The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a VERY good size, and I really liked that the room had a microwave, coffee machine, table, and refrigerator, which was a great plus. The hotel seems to be brand new, and everything still smells new! The location was also great. However, you will need a car to get around and explore the area. The breakfast at the hotel was good, and the hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and pretty. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. If I find another Glo hotel in another state, I would definitely stay there again!

More fresh fruit options at breakfast. I would also prefer plain yogurt as an option, rather than only the vanilla yogurt from the machine.

We arrived 1.00 hr before chain in time and they wanted to charge us $20.00 for the hour! 😳 I own a hotel and think that is cheep. Staff is not rude, but they don’t give you a worm welcome.

The room was very clean and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. Every staff person I encountered were nice and helpful.

I did not like the way there were signs everywhere to tip. In our room there was a card that gave a QR code so you could send tip to the housekeeper that cleaned the room. There was a tip container with a QR code to tip the person taking care of the breakfast.

Beds were comfortable. Liked having extra pillows on each bed. Liked the shelf below sink in bathroom- plenty space for toiletries etc. Blackout curtain spanned entire window. Ice machine located down the hall but far away enough to not hear it dispensing. Liked having bare floors in the room.

Area in room with microwave and coffee maker had no light. Refrigerator was on other side of room from microwave. Hangers were small- blouses kept sliding off.

Breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet.

Busy Tunnel Road. Turning into the hotel was difficult because the road was busy. But not impossible.

There always seemed to be a few Long-term residents seated by the fire pit in the front of the hotel for many hours each afternoon and evening. They may have been staying due to work assignments.

The hotel was clean, appeared to be recently updated. Easily accessible from I-240E and Tunnel Rd. We had a king room, which was on the back of the building, so very dark in the room at night. Nothing worse than bright lights blazing through the windows! The room had a mini fridge and a safe. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of charging ports. Modern, updated bathroom with great shower. Nice pool and workout room. Great price, we paid $99 including tax! Would definitely stay here again.

The friendly staff I’m a recording artist that goes by the name Kiptori 5’3 and love Asheville NC! The receptionist SUMMER was very professional and nice . I was able to relax while bringing my daughter along and our experience was amazing🎉

Loved the beds and comfy linen. And the AC definitely was strong, as someone who prefers to sleep in the cold, it was perfect. A good last minute booking overall.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was daily which was nice. Pod coffee pot was appreciated. Very modern interior.

A light is needed above the kitchenette. Had to use cell phone flashlight in order to see, even with room lights on. The exterior could use some fresh paint.

Thee only thing which was really no big deal was that I got a late night snack from their little snack store and it had gone stale. Deborah allowed me to get something to replace it which I was appreciative of.

Another pleasant stay at the Glo Best Western Hotel...with friendly staff, comfortable beds, modern decor, walk-in showers, and a good breakfast. The hotel location is great for visiting The Biltmore, French Broad River, or Folk Art Center and also convenient for hopping on the Blue Ridge Parkway or taking in the downtown area.

We vonden dit een heel prettig hotel. Het is modern en wsl. niet heel oud. De kamer, bedden, badkamer, airco, wifi waren allemaal prima. De kamer was heel rustig.

Ook hier een typisch Amerikaans hotel ontbijt met veel voorverpakte etenswaren en wegwerpbestek.

The alarm was set for 0600hrs....not by us. Told management and she said "oh, the cleaning team must have forgot...I will remind them." That response was totally unacceptable.

The whole vibe of this property is phenomenal. It is the most comfortable rest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

There was nothing I didn’t enjoy.

The hotel is very well-located, being close to the BRParkway, downtown, and pretty easy access to highways. You're about 10-15 minutes from everything in the area. Things were basically clean. The staff were largely friendly and helpful. Breakfast started early which is appreciated. The fresh berries they had two mornings were a welcome surprise. The gym was better than what we've usually found in most comparable hotels.

For a hotel that was not exactly crowded, it was surprisingly loud. The walls are very thin and sound comes through more easily than you'd expect. -Voices in the hall. TVs in other rooms (not blasting). Engines in the parking lot (even on the fourth floor). Frustratingly, the alarm clock was very easily accidentally bumped into an ON position when plugging in a device on the top electrical outlets. We were woken up twice at 6 AM, which is our mistake, but we didn't realize what was happening until the 2nd time. (Badly designed clock.) Doors are impossible to close quietly. Any time another guest came in or left their rooms all the doors are very loud and easily heard. It wasn't the guests' fault. The breakfast was better than some, but like most hotels in the USA, healthy choices are hard to come by. Some days they had better choices than others.

We were pleased with the room. It was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. Free breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links and patties, biscuits and sausage gravy, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, a pancake machine, coffee, and juices. Front desk personnel were friendly and professional.

I liked the hotel facilities, how clean the room was, the location of the hotel, and the staff who checked me in, who was very pleasant and helpful

That I received a call, where the hotel receptionist asked me to lower the noise coming from my room, when I was not making any noise. When I was checking out and complained about this incident, the same receptionist whose name was either Kristen or Kirsten, told me that a guest complained that the noise was coming from my room. When I asked her if she physically came to verify that the noise came from my room, she said she was not able to locate where the noise came from. I then asked for an apology since I had been wrongly accused, and she asked me why she should apologize, when a guest made the complaint, and not her. Considering that I was also a guest at thr hotel, this was rather bizarre to hear, and also considering that they never confirmed that the noise came from my room, the least I expected was an apology. This incident ruined my experience at the hotel, which would otherwise have been pleasant.
