Great location. Friendly staff.

We had a issue with our rented car, and over the days of our stay, the staffs provided excellent support and helped us to communicate with the car rental company, which led to the rental company picked up the car key at the reception.

Excellent breakfast, nice rooms, perfect location, close to the ski lift. Lots of restaurants in close proximity, and sportswear shops. Perfect for a skiing vacation.

The breakfast room is a bit small.

Hotelul este situat foarte bine chiar în centru are acces la transportul public .Hotelul este curat și personal bine viotor .Și dimineața ai la dispoziție un mic dejun bogat pentru toate gusturile .

Nu a fost nimic să nu-mi placă .Totul a fost superb.

Il Personale incredibile , la disponibilità e la gentilezza ! Viaggiavamo con una bambina di 20 mesi , confort e pulizia . Tutte le nostre richieste sono state soddisfatte . Anche un check in anticipato . Il lettino della piccola con lenzuola e piumone adatti alle dimensioni e con orsetti dolcissimi! La richiesta della Vasca in bagno . Il parcheggio a un ottimo prezzo e attaccato all'albergo , il parcheggio comodo per scaricare la macchina , la posizione centralissima! CONSIGLIO A PIENI VOTI.

the comfort of the rooms was nice and the facilities with a massage at the end of the day was great. Staff very courteous and kind.

I felt that Breakfast was fine but very minimal. presentation could have been much better, a bit sloppy sadly. I would have liked to have seen some labeling on the cheeses and meats, are they local? something that give it character. Wifi was weird with strong firewalls so some news channels were not going through.

We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans.

A l'hôtel on a oublier de me faire part que j'avais un rabais sur les transport public et téléphérique. et de me donner un QR code, pour justificatif aux téléphériques.

La comunicazione con lo Staff è stata perfetta . Lo staff si è preoccupato di trovare un posteggio alla nostra motina. Pure molto gentile nel proporci un buono sconto del 50% per gli impianti di risalita. Camera grande, con piccolo balcone. L'Hotel è un po' datato ma pulito e come detto, uno staff veramente gentile e premuroso

Hotel Central os incredibly convenient, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. So easy to get to the ski lift and nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The spa is lovely, and we particularly appreciated the steam room and bucket shower (there are excellent regular showers too!)

My family of three stayed in Hotel Central for our first visit to Crans-Montana for skiing the week of New Years. The location was super - just a short walk to the escalator to the Arnouva ski lift (or bus stop to go to other lifts) and many wonderful restaurants and two grocery stores. The hotel, while small, has very welcoming staff who were very helpful answering questions throughout our stay about navigating trains, buses, etc and helping us make dinner reservations (needed pretty much anywhere, which we didn’t realize before our arrival). There is a ski storage room which we appreciated so we didn’t have to keep our equipment in our room. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having a small fridge to store things in occasionally. We did pay for breakfast, and it was nice not to have to go outside the hotel for simple, healthy breakfast in the morning, but between the grocery stores and cafes nearby, there are plenty of other options too. We enjoyed the small bar in the evening, especially the hot wine and hot chocolate. The only amenity we didn’t use was the spa - it was small and the one time we tried to use the sauna, it was in use and others were waiting. We highly recommend this hotel.

located in the hart of Crans-Montana, 2 min walking to the ski lifts. the best restaurants in town are within few min walking distance. the staff is very friendly and cooperative. the bar is verz cosy. once you are there dont miss the experience in the well being center Vagheggi with various therapies, sauna and hammam. i hardly recommand this place

Very centrally located with a great bar, modern rooms and a newly refurbished spa If you plan a trip to this great resort, you should definitely check this Hotel, very good value for money and great bars and restaurants nearby If you travel as a couple or family, everything is possible

The bar was beyond expectations 10/10. The SPA area is very modern and beautiful (though it needs needs chaise-long)

The clients returning their room very late around 4 am in the morning were very much noisy and reckless (not 1 night but all the time). We had stayed at the same property in 2019 under a different owner and every think was much better managed then. Hotel has now a bit left alone & abandoned feeling. Housekeepers were very nice and attentive, room & bathroom was clean but the carpets in the room was very very old and looks dirty and due to carpets room doesnot give the feeling of fresh/clean. Desite the new SPA area I think it's a 2 star hotel.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé, au milieu de toutes les commodités, de la patinoire, des pistes de ski, commerces et restaurants. La chambre était très propre, le personnel très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons également pu profiter du spa compris dans le prix de la chambre, qui contenait un hammam, un sauna, ainsi que 2 douches expérience avec de la musique. C'était très agréable après une journée passée à la montagne. Merci pour ce séjour.

Our group of nine golfers stayed here whilst we went to play golf at Crans San Sierre in September 2019 and we were happy with the accommodation. Our rooms were clean and spacious enough, the welcome was friendly and the continental breakfast was simple but effective enough. Parking was an issue as they don't have any on site but there was an underground one just across the road. If you are staying in Crans Montana, this is a perfect place to choose. When I return to the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again

This hotel was excellent for my 5 night stay to follow the European golf Masters. Spacious and clean room with an excellent self service buffet breakfast enough to set you up for the day. Friendly and helpful staff. Would not hesitate to use again

We stayed here for one night and fell in love with the hotel. We arrived late and the hotel manager welcomed us with a smile and warm welcome. She kept the bar open for us for a little while longer whilst we unpacked - very kind and really thoughtful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful Great hotel and great hospitality! We will definitely be back!

Cons: Not as expected on photos (rooms). Private parking is available, but expensive. No security agent. Good: nice staff, nice bedding & breakfast, clean, not so expensive, Wifi. Many TV chanels. Near cable car. Closed in the night (key is available to go outside by night).

A large room, very quiet with TV, wifi, in a small hotel with a young owner (family property). A massage room with competent people in the same building. Many shops and restaurants in the area. The outdoor ice rink si 5mn walk, next to the Casino.

We had a ski-weekend with work colleagues on the date 19-21 Jan 2018. It was a great hospitality by the hotel owner and all the staff. I deffinetly suggest you this hotel especially for ski-week or weekend. Enjoy!

Stayed a couple of nights at the lovely hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms comfortable and very clean and I would certainly recommend it. The whole experience from calling to clarify a booking detail to checking out was enjoyable.

Stayed in the Hotel Central for three nights as a group of four friends on a short skiing break. Lovely hotel , we were in the three bedroom apartment which was ideal , spacious and clean and with added flexibility of a lounge. Great location five minutes from Gondola and next to the bus stop. Excellent bar 100 metres down the road ....Le Petite Maison. Good food for breakfast but most importantly great staff. Helpful and welcoming. I left my walking boots in the ski room and they were posted back to the UK without charge. Fabulous service and very touching. Highly recommended.

We arrived late but got a nice welcome. We left our car in the car park 100m above the hotel for 1chf per hour.(no hotel parking). Basic breakfast but nice croissant. Rooms are ok and beds not quite comfortable. The atmosphere was very nice, guests were funny, staff was friendly. All in all a nice stay.

Great location in this iconic ski destination. Well located for restaurants and shops as needed. Members of staff are very welcoming and informative. While I had a sleepless night on account of the snow ploughs - I am sure that this is an isolated incident, however the hotel could not have been more apologetic... well done

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are really nice and the staff very friendly. The only reason why I rate this hotel with 4 instead of 5 stars is the breakfast. There really was only very little choice.

We encountered a rather serious mechanical breakdown with our car while visiting the Alps, and we picked Hotel Central as a base camp, while the car was getting fixed. They made us feel just like home, cared for us and made those 4 nights a wonderful experience. Hotel staff was simply GREAT and we would surely come back if ever in Crans Montana again. The hotel was clean and the rooms were large and well furnished. Staff are cheerful. Breakfast was good. Bar shuts at ten. It's not the nearest hotel to the lifts which were a ten minute walk away (or 3 mins on the shuttle bus). There is a friendly lab in reception.

The hotel is located in the heart of crans montana; its cozy and very quiet. Although there was only one staff for both reception and the miniature bar, the lady was extremely nice, helpful and makes you feel at home. One negative thing about the hotel, is there breakfast area which is extremely small and more of a canteen. The variety of food was very weak.
