Location

Cleanliness

The location and price was nice.

The carpet was nasty/ dirty . The sink leaked.

It was great. Staff were really nice and helpful 👍

The breakfast could have been better

I loved everything about this property. The location was very close to everything I needed for the weekend. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly.

N/A

Convenient location and reasonable price

Bathroom ventilation could be updated

Great location!

Minimum options for breakfast.

Clean free breakfast and great location

All was good

Nice big room wirh separate bedroom, great location! Free parking, breakfast options weren’t great but the staff were nice!

Breakfast

Facility was great good location easy to access Jamie at front desk was amazing!

Everything was good except for the cleaning service was there for 8 days and got cleaned twice and had to ask to get serviced

Location was amazing! Pool was nice when it was open and breakfast was alright. We didn't stay in the room much because obviously we're in destin fl but it was close to a lot.

My mini fridge ruined a lot of our food and all they did was swap it out... the second fridge wasn't much better.. the pool kept having signs saying it was closed although people were swimming and they did tell us we can swim, then why not remove the sign. Around the pool lived a few cats and fire ants that I got stung by.... and wifi was only free 7 out of the 8 days. Also the tvs in the rooms are buns. Also I didn't get any money back for my food unfortunately.

LOVEEEE

friendly staff

it needed updated the bathroom old pool small

The location

Systems down didn't check in until 6 hrs later..room not clean and there were chips in the ac. We were not able to get towels till the next morning..

Great location and overall clean. Room was great!

Everything

There was no dislike

I didn't stay there. There was no room available. However, I had to pay a total cancelation fee of $300.00 for a mistake made by BOOKING.COM for two hotels I didn't stay at in Destin. So why in the hell I keep getting these rating? There's no way I stayed at a three hotels in one-night!

The location and the fact that the king suit had a kitchen

Breakfast was very poor no waffle maker no scrambled eggs, only cereal, juices, oatmeal, beagles, muffin coffee and apples and bananas. Nothing fresh very poor

Posizione ottima, camera pulita e personale disponibile

Love the location and the staff was great. Room was nice. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was a disappointment, NO MEAT, only had bagels, boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, juice.

The staff was very friendly specially Mr.Klaus he was very informative and even gave us good dinner options

The breakfast was very limited and we were there for two days so maybe switching it up a bit would be great

El desayuno deben de mejorar

Most everything.

The elevators were a little scary. They made noises going up and down.

The stay was well, house keeping was a bit slow at cleaning my room

It was very clean!

The property was very clean and nice.

Better breakfast options are needed

The location was great. Near beach and plenty of food and entertainment in the area.

The hotel was filthy. We had many roaches in our room. Babies. The bath tub and shower was dirty with hair in it. Gross. I had to send my son out to get bleach to clean before we showered.

It was very quiet and the room was spacious and clean.

Carpets in the hallways were noticeably stained. There was an elevator that did not work but we were told to avoid that one.

Very quiet and convenient to every thing

Nothing

I liked how convenient it was to everything as far as shopping, the beach and restaurants.

There were a few structural issues in the bathroom and there we’re also little roaches spotted in the bathroom as well

Friendly staff. Good service.

super bueno !!! gracias

The rooms were nice and the staff

The breakfast

Staff was polite and room was very clean.

The hotel was nice ,clean ,staff was so nice and professional the location for the hotel was perfect we didn't have to drive far for nothing this hotel was exactly what we was looking for our stay it was quiet and peaceful everything was a 10 I will stay again

Everything was great

It was very clean and surrounded by stores and restaurants and shopping centers good location

The property wasn’t all that bad it was very nice

Location

That I was able to walk to the beach

Leaning service people were rude and breakfast wasn’t great.

The spacious rooms

Hearing the floor above me making a bunch of noise especially in the middle of the night. Not very sound proof.

Nada

The location

The location was great and the staff were really friendly.

The door doesn’t shut properly. You have to lift it up to close. The toilet seat also wasn’t tightened and the sink didn’t properly drain.

Location

Not much

The location was great! Our room was large and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Slightly dated, but no big deal.

LA HUBICACION

ME PIDIERON UN DEPOSITO DE $100 Y A LA FECHA DE HOY 08/04/2026, NO ME HAN REGRESADO MI DINERO

Only the property location is Good

staff very rude and not help full also they need to clean everyday room but they clean every next day and not clean just they change bathroom towels thats it i am not satisfy with cleaning and staff they are not helpful

The location is pretty good with the mall and other shops being so close that you can actually walk to

My door to my room wouldn’t close all the way and being on vacation with my family that was a BIG NO NO, and we stayed there 4 nights after going to the beach multiple times and taking showers we never got our rooms cleaned or got any fresh towels. Speaking of towels when we decided to go ask for towels they said they were out and I spoke with the staff multiple times about getting my room cleaned I guess it fell on deaf ears. We had trash pilling up as well

I liked the comfort of sleeping, very cool room, clean and very dry shops, the beach.

What I did not like was that they did not have waffles for breakfast! And the pool was very small, but the rest was fine!

It was clean, The bed was comfortable, I will book again☺️

N/A

It is super clean in your room. The ac and water pressure is immaculate. The staff especially Jaime and Denise are hard workers and excellent at hospitality. My kids loved the free bagel bar.

I enjoyed everything.

Asesor sin mantenimiento Pasillos sucios

Price, nice.

Nothing! It was dated, filthy and gross

It was dirty, gross, dark and unsanitary

O atendimento da recepcionista. Não foi simpática

Very nice property

The pictures show a hot-tub but when we arrived it was filled in with concrete (so there was no hot-tub), need to take it off the photos that was one of the main reasons we stayed here. And the breakfast was NOT what it should've been, no waffles for kids or anything. I've never stayed at a hotel with no waffles

Location

Elevator & stairwell carpet dirty.

location

We traveled to this location specifically to celebrate our other son’s high school graduation gift. Additionally, because my youngest son is on the autism spectrum, and change to routine or situations cause issues. To avoid completely ruining my son's graduation celebration and deeply upsetting my youngest son, we intentionally chose not to escalate or make a big deal at the front desk when our initial requests were ignored. Instead, we quietly managed the crisis ourselves by purchasing mattress covers at Walmart and using our own beach sheets to get through the night. the shower head fell off whether someone prior tried to work it or change setting and never used that type of shower head before ..I can only speculate.. but point being my son started the shower went out to get clothes we heard a bang and it was on the floor the conditions of the room were entirely unacceptable, and I have fully documented them with timestamped video and photographic evidence: •: I developed a physical rash from the mattress of my bed, I quitley asked for. sesk to change bedding and explained the rash Denise said ok we will .. two days later the sheets changed only to be replaced with one with a blood stain at the top of the blanket. pictures as well also not that it's any one's business but due to my birth control method I do not have a period. and my boys well that's self explanatory and the location on the bed spread is clearly odd. confirming an active pest infestation in the Complete Lack of Remedy: Your staff showed zero urgency and completely failed to offer us an alternative room. While a room change would have been challenging for my son with autism, the professional courtesy of a solution should have been offered. The shower unit was dirty upon arrival, and the toilet flange broke during our stay. again went down and was offered a plunger ..

Su ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.

Todo estuvo bien.

The location

The elevators where not clean, the breakfast

Our stay at this hotel was an excellent choice! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The entire staff was friendly and professional, but we want to give a special thank you to Jaemii and Tamika. They are amazing, always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their kindness and positive attitude made our stay even more memorable. The hotel’s location is 10/10—perfect for enjoying everything the area has to offer. The property was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

The location and the space of the room. The fill kitchenette.

The shower door didn't close all the way and it wasn't cleaned to my expectations. The breakfast options
