Schon bei der Buchung war die Dame bei der Rezeption sehr freundlich . Sie hat mich upgradet in die sehr große und komfortable Suite. Nochmals vielen Dank . Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Lugano und Umgebung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Zu erwähnen ist die große Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter. An alle nochmals vielen Dank.

Nichts

Wir haben auf der Fahrt nach Italien für eine Nacht im Castagnola übernachtet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Auch haben wir Hilfe bei der Suche nach einem Parkplatz erhalten. Das Restaurant im Haus haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Alles war recht, ruhig und freundlich. Schöner Blick aus dem Fenster mit Seeblick. Restaurant im Hause mit 15% Nachlass. Bus Nr.2 vom Zentrum direkt vor das Hotel.

Da gibt es gar nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat

Stanza delle giuste dimensioni. Molto pulito Personale estremamente gentile Purtroppo mi hanno fatto pagare 15 franchi per la colazione della bambina, che non è neanche scesa, e li avevo avvisati che sarebbe rimasta in camera a dormire. Questa "rigidità" non mi ha fatto dare un voto più alto. Menù ristorante molto limitato per un vegano.

Aver pagato una colazione "obbligatoria" anche se eravamo presenti in 2 adulti, bambina rimasta a dormire su. Insistenza di vendere un letto aggiuntivo per 20 franchi, quando avevo detto, può dormire con noi, essendo arrivati la sera tardi e lasciando hotel molto presto

Lo staff è molto gentile e premuroso. Avevo problemi di parcheggio, hanno risolto positivamente

La moquette della scala è impresentabile.

Všwtko bolo skvelé, pomoc s parkovaním, úžasná recepčná, rovnako skvelá raňajková čašníčka. Autobus v cene ubytovania. Na raňajky som kvôli alergii dostala aj bezlaktózový jogurt a pečivo. Ďakujeme za všetko, bola to síce len jedna noc, no nezabudnuteľná s krásnym výhľadom.

Het zijn super aardige mensen en de kamer is mooi, ruim en heeft airconditioning. Bij de balie regelen ze meteen je betaald parkeren vlak bij het hotel en een buspas om naar de binnenstad te reizen. Bushalte bijna naast het hotel. Bij het ontbijt kun je zelf wafels bakken. Restaurant heeft een mooi terras aan de straat.

Super aardig, maar ook best wel traag. In de badkamer maakt een compressor van de airconditioning een enorme herrie. Op te lossen door de airco s’ nachts uit te zetten. Het ontbijt is vrij karig en ook hier is alles heel traag.

Le personnel est attentionne. La receptionniste a pris la peine de m'avertir que ma valise, qui avait rare une correspondance, avait ete livree. On m'a prete un adaptateur electrique le temps que je m'en procure un.

Trop peu de prises de courant dans ma chambre. L'emplacement est eloigne du centre, mais l'autobus arrete tout pres.

Mysigt litet hotell med en liten, men utsökt, frukostbuffé. Stort fyrbäddsrum och sköna sängar. Fint läge nära sjön.

De tre trapporna till rummet utan hiss och utan luftkonditionering var jobbiga att ta sig uppför. Lite ofräsch heltäckningsmatta i trappan. Luftkonditioneringen i rummet lät ganska högt och var lite störande när man skulle somna.

Mooie ruime kamer met een leuk terras. Ontbijt was goed met overheerlijke koffie. Airco was recent, stil en werkte uitstekend. Zonder problemen parking gevonden en was in het weekend gratis.

Weinig. Hadden een leuk terrasje met meer zicht. Enige jammere was dat de buitenunit van de airco ook op het terras staat.

Badezimmer könnte wieder mal etwas renoviert werden (Türzarge Farbe ab und Holz etwas schwarz) Silikonfugen ebenso Morgens startet der Verkehr gegen 5 uhr

Everything about my stay was perfect. The staff are extremely kind and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The location was easy to get to and only took a few seconds to walk to the closest bus stop. The Ticino Ticket is offered here and delivered to your email before arrival, you just have to request it in advance. I have recently recommended this hotel to people, because it was great.

Freundliches Personal; gutes Frühstück

Kühlschrank kühlte nicht wirklich

Personal ist wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich, allerdings ist das auch für die gesamte Region dort. Ich fühle mich dort sehr wohl und kann ausgezeichnet entspannen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und eine fabelhafte Alternative für den Abend. Es gibt hervorragende Busverbindungen nach Lugano und weiter, auch nach Bre, Gandria. In der Nähe gibt es Bademöglichkeiten. Es gibt eine schöne Wanderung nach Gandria und weitere allerdings nicht so leicht weil steile Anstiege. Die Wanderung bis nach Bre rauf ist wunderschön, aber wirklich sehr anstrengend.

Es gibt ein Geräusch Problem mit der zentralen Klima Anlage. Ich hab das Personal informiert und bekam anderes Zimmer. Mir kam es so vor als wäre ich die einzige die das bemerkt. Vielleicht bin ich ja eine Prinzessin auf der Erbse.

Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Sain paremman huoneen, jossa oli ilmastointi. Hotelli ja huone olivat vanhoja, mutta toimivia. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja riittävä. Bussipysäkki oli noin 400m päässä.

Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Man hat mir zum Geburtstag eine Karte auf den Frühstückstisch gestellt: eine sehr schöne Geste. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Alles war sehr sauber und die Betten sehr angenehm. Man konnte das Frühstück (Buffet) auch draussen auf der kleinen Terasse geniessen. Zu empfehlen ist auch die kleine Karte am Abend. Der öffentliche Verkehr hält direkt vor dem Haus. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Das WLAN funktioniert nicht gut.

Superbe hôtel à distance du centre mais très bien situé. Très bien insonorisé malgré le bord de route. Facilité de parking. Personnel parlant français, super agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet. Je recommande ++++

Very friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast, room clean and everything working. A little away from the centre, 30 mins walk but there aee buses free of charge. In all, a very good stay and good value for money

The ceiling fan was very noisy. In the end, I chose to sleep without the fan.

El personal es muy amable, todos ellos. Ayudaron en todo. Es muy cómo do poder cenar allí y el desayuno incluido se aprecia.. La habitación individual es grande. todo muy bien

Hay que tener suerte de encontrar parking. Quizás fue por el horario que llegué. Al final encontré con ayuda del personal.

camere rumorose, sia per quanto riguarda i rumori interni che quelli esterni. la scala per arrivare al primo piano dove avevamo la nostra stanza è veramente datata con moquette vecchia di decine di anni.

If one thing that needs to be brought up so the hotel can be better is the WiFi connection, which has to be at least password protected, Having MFA is even better. Currently hotel only provides unsecured WiFi which is a security risk for customers to use the network. The information on customer’s electronic device could be accessed by hackers unexpectedly.

Klimatyczny hotel, smaczne śniadanie, miła obsługa

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße. Das ist zum einen gut, da man die im Hotelpreis enthaltende Buslinie benutzen kann. Jedoch ist die Lärmbelästigung dadurch nicht gering. Da es sich auch an einer Spitzkehre befindet, sind die Verkehrsgeräusche schon lauter, da die Fahrzeuge dort beschleunigen. Das Frühstück ist gut, wenn man keine Wurst erwartet. Süßspeisen und Käse ist vorhanden. Unser Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. War bei den Temperaturen über 30 Grad sehr gut.

Das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Deshalb hat man den Eindruck, dass es nicht ganz sauber ist.

Schöne Lage, etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums mit. ÖV gut zu erreichen. Schöne Aussicht, das Frühstück war auch gut, und das Personal sehr freundlich, mehrsprachig und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine Nacht hier verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein freundlicher Empfang, Unterstützung beim Parkplatz, das Ticket für den Bus, der einen schnell ins Zentrum bringt... Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Matratzen super, die Klimaanlage tut, was sie soll, wir haben perfekt geschlafen. Gute Dusche im schönen Badezimmer. Das Hotel wirkt sehr entspannt, ein Ort zum Verweilen. Toller Blick auf den See. Das Frühstück war top, glutenfrei war unkompliziert möglich, der Kaffee lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Laminat hat Macken, die Dachschrägenfenster ließen sich nicht öffnen - uns hat es null gestört.

A nice three-star hotel that met our expectations and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was rather small, but it was clean and cozy, and the balcony with a nice view was definitely a big advantage. Sitting on the balcony, you can hear some traffic noise, so it can be a little loud at times. However, once the balcony door is closed, the room is quiet and comfortable. The air conditioning also worked well. The hotel is about 10 minutes by bus from the city centre, and buses run very frequently, so getting around is easy and convenient. A particularly nice advantage was the complimentary Ticino Ticket provided by the hotel, which allowed us to use public transport free of charge throughout our stay and made exploring Lugano and the surrounding area very easy. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was standard for a three-star hotel, with a sufficient choice of basic dishes. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and found the hotel to be a good choice for visiting Lugano. We would recommend it.

Unser Bettlaken war leider total verdreckt. Der Rest des Zimmers war sehr sauber.

Понравилось всё: расположение, удобства, комфорт. Персонал любезно предоставил на время использования адаптер. Завтрак был хорош. Очень приятно было находиться в данном отеле.

Le café restaurant offrait un petit déjeuner très authentique, frais et délicieux. Le cadre est super cosy et le personnel très gentil.

Mi habiatcion daba a la calle y todo el mundo podia verme. Lo comenté en recepcion y me ofrecieron cmabio pero ya era tarde porque yo no podia cambiar mis pertenencias. la cama un poco incomoda, no habia gel en la ducha, solo jabon de mano, y las toallas no tan comodas para ser hotel.

L’attenzione data al nostro cagnolino . Hanno preparato cuccia e ciotola per acqua/pappa … l’unica struttura in tutto il viaggio ! A differenza degli altri hotel il cane può seguirti ovunque … ottimo ! Colazione buona e ricca.

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal und Wünsche wurden umgesetzt. Sehr gutes Abendessen 😋.

Frühstück war weniger umfangreicher als beschrieben. Leider kein Gemüse oder Antipasti. Kein Nachfragen wenn Kaffee leer war(wird frisch zubereitet). Brot wurde nicht ausreichend bereitgestellt. Nachts um 00.30 ging der Feueralarm los. Polizei und Feuerwehr kamen, war aber wahrscheinlich ein Fehlalarm. Am nächsten Tag kam seitens des Hotels jedoch keine Info oder Entschuldigung wegen des Vorfalls.

Mi è piaciuto moltissimo che la struttura sia vicinissima al lungomare e alla città da ogni suo lato. E sopratutto è il miei bimbi si sono divertiti.Ritornerai volentieri.

Non c'è l'ascensore. Non ci hanno portato le asciugamani richieste nonostante ci avessero detto di sì. Colazione molto scarsa. Sembrava un due stelle o una stella.

Das Personal und das Frühstück, besonders der Cappuccino, war gut.

Die Lage ist nicht zu empfehlen, da es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Nur die DZ haben eine Klimaanlage, aber die ist sehr laut. Auch sonst war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Nach der Ankunft haben wir ein verschmutztes Laken vorgefunden, was aber sofort gewechselt wurde und mit einem Drink in der Bar gemildert wurde. Das Abendessen wurde dann leider auch nicht dem Preis gerecht.
