Entrance/exit on a steep hill that made coming & going a little hazardous. Some construction including jacuzzi was a little disappointing. Staff was friendly enough.

We were really disappointed that the hot tub and gym were out of order, as well as the tv the first night. And the thermostat in the room would only let the room get so cool so we were warm.

Lobby was very modern, clean and inviting. Staff were all extremely polite. Breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday were well stocked and hot! Our room was clean and comfortable. Price was affordable. I highly recommend!

The hotel is next to a homeless center and the homeless are all over the area. I felt very unsafe, open drug use, and lots of beggars. Actual hotel was great.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, clean rooms, great breakfast, inside rooms for security, they accepted service dogs.

Mattresses were too hard and uncomfortable. Could barely walk the next day. POOL was OUT OF ORDER.

The price of the room, the size of the room, the cleanliness of the room and the whole facility, the breakfast, the professionalism of the staff, it was quiet and peaceful each day and night we stayed.

Nothing, everything was above satisfactory. The only minor drawback this time was that the pool was unavailable most of our stay due to maintenance, but we still had chance to enjoy it on the first evening when we arrived.

That people (not guests) were hanging out in parking lot. First evening people came out of the woods (more than likely high) and one started yelling non sense at us. We were leaving to go to dinner. The next late afternoon for a few hours guys sat on the curb drinking beer. They did not do or say anything still a bit unsettling.

The only suggestion I have for the room is that you add a shower bar in all the showers and not just the handicapped rooms. Everyone is prone to slipping and falling accidentally, no matter what age.

The rooms are nice size with microwave and mini fridge. The bathrooms are updated in style of fixtures and toiletries. The hot breakfast is ample with cheese omelets, breakfast meat, muffins, cereal, juice, and waffles. Great price point and value.

Great location! We went to Ashville to hike and adventure and it was a great home base. Staff was so nice and helpful. There was no construction on property. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. As a single mom with 2 kids I felt very safe coming and going. Breakfast was good. Weight room was nice as well. I will be back! Very close to downtown as well. Everytime I put an Ashville address in my phone it was under 10 minutes away.

Only had one washer and dryer but they were high quality. Just had to wait for someone else’s load to finish. Tv had over 50 channels, no Netflix etc but it was easy to find something for me and my kids but Asheville was so fun we didn’t need tv.

The hotel was incredibly clean and breakfast was decent.

Beds were a bit firm for our preferences.

Simple and clean, suitable for short stays with the family.

Breakfast staff starting closing down 45 mins early. After a long day and night I wanted to sleep in and get a late breakfast but there was no meats left. Plus having a tip jar out and then closing early put a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.

Close to the highway and to downtown—convenient. Clean and attractive building. Comfortable beds in a nice room. Great price!

It’s in a sketchy neighborhood. I didn’t feel unsafe there at all, but my relatives were worried about my safety.

Unfortunately the hot tub was down for maintenance.

The staff were amazing. Round the clock they were kind and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was solid and complimentary. Most of the facilities were solid as well.

The whole experience was a bit of a disappointment overall. The room had trash from the previous guests on the floor, the bedding smelled and felt like it had not been washed, and there were bugs in our room. (A palmetto bug was on my s/o’s night stand when we woke up from a nap) The area was awful.. there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, people lingering around vehicles, walking up and down the parking lot with bags. We felt pretty unsafe the entire time.

I actually didnt like anything because the hotel promoted a Jacuzzi and did not have 1. Terrible experience. The room was dirty I had to switch rooms Twice and I couldn't get a refund. And I had travel protection.. i still have not received the refunded from the day I didnt use.

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with lots of options (warm and cold). My room was upgraded to a suite for free and was very clean and spacious. The hotel is located very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway which was convenient for sightseeing.

The hotel is located about 25 minutes from the airport with lots of traffic. The location is also not in the greatest area if you plan on walking as there were several homeless and drug addicts hanging out in the general area.

Stayed here at the Ashville La Quinta last night. I’m an AT hiker and got to the hotel late last night after a long day hiking. I slept in and woke this morning at 9:10 and washed and headed to what was described as a great complimentary breakfast. It was the REASON I chose the hotel to be sure. The breakfast was closed. At 9 AM!! I couldn’t believe it. The concierge gave me no information when I got in and my CHOICE to stay here based on breakfast and a hot tub soak (as well as reliably clean rooms so one out of three) was absolutely decimated by the staff here as the HOT TUB was also out of order. When I asked for assistance first with the concierge this morning and then James, the manager, it was explained to me, as if I was a child, that the hot tub and breakfast are FREE amenities and they wouldn’t offer restitution. He explained this as a half dozen hotel patrons lined up ALSO disappointed that they would not be getting breakfast. It was comical. I CHOSE, as a consumer, this establishment for the three aforementioned reasons. James condescendingly explaining that they were free amenities is the worst part about the experience to be honest. I informed him it was a sorry philosophy he should adjust. James, you as a consumer yourself should know better. This SUCKED. Hungry hiker with soar muscles. Guess I’ll go spend more money at WAFFLEHOUSE now. La Quinta… never, ever again

Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff very pleasant and professional! Both rooms were clean and luxurious. We felt very safe and comfortable.

Jacuzzi was not available but that was a minor inconvenience.
