I had a very good stay. The staff are very helpful and super nice. They have also been very flexible because I had to prolong and then shorten my stay. They let me keep my luggage in their room after checkout, which was very helpful. You can also rent a scooter with them. Only thing slightly imperfect was the wifi in the room, but that is only a detail!

Wunderschöne Anlage. Toller Pool und gemütlicher Bungalow, der alles hat was man braucht. Zentrale, aber sehr ruhige Lage.

Die 2 Pools im Garten sind toll. Aber es ist alles windgeschützt und damit sehr heiss. Safe wäre schön in dieser Preisklasse. Roomservice hat bei 2 Übernachtungen nicht stattgefunden.

Location is amazing, close to the good vibe area but in a small street. We were not disturb by noice. The swimming pool is very appreciated and not too crowded. The A/C is well built, not directly oriented into the bed.

The bathroom can smell a little bit humidity.

Nos gustó todo. La limpieza, la habitación, la piscina, la ubicación y el personal es de 10, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. A pesar de la ubicación tan céntrica, es muy tranquilo y no hay nada de ruido. Si volvemos a Kuta, no dudaremos en repetir en este hotel!

Amazing stay in the heart of Kuta Lombok. The room was beautifully pristine and well kept, as were the pool and garden areas. All the staff were so kind and helpful with everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our final nights in Lombok. Thank you!

Eigenlijk was alles top! Wij waren blij verrast door ZiFa Mandalika. De kamer was ontzettend fijn en verreweg de schoonste kamer die we op Lombok gezien hebben. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en stond altijd voor ons klaar om mee te denken. Verder is de locatie ook top! Heel erg in het hart van Kuta, maar we hebben geen enkel geluidsoverlast gehad en het was een oase van rust zodra we ZiFa’s terrein opliepen. Alles in Kuta was erg goed te belopen vanaf de accommodatie. Wij raden het zeker aan en komen graag eens terug!

The room was very small but it’s ok if you’re only staying a few nights. I prefer a larger room but the smaller room is justified in the cost. The property is well priced

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit 3! Pools. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht - Kühlschrank und sogar ein Smart TV. Die Gastgeberin Liya ist die coolste Powerfrau die wir auf unserer Reise bisher kennengelernt haben und kümmert sich hervorragend um alles! Die Lage ist auch toll, mitten im Zentrum von Kuta und trotzdem ruhig - fußläufig alles erreichbar.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht zu 100% richtig funktioniert, aber das war okay.

The bed was comfortable and it was close to the main road.

Down a dark alley - didn’t feel so safe for solo travellers. Do not clean room unless you ask. Lots of lizards and ants in room. Holes in bathroom wall filled with toilet roll. Quite noisy at night.

I had a wonderful stay at Zifa Mandalika and couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone on the team was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel at home throughout my stay. The property is very well maintained, and the cleanliness of the facilities is outstanding. Everything was spotless and cared for with great attention to detail. The bungalows are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Lombok. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the excellent service and well-kept surroundings, made my stay truly enjoyable. The location is also excellent, with easy access to Kuta and many of the stunning beaches of South Lombok, making it a perfect base from which to explore the area. I would also like to give a special mention to Lia. She is a truly special person whose warmth, hospitality, and genuine kindness made my stay even more memorable. People like Lia are the reason guests feel so welcome and want to return. Thank you to the entire Zifa Mandalika team for their hospitality and kindness. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely choose this property when I return to Lombok. Highly recommended!

The staff were so nice and accommodating. Perfect location. Comfortable and clean

The location is really central. I didn’t rent a scooter on the first day and can just navigate around to get food and massage by foot. The pool and the room is really nice and clean. They provide water for you to fill into your jug in your room. And they ask if you need housekeeping daily or by request. There’s always staff at the property but sometimes they were in the staff room instead of at the reception counter, need to call them out.

The public area is a bit basic. No hair dryer, they told me it was broken and they don’t have any spare one.

We had a great 2 nights staying here. The room was compact but had a good sized bathroom. It is well located in central Kuta and has 2 small pools which are great. The staff were friendly and helped to store our luggage and arrange airport transfers.

Only downside was the air conditioning not being particularly effective, and it was noisy from the street and prayers so not the best nights sleep.

Ho soggiornato qui una notte, posto incantevole. In centro kuta,ma tranquillo e lontano dal rumore. Camere perfette, ottimi servizi quali, spazzolino e dentifricio di cortesia, caffè te e bollitore ciabattine di cortesia, frigo,shampoo e bagnoschiuma,letto comodissimo e smart tv. Ha 2 piscine e lettini pulite e davvero rilassanti JO Mi ha perfino accompagnato la mattina del checkout gratis ad un altro hotel in motorino,Jo il numero 1. 10 e lode x pulizia,cortesia,servizi ed accoglienza. Un oasi di pace ,super consigliato

the sliding door of the room was little bit broken and hard to lock. But not a big issue.

ZiFa is perfectly located just off the Main Street but back enough to minimise noise

Très bonne localisation, idéalement situé au centre de Kuta Lombok. Le quartier est très safe, avec plein de restaurants autour. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

La chambre est assez grande et plutôt spacieuse, la salle de bain est grande également. L'emplacement est idéal, très calme et proche de tout à pied. La piscine est grande et propre, très agréable. Possibilité de louer un scooter et faire laver son linge.

Possibilité d'étendre une seule serviette dans la salle de bain. Il restait une serviette sale dans la table de nuit et une pizza dans le frigo ! On a du changer de scooters entre les 2 jours, un membre du personnel l'a récupéré pour lui, et le nouveau était en moins bon état avec des freins qui fonctionnaient mal.

De locatie is echt geweldig, midden in het centrum van Kuta. Ook een heerlijk zwembad. Echt een rustig plekje ondanks de drukke weg

This hotel was phenomenal, they did everything for me more than I asked for! The staff where amazing. I had amazing relaxing staying at this hotel and the really exceeded my expatation more than I could asked for. Thank you so much for having me.

Nothing I liked everything

Everything was great. The hotel has paid attention to the small details that while small make a hotel memorable.

Not a problem but a suggestion only. It would be nice to have another chair and perhaps a small table on the verandas so two people can sit and socialize. We were forced to drag out the inside stool and turn over the garbage basket for a table.

Woodworms everywhere. Everything is out of date. There is basically no ventilation in the bathroom.

Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel is incredibly clean and beautifully maintained. My room was beautiful and spotless, and the pools are amazing such a wonderful place to relax. What truly made my experience special was the staff. Everyone is so kind, warm and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Jowary for his exceptional help and kindness. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. You truly made my holiday unforgettable. I’m honestly sad to leave and I will definitely come back!

La localisation est parfaite, endroit calme et sans bruit pour se reposer. Le lit est confortable.

Tout est compliqué. L’équipe n’est pas flexible et refuse chaque demande systématiquement. L’accueil est basique et n’est pas chaleureux. Prix élevé pour l’endroit et la prestation. Pas de petit déjeuner possible et checkout très tôt et pas flexible. Nous n’avons pas senti une atmosphère agréable et nous avons préféré partir. Le lieu a du potentiel mais il est mal exploité.

До пляжа минут 10-15 пешком Бассейн хороший, удобно позагорать/поплавать Было довольно тихо ночью Удобная огромная кровать и очень большое одеяло, супер комфортно Завтрака нет, но вокруг десятки кафешек с завтраками Очень удобно можно сдать одежду недорого в стирку прямо в отеле Довольно просторный домик, есть где разложить вещи

На крыльце домика не очень удобная качель, столик со стульями был бы удобнее

Good value, good location, pool is nice, wifi and air con work well. Rented me a good moto for about 6-7 usd/day.

Location and the tranquility.

The staff. The place would have been better if it has better service staff. Always a different person coming from a small room who seemed half awake attending to you. Gave inconsistent pricing for bike rental. For the price, I think you can easily find something better. On the last day when we returned the bike key to them, we were attended by a service male staff in his sarong and topless. Honestly, there needs to be some basic standards.

The room, pool and location are great, only minor wear and tear.

The staff wasn't welcoming in the first place. Quite a while after check-in, I went to the reception and my personal details were visible to read for everyone. We asked perhaps four questions, and all were met with a solid no. Even the scooter rental that they advertised wasn't available to us. The staff also can't explain themselves due to their lack of the English language. They're overall just not friendly and not thinking along for solutions.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and felt private, and the location is great for being central to the shops and restaurants in Kuta. Scooter rental and laundry is available through the lobby.

the headboard of my bed had termites in it which you could hear while lying down. Not really harmful to people unless you have allergies but their wood waste ends up in the bed which is kind of annoying
