It’s a short walk to the beach, very clean and was quiet.

There is only one easily accessible restaurant within walking distance.

The beds were uncomfortable as they sunk in the middle. The shower was terrible because there was no pressure. The breakfast was only okay

Price, cleanliness, location, free breakfast. You do have to walk a short distance to enter the beach down by the Back Porch restaurant. Didn't interact much with staff but what little we did they were super friendly and helpful. It's hard to pick a hotel online because the pictures aren't always what you're actually getting. This hotel was EVERYTHING they described online. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. We love the pool it is our favorite pool. The easy entrance for a person with limited mobility is the best! We definitely utilized the pool during our stay. We were very grateful for getting a room right off the elevators. The last time we stayed we had a long hike of hallways so this time requesting a room closer was nice. The red potatoes at breakfast was a favorite. Very tasty.

I think the only thing I can think of is that there isnt a rubber mat for the bathtub to prevent slipping. I did ask and the guy checked and looked and said they dont provide those. So my husband and I used towels during our shower to help from the slippery floor.

The location and facilities were just fine. We enjoyed the pool and the access to restaurants and the beach.

The luggage carts are awful, they are hard to maneuver with luggage on them, they tend to tip over. They need a fixed platform and four wheels.

The location was really conveninent and very easy to get in and out and go in to town and very easy to walk to the beach or drive to a different one. Very clean and comfortable large room. Nice room for the price and the pool was great.

The assistant manager, there was very friendly and very helpful the receptionist for the next morning. She was very good at helping me to get an extended stay in the area was very good and clean. The atmosphere was loving.

The location was perfect, the hotel was extremely clean, and the rooms were very spacious with a beautiful view. The housekeeping staff was especially kind and helpful. My children absolutely loved the hotel and really enjoyed our stay.

My main concern was the front desk service. I felt uncomfortable after being denied additional complimentary water while another guest was given four bottles right in front of me, which made me feel I was being treated differently. Also, there were no food options available at the pool, which was inconvenient when traveling with children.

The rooms were a little dated and not as neat and clean as described by other guests in past reviews. I stayed in several hotels on this trip and this was the least prepped for our stay.

The property has access of public beach only , and all the condos in front of the hotel mark the entire beach as private beach . So the public beach situation is not big enough to fit a lot of people.

The hotel was very clean staff were very respectful and literally a brisk walk from the beach. Also in a very good location!

Wi-fi wasn’t great. TV kept disconnecting from wi-fi and phone service wasn’t that great. Breakfast was good but wish they had more options. It’s pretty much a rotation of the same things every morning.

The location was the biggest positive of the entire trip. The breakfast was decent, your typical chain hotel breakfast.

Our room was very tight. We booked a two queen bed room but it felt as if it was meant to be a king room because there was little to no space. No dresser to place your clothes if you wanted/needed to. The rug seemed to be old which I found odd considering I’d heard they’d been updating things. We barely had half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived, we went to ask for more and were informed that for extra toilet paper and fresh towels you’d have to sign up to be a Hilton honors member. Which I thought was insane they did however accommodate us with that finally. The pool seemed dated. Staff member was very nonchalant when we went to check out her response was “ok”.

We were even allowed to check in a little earlier as our room was ready. We had room 207. Room: we had a two bedroom. The beds were comfortable. AC worked well. We had a partial view of the ocean. Our room was equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, TV, a coffee maker with coffee. The refrigerator worked well. We also had an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom: clean and spacious. Water pressure was great. We always had hot water. The toiletries in the bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The body wash was empty. I did ask for it to be replaced twice and it never happened The pool: plenty of lounge chairs, but not as much shade. If you want pool towels, you can get them from the front desk. You do need your key to go in and out. The pool was nice, but full of children. Breakfast: continental breakfast with hot and cold items. You can get waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and protein. Cold items included yogurt and cereal. They had fruits, toast and bagels. The beach is a five minute walk from the hotel. There’s also a walkable restaurant nearby called the back porch. Housekeeping does not come every day unless you request it. Check out was easy. We did ask for a late check out and were able to stay till 1230. Everyone that we encountered was nice and friendly.

Love the location! The proximity to the beach, restaurants and main road is perfect. We walked almost everywhere and what wasn’t walkable was a quick drive down the road. The property itself was very clean, even though they were working on certain floors it didn’t disrupt anything. The breakfast was good and I loved being able to wash/dry our wet swim suits. Hotel staff were very courteous and provided fresh pool towels everyday. The pool was our favorite as the kids very much enjoyed being able to hangout and play with the other kids.

I would recommend housekeeping go in more often considering it is a beach location and most people end up wet and sandy, especially with kids.

overpriced as for me in order to reach beach - you need to go quite far because exit to beaches is very far one from another (ocupied by hotels, condo, etc) despite that its beach hotel - no place for wash your foot from sand when you come from beach airconditioning through-wall is not convinient - one of the sleeping place quite close to wind

El poco el aislamiento de ruido que hay, se escucha todo tanto si estás dentro de la habitación y va pasando personas hablando por el pasillo, como si estás dentro de la habitación también los que pasan afuera escuchan todo lo que pasa adentro de la Habitación, no hay nada de privacidad ni un buen descanso producto del ruido.

This was the first and the last time we use bookings.com. We had to change hotels. The descriptions on your site were nothing but fluff given the construction going on. Fortunately the front desk worker had a little compassion for the situation and helped us book a replacement hotel down the street which was fantastic.

This is a great hotel. The property is very clean and in a great location. Walking distance to The Back Porch restaurant and the beach.The beds are so comfortable, the staff is wonderful. This was the best hotel stay we've had. We stayed for 5 great days. We will definitely come back next year!
