das Hotel befindet sich in einem desolaten Zustand! Das Zimmer ähnelte einer Absteige, der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Steckdosen hingen von der Wand, Betttücher waren nicht frisch, vermutlich schon andere Gäste darin gelegen. Die Terrasse, die wir von einem früheren Besuch kannten, war in einem unordentliche Zustand, die Tischdecken z. B. waren verschmutzt. Kein Wunder, dass außer uns nur noch eine Vierergruppe da war.

Un l"Hotel" nada aconsejable!...un lugar extremadamente sucio! el piso y el baño parecia que No habia sido limpiado en meses!La cama olia a moho y tenia suciedad en los bordes y las sabanas parecian lija totalmente asperas ! Habia un hueco en la pared cerca de la cama ... Pasé una de las peores noches de mi vida en un lugar que a parte de tenebroso olia mal ,parecia un sauna de Lo caliente que estaba y estaba llenos de mosquitos. Sólo esperé a que amaneciera para salir corriendo de alli! La resepcioniata a mi llegada una maleducada total!

Nuestra habitación de hotel estaba en la esquina, era muy ruidosa toda la noche debido al trafico. Hacía calor, así que no podíamos cerrar las ventanas para evitar el ruido. No pudimos dormir además de no poder dejar la ventana de la terraza por estar comunicada con otras dos habitación nes.Menos mal que no nos quedamos aquí la segunda noche. Trabajo en un hotel y para mí la limpieza es una de las condiciones principales. Aquí no estaba nada limpio, mucho polvo, escombros en el Suelo, etc. las Toallas probablemente ya cumplieron 100 años. Había un ventilador, parece de la misma edad que las toallas. Nos fuimos muy cansados, el comienzo de las vacaciones se echó a perder.

Not clean - room stank. Towels should have been thrown out years ago. No reception open till after 5pm, the sign said 4pm. Only person we saw, arrived after 8am the next morning, even though breakfast should have been available at 8. We were all packed up and off by that point. Couldn’t wait to get away.

la gentilezza del ragazzo che ci ha ridato le carte di identita dopo che la collega la sera prima le aveva lasciate fino al giorno dopo dentro la stampante senza ridarcele.....avrebbe bisogno di una cura di fosforo..la camera è piccolissima così come il bagno,,,che fra un pò ci rimango incastrato..pulizia pessima...ragnatele sul soffitto e intorno alla porta....all esterno rampicanti dappertutto visto da fuori sembra un albergo abbandonato.....aria condizionata inesistente,,,, cera un ventilatore..ma con 30 gradi anche di notte poco serviva....avrebbe bisogno di una restaurata totale....sconsigliatissimo

Mooi oud gebouw aan het meer van Lugano

Eigenaar was niet gastvrij en respectloos naar de gasten. Het restaurant was gesloten, ontbijt zou vanaf 8.00 uur zijn, eigenaar komt precies om 8.00 uur aanrijden op zijn scooter en moet nog voorbereiden. Matig ontbijt, niet lekker. De kamer was erg warm en rook vies en muf, gelukkig was er wel een ventilator aanwezig.

Die Lage war super. Es war ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon vorhanden.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber, Haare in der Wanne( wir reden hier nicht von einem Haar) , die Scheibe schmierig, das Laminat hat auch schon bessere Tage gehabt, keine Klimaanlage, stattdessen ein Standventilator der abgeknickt gebrochen ist und der vordere Schutzdeckel nicht mehr vorhanden. Für Kleinkinder die neugierig ihre Finger da reinstecken, sehr fatal und gefährlich. Die Steckdose die provisorisch an der Wand mit einer Schraube befestigt ist direkt neben dem Kopfkissen vom Einzelbett des Kindes. Frühstück ab 8.00 Uhr angesagt, wir waren pünktlich um 8.00 Uhr da, weil wir dringend weiter fahren mussten, standen vor geschlossener Tür, das Personal kam dann mit einer Tüte mit frischen Brot. Viel Auswahl gab es nicht , war nicht sehr einladend

We liked the fact that it was uphill with nice view around, very close to a bus stop. It was also really helpful to get the Ticino free ticket, we were able to explore a lot. The receptionist was nice to us, so the staff reception is overall good. In the reviews we have seen that people said it was really dusty and dirty, our towels were fine, and the room was also clean, but the place is clearly old though.

For the price, I would say it was really expensive. With the amenities we got, it should have been cheaper. First of all, the check-in time at 5 pm is too late. I tried to ask through Booking for an earlier check in but did not get any response. We arrived at 4 pm, and we did not expect the reception to be closed, we thought we were scammed and that the hotel was not there anymore because it looks very old. Fortunately, someone came around 4:45 pm to welcome us. A slightly earlier check-in time would be better, or at least please make the reception open for guests to not be stranded outside. The furnitures are really basic, we did not have a meal plan (breakfast), so it would have been great if they have a kettle, and a small fridge for the price we paid, especially as the weather is really hot in summer and we cannot keep any drinks or food to be cool. For the location, although it is very close to a bus stop, it is very far away from shops and restaurants. I think there is only one restaurant close by. So you have to go to the city and take the bus if you want anything.

Soba je uglavnom odgovarala fotografijama na Bookingu. U blizini hotela nalazi se autobusno stajalište pa je javni prijevoz do centra grada jednostavan i praktičan.

Soba je bila prilično mala. Balkon je bio zapušten – stolice su bile prljave, a bilo je dosta nakupljenog lišća koje očito dulje vrijeme nije bilo očišćeno. Iako se oglašava balkon s pogledom na jezero, pogled je tek djelomičan i svodi se na mali dio jezera koji se vidi kroz grane drveća. Ormari su imali neugodan ustajali miris, a zajednički prostori sa starim i dotrajalim namještajem ostavljaju dojam da objekt nije dovoljno održavan. Tijekom noći buka prometa i motocikala bila je vrlo izražena, što je otežavalo odmor. Najveće razočaranje bio je odnos prema unaprijed prijavljenim posebnim prehrambenim potrebama. Dvije poruke koje smo poslali prije dolaska, u kojima smo jasno naveli da je jednoj osobi potrebna bezglutenska i veganska prehrana, ostale su bez odgovora. Na doručku nam je integralni kruh predstavljen kao bezglutenski, iako integralni kruh nije isto što i bezglutenski kruh. Kod osoba koje zbog zdravstvenih razloga moraju izbjegavati gluten takva razlika nije nevažan detalj, nego vrlo ozbiljna stvar. Tek nakon što smo na to upozorili, donesena su peciva iz obližnje pekarnice u običnoj papirnatoj vrećici, bez ikakve deklaracije ili potvrde da su doista bez glutena. Rečeno nam je da u hotelu rade samo dvije osobe, što možemo razumjeti, ali to ne može biti opravdanje za pogrešno informiranje gosta o hrani niti za rješenje u kojem se jednostavno donese bilo kakvo pecivo bez mogućnosti provjere. Djelatnik je bio ljubazan i vidjelo se da se trudi, no način na koji je problem riješen nije ulijevao povjerenje. Dodatno, nekoliko posuda na doručku bilo je prazno ili se nisu nadopunjavale, pa je cjelokupan dojam doručka bio ispod očekivanja. Dodatno nas je zabrinulo stanje održavanja sobe. Uočili smo otvorenu električnu instalaciju s vidljivim žicama te uređaj pričvršćen na zid s izloženim kabelima. Rasvjeta u kupaonici bila je toliko slaba da smo se morali tuširati gotovo u mraku. Ne nagađamo uzrok, ali takvo stanje nije primjereno hotelskom smještaju.

Nichts hat uns gefallen, ausser die schöne Seesicht. Den Blick auf den See gab es nur durch eine gemeinschafsterasse. Die Umgebung war sehr laut , auch in der Nacht und das Zimmer und Bad mega dreckig. Echt schrecklich!

Das Bett wurde wahrscheinlich nicht frisch bezogen, war nicht sauber. Der Fussboden war sehr drekig. An den Wänden hingen viele Spinnen. Das WC war nicht sauber. Wir sind uns sicher dieses Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt nach dem Gast vor uns. Keine Klimaanlage, obwohl dies im Beschreib dabei war. Keine Handtücher im Bad. Wurde nach Nachfrage mürrisch abgeeben. Sehr mickrige Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Właściciel ok. Pokój na jedną noc. Mieliśmy w pokoju rowery. Trochę było nam ciasno.

Ich habe für meine Tochter mit Kind gebucht. Sie hat sich extrem über die Sauberkeit im Hotel beschwert und mir auch Fotos geschickt. Es war wirklich schmutzig. Das hätte ich von einem Hotel in der Schweiz nicht so erwartet und es sah auf den Bookingcom Fotos auch nicht so aus.

Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Überall Staub. Der Ventilator im Bad war mit Flusen bedeckt, der Heizkörper von einer Schmutzschicht bedeckt. Im Badeimer lag noch Abfall vom vorherigen Gast. Lavabo hing vorne nach unten so dass der Überlauf wohl ohne Funktion bleiben würde. Antennenbuchse ohne Abdeckung, keine frei zugängliche Steckdose an der ein 3 poliger Schweizer Stecker verwendet werden konnte. Bedienung eines Bettes provisorisch am Strom angeschlossen. Ebenfalls ohne Abdeckung.

Alue on vähän äänekäs koska tie menee molemmin puolin. Pyyhkeet kaipaisi uusimista ja terassi siivoamista. Aamupala oli sopiva ja henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Towels and sheets have seen better days. Old furniture smell in the room and no way to check in before 5 PM, as there is no one at the reception.

Det var ikke frokost inkludert, selv om det stod at det var inkludert. Det var ingen som tok i mot oss og så så ingen ansatte og nøklene hang i en boks ut mot veien. Meget dårlig og jeg vil anbefale å ikke samarbeide med dette stedet. Det var umulig å finne parkeringsplass, selv om jeg skrev at jeg prioriterte parkering.

alt! Ingen kom og møtte oss for innsjekk. Vi fikk en sms kl. 2345 på kvelden hvor vedkommende bad om at vi sendte kopi av passene våre på Whatsapp. Helt håpløst. Vi forlot hotellet kl. 0700 mandag morgen, ville ikke være der.

Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand dort, die Haustüre aber einfach offen. Das reservierte Zimmer war noch nicht geputzt. Das nächste Zimmer bereit, aber nicht so richtig sauber. Das Hotel hatte wohl einmal bessere Zeiten, es wirkt etwas heruntergekommen. Die Lage ist auch nicht ideal, es steht in einer lärmigen Strassenkurve. Aber wahrscheinlich darf man bei diesem günstigen Angebot nicht all zu viel erwarten.

Wir haben aussergewöhnlich gut im Hotel Restaurant gegessen. Die junge Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Der Preis fürs Zimmer war sehr tief.

Die Mobiliar Ausstattung war sehr wackelig, Lättlirost, Schrank.

Frühstück eine echte Zumutung. War den Preis von CHF 15,00 nicht wert.

Good location to access gandria and path

Room was crowded with bed with sharp edges so very hard to walk around the room. I asked for a bottle of water at the front desk and was charged 9 francs (11 USD) for a 750 bottle of water. The front desk man said there were no other options to buy a water nearby and then said its 9 francs because he doesn’t charge a “coperto” to his restaurant clients. The problem is that I was a guest at the hotel and not the restaurant. 9 francs for a water when there is no water available to buy anywhere is abusive bit he didn’t seem to agree. Said it was normal Swiss pricing.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Personal war freundlich. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr schmutzig. Frühstück ging gerade so. Wir haben den Aufenthalt abgebrochen, da wir uns gar nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Parken ist auch sehr schwierig. Lugano ist sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen.

Het rook zeer onfris en weinig hygiënisch. We zijn dan ook niet gebleven en naar een ander hotel verhuisd.

Mir hat das Haus und die Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist gut und mit dem Bus ist man schnell im Zentrum.

Es entsprach leider nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Ich erwarte nicht viel, jedoch das Zimmer sollte sauber sein.

Alles sogar das Personal war am morgen eher wie ein Morgenmuffel unterwegs. Berufswahl verfehlt

In fact, it's my first negative comment ever written in my live. The hosts are actually nice people, but the rest was pretty disappointing.

The list is long, so shortly, the room was not very clean plus noisy because the street traffic and thin walls, so I could hear at night the neighbour talking loud. The breakfast very basic and tables were dirty and uncared. Most difficult was communication before booking, I was trying to write before the visit with some questions and concerns, but I got no answers, even though I wrote few reminders. The only answer I got while check-in was that I should have called, because they don't have time to read and answer messages, so basically putting responsibility on me. Not very professional. I wish them all the best, because with more care it could be nice, atmospheric place like on the photos!

Seeblick wie beschrieben war null vorhanden, Ausstattung eher in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück etwas dürftig.

Mein Teller wurde mir lieblos serviert,obwohl ich der einzige Gast war! Das Zimmer war sehr klein,die Betten ebenfalls. Von Sauberkeit keine Spur! Für eine Nacht war es okay,aber nie wieder dieses Hostel(mehr ist es nicht) Vom Bad zeige ich besser keine Bilder.

O hotel parece um pouco abandonado, as instalações são antigas, não tem recepção o dia todo, chegamos a tarde e nao tinha ninguem para nos receber, tivemos que ligar e entrar sem ninguem no quarto. A roupa de cama é antiga e o quarto tb. Pagamos pelo café da manhã, mas mesmo assim, não foi muito bom, faltavam coisas na mesa, coisas simples como pão. Fomos bem atendidos pelo Lucca, que deixou nossas malas na recepção depois do check-out. Ele fica proximo ao ponto de onibus, o que facilita a ida ate os pontos turisticos de Lugano.

Da localização, embora afastada do centro, a envolvente é belíssima e estão sempre a passar autocarros para o centro de Lugano e estação de comboios. A duração da viagem de autocarro é de cerca de 10/15 min. A vista da janela é bonita. As camas eram confortáveis, mas a roupa de cama deixou muito a desejar.

Da roupa da cama, os lençóis com uma cor estranha, as almofadas cheiravam mal, as toalhas de banho muito pequenas, gastas, com mau cheiro e aspeto. Roupa de hóspedes anteriores deixadas dentro do armário. Pó debaixo da cama e na mesa. O pequeno almoço foi decepcionante. Fruta estragada e velha (laranjas podres e maçãs moles, já antigas). A toalha que tapava o pão estava rota e velha (com uma cor estranha). Não havia água no pequeno almoço (apenas um pouco na chaleira, que era do dia anterior, foi preciso pedir água na recepção). As bandejas disponíveis estavam sujas com restos de comida. O estrado da cama tinha peças partidas.

Quarto extremamente quente, apenas um ventilador ruim, o quarto fica em cima do restaurante do hotel onde as pessoas ficam falando e fumando o tempo todo, toalhas extremamente ralas e pequenas.

Only stay here if you have no alternative. We only stayed 1 night (luckily). It was too hot. No ac. Ants crawling over my body. The floor was broken. The towels looked like hand me downs from a charity and smelled disgusting. The breakfast was just sad, we went to a grocery store later for better food. Tables and floor sticky, again bugs and flies all over.

Not a bad view, easy to get to by bus, staff generally pleasant, breakfast ok. Great location for the olive walk.

Charming old hotel.

Almost everything was old and outdated. The mattresses were old and worn-out, so were the towels and the bedding (there were even some little holes in the sheets). Why don't they invest in some new? Breakfast was disappointing, with old bread and very little choice. The owner let me pay 25 Franks per day for parking, however, you can park for 10 Franks per day almost everywhere in the city (Tip: use the app ParkingPay, for 40 Franks per week, or 10 per day, you can park in every 'blue' parking place in the city).

La posizione è molto buona 2 minuti dal centro. Personale disponibile e educato. rapportando i prezzi di altri hotel penso che la qualità prezzo sia molto buona considerando che siamo a lugano
