very well located for exploring. We stayed at the hotel for a 5 days and if we returned to Lombok - Kuta, we wouldn’t change a thing.

Tout : la chambre ne correspond pas aux photos de l’annonce et le mobilier n’est pas approprié pour un hôtel (chaise de bureau à roulettes ayant déjà bien servie, bureau et armoire moches, rien à voir avec les photos). Trou dans la porte de la chambre (voir photos) La salle de bain est salle, les murs souillés de taches suspectes et l’eau de la douche se disperse partout car il n’y a pas vraiment de douche, seulement un jet d’eau sans pression qui se disperse partout. Il n’y a également aucun espace où poser des affaires de toilettes . La piscine est petite, à partir de trois personnes vous vous sentirez à l’étroit. Peu de transats et des parasols moisis complète l’espace. Pas de serviettes de piscines disponibles à notre arrivée car elles étaient « toutes au lavage » Le linge de lit et les serviettes sentaient mauvais (odeur de cigarette froide…) Nous avons écartés notre séjour et passe que 2nuits au lieu des trois prévues

Great stay overall — comfortable room and helpful staff throughout. Special thanks to Alfi for the excellent service! One thing that's easy to overlook: free gym access is included, and it's actually one of the best-equipped gyms in the area. Really added value to the stay. Would recommend.

Il The Confidetial e’ un ottimo Hotel situato sul lungomare di Mandalika nel quale ho passato 3 notti durante il mio soggiorno in Indonesia. La prima cosa che sicuramente ti fa apprezzare il posto e’ il contatto umano con i ragazzi che lavorano alla Reception sempre sorridenti e gentilissimi che ti fanno sentire come a casa. Al mio arrivo ho incontrato Alfi che nonostante fossi arrivata in anticipo mi ha fatto usufruire subito della mia camera dove ho potuto cosi’ sistemarmi e iniziare a godermi l’isola. La camera e’ molto spaziosa e pulita, trovi anche un paio di bottiglie di acqua e gli asciugamani per la piscina. Sono contenta di essere venuta in questo posto e ci tornero’ sicuramente quando tornero’ qui a Lombok. Grazie Alfi e agli altri ragazzi del Confidential.

La ubicación es perfecta. Frente a la playa en un entorno mucho más tranquilo para descansar y disfrutar de la brisa y el sonido del mar, pero cerca de todos las tiendas y restaurantes. Tuvimos un problema a nuestra llegada y Alfi estaba pendiente de que llegaramos bien y de ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos. Volveria sin duda.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, which is very well located, right across from the sea and just a short walk from the town center, where you can find plenty of restaurants, massage places, and scooter rentals. A special mention to Aziz, an excellent host who answered all our questions, gave us great advice, and was always smiling and friendly throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back again!

Moltes gràcies a l'encarregat Aziz! és un encant de persona. T'ajuda amb tot el que necessitis. La ubicació ideal, surts i veus el mar a pocs metres, estàs a Mandalika beach. És una zona molt tranquil·la, però al costat hi tens de tot. Restaurants, serveis i paradetes locals. Té una piscina amb jardí amb t un espai verd, molt ben aconseguit i dissenyat.

Al dormitori li falta un llum càlid. Al bany li falta mampara a la dutxa i moble per deixar-hi coses com el necesser.

La ubicación enfrente a la playa y cerca del centro, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para que estar tranquilo. No hay ruido de noche y se puede descansar bien.

Nada de que quejarme la verdad.

La stanza e il bagno erano veramente piccoli, senza spazi di appoggio. Per il prezzo pagato onestamente mi sarei aspettata di meglio.

Esta enfrente de la playa de Kuta del centro andando 10 minutos con tiendas de camino y en moto a dos. La verdad que si no quieres el ruido y caos del centro esta perfectamente ubicado. La zona Es segura para caminar de noche y hay seguridad. La habitacion, la suite deluxe, es amplia y grande, no se las demas. Es un lugar calmado, con vegetacion y no hay ruido de noche. Hacen la habitacion cada dia y cambian toallas si las dejas en el suelo sucias.

Segun que personal te toque no se enteran mucho. Habia una chica que sabia perfectamente lo que hacia pero otra que estaba perdidisima. Tienen cositas de Asia que si estas acostumbrado a viajar pues no te queda otra que aceptarlas, pero por ejemplo llegar y que te digan que la habitacion estara un poco mas tarde porque estan rezando puede ser un poco shock cultural para algunos. Lo unico que no me gusto es la ducha,que se acumula el agua. Aunque es mono hubiera preferido tener un plato de ducha.

Posizione ottima, staff gentile, struttura molto confortevole, pulita e in un giardino rigoglioso, silenziosissimo. Consigliato.

La professionalità e la cortesia del personale, in particolar modo Alfi ci ha accolto in maniera eccezionale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la torta di compleanno e la composizione floreale sul letto per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Lo staff ci ha suopportato in tutte le nostre richieste, ad esempio la prenotazione taxi e scooter. È sicuramente una struttura che consiglierei.

The staff is very welcoming and will do everything they can to help. The room is functional and clean. The street sees little traffic since access is restricted, making it nice and quiet.

The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way from the main street, though everything is within a 10-15 minute walk.

It’s a cute little calm oasis in a very busy town. It is located on the edge, opposite the beach and only a 10 minute walk to the beach club which is well worth a visit!! The rooms were all clean and spacious. Ours was on the second floor which was great as we were able to enjoy a morning cuppa on the balcony in the sunshine! It’s a 15min walk into the centre of Kuta. The staff were all fantastic and super helpful! Recommend if you want to avoid the noise and dust of Kuta centre

La struttura esternamente è bellissima. Giardino molto curato, piscina magnifica sembra di essere in un paradiso tropicale. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Si sta molto bene

Gli interni sono un po trascurati, pochi punti di appoggio. Asciugamani del viso erano quelli microscopici da ospiti. Il prezzo non è economico e manca il servizio di colazione. In Indonesia lo hanno anche in strutture più semplici. La stanza viene rifatta solo a richiesta ma dovrebbe essere rifatta quotidianamente.

Das Zimmer war etwas schmutzig und die Bettwäsche sowie Tücher muffig und stinkig. Alles war extrem feucht im Zimmer und stinkig. Es kam nie ein Zimmerservice. Ein Scooter konnten sie uns nicht organisieren, selbst haben wir es direkt geschafft.

Todo, tenía una ubicación perfecta por Kuta, muy tranquilo y bonito, pero sobretodo lo mejor es su staff. Alfi es la mejor, nos ayudó mucho dándonos consejos y ayuda para alquilar la moto, siempre simpática en todo lo que necesitamos, un encanto, repetiremos!

El alojamiento es perfecto piscina 24 horas abierto el cual se agradece , la habitación súper bien cuidada. Cuando llegamos olía súper bien y nos dejaron accesorios.

Habíamos reservado el taxi para el aeropuerto y cuando llegamos a la recepción la chica con la que habíamos gestionado no hizo nada…. Menos mal a la otra chica que nos gestionó súper rápido un 10.

Het is oké, maar wel primitief. Er zit een INDOMARET naast maar anders kon je nergens snel wat ophalen. Ook het personeel was niet op en top vriendelijk. Het was oké, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Ook de douch etc stonk.

Lokalita, u krásné pláže, u pláže každý večer půjčovali autíčka pro děti, tak děti měli vyžití. Čistý pěkný bazén.

Pravidelně se neuklízelo, museli jsme si o to říci. Ale pak vše ok.

La piscina muy linda, no cuenta con mini cooler pero son muy amables y tienen uno comunitario. Frente al mar, cercano a comercios, compren en Don Pepito tiene todo. Lo mejor para los fit, el convenio con el gym y la calle para trotar.

El baño, que no tiene división y se moja. El resto todo ok.

De locatie aan het strand is mooi, maar het is wel een stuk lopen naar het centrum. Het zwembad en de tuin is mooi!

De kamer was anders dan op de foto's. De kamer was klein, een raam had geen gordijn waardoor het erg licht was, de kraan lekte, de badkamer was vies en heel slecht onderhouden, het bed is niet comfortabel en de kamer is niet schoon en praktisch. Geen ruimte voor spullen. De deur klemde.

Alles eigentlich super, Cinta war jedes Mal so nett zu uns und hat sich um alles gekümmert, wirklich top Personal! wunderschöner Garten der Pool ist angenehm und eine gute Lage

das Zimmer ist ziemlich klein und im Bad ist kaum Platz aber das reicht komplett aus!

L’accoglienza di Alfi che si è oltretutto occupata del trasferimento verso l’aeroporto a un prezzo onesto. Acqua calda e fredda è un frigorifero condiviso disponibili alla reception. La piscina molto bella avvolta in un bel giardino tranquillo e accogliente.

- The gym access was really nice as it was a nice gym - The staff were very friendly and helpful - The pool was nice to sit by even though I never went in - Location was excellent, close to three shops and the beach

- The Wifi did not work so we had to use our own data for our four days there - The TV did not have Netflix installed rendering it completely useless apart from Youtube and it did not work for most of the time as it depended on Wifi - The towels were not changed once during our four days - Sound insulation was non existent as we could hear all our neighbours hanging out outside their porch beside us - Hot water was nice but runs out every 10 minutes and regenerates after 20 minutes - Lights were not ambient in the bedroom

The location is great, it is so close to the beach and the popular areas of Kuta. We were immediately greeted by their amazing staff, specifically Alfi, who gave us an amazing briefing of the hotel and everything we needed - so friendly and helpful! The room was absolutely lovely. It is very clean and spacious, and we had a balcony area as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting a more peaceful area but still somewhere that is close to Kuta’s main shops and restaurants - it’s the perfect balance.

Heel erg lief en behulpzaam personeel, mooie accommodatie, ruime kamer en fijne rustige ligging maar dicht genoeg bij de drukte van Kuta! Alfi heeft mij zo goed geholpen met alles, heel erg meedenkend en kon mijn was, een scooter en luchthaventaxi gemakkelijk regelen voor me!

Perfect location. Good Aircon. Good WiFi. Good clean 24hr swimming pool. Cinta at the front desk was an incredibly cheerful and knowledgeable host who helped with a multitude of things from organising laundry to delivering fresh coconuts all with a beautiful smile and happy demeanor that made sure every day was more special. If only all hotels had a Cinta!! All in all one of the best stays in my solo Asian travels. Thanks to all involved.

Right at the beach and close town center, but yet in a quiet location. The people at the reception are all very helpful. Special thanks to the good English speaking receptioniste Afli, she helped us arranging a private tour with a great driver to Sade Village and the Air Terjun Benang Waterfall. She made our stay unforgettable!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Alfi bei der Rezeption hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Der Strand von Kuta ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Im Garten ist ein Pool an dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Von uns eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung

Personalet var meget søde, især Alfi der hjalp mig da jeg blev revet af en kat. Meget sødt af hende Ellers god beliggenhed og tæt på alt

Værelserne kunne godt være bedre og der var en kæmpe edderkop første nat ude på badeværelset

I love staying at this place. Great rooms and walking distance from the beach. The thing that makes the place really amazing is the staff. Especially Cinta is super helpfull and welcomes you with a smile everyday. Highly recommend!

El personal es lo mejor de este hotel. Tanto Alfi como Cinta me ayudaron con todo, desde organizarme transporte hasta recomendarme playas o sitios donde ir. Siempre te reciben con una sonrisa y te preguntan por tu día, al viajar sola muchas veces les contaba mis movidas del día a ellas :) Estuve en 3 habitaciones distintas y la verdad es que en todas estuve a gusto, aunque la más básica tiene un baño demasiado pequeño. La piscina está genial, no suele haber mucha gente. Te limpian la habitación a diario si dejas el marcador en la puerta y te ponen agua mineral. La habitación no tiene nevera pero hay una nevera comunitaria donde puedes dejar lo que quieras. No me enteré de la mezquita y dormí muy bien. No había bichos tampoco.

La habitación más básica tiene un baño demasiado pequeño, el lavamanos es mínimo. Las habitaciones superiores tienen un baño mucho más amplio. También eché de menos un espejo de cuerpo entero en alguna habitación. Si no tienes moto estás un poco alejado del meollo de Kuta, pero en 15’ andando tienes todos los bares y ambiente.

Cinta and all of the other staff made our stay. They were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
