Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Club, der um 4.00 Ihr schließt. Bis dahin sind oft Gäste vor der Tür draußen und unterhalten sich laut. Um 4.00 Uhr kommen alle raus und es ist laut wie auf einem Bahnhof. Nach einer 3/4 Stunde, also um 4.45 wird es ruhiger und man kann endlich schlafen.

Leider war es übers Wochenende sehr laut bis mitten in die Nacht hinein, da nebenan gleich eine Bar ist, und diese vor dem Hoteleingang laute Musik ertönen liess.

Leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Gute und bequeme Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof mit Aussenparkplatz. Immer wieder gerne. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Gastfreundschaft. Kann dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Perfekte Lage. Sehr Nahe zur Talstation. Wir waren im Januar bereits in diesem Hotel, und haben es deshalb nochmals reserviert. Völlig okay.
Das Frühstück war diesmal leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Auswahl war begrenzt, und die Früchte waren nicht frisch. Der TV funktionierte nicht, da das Empfangskabel beschädigt war. Obwohl wir dies gemeldet haben, wurde leider nichts unternommen. Zudem ist der Empfang nicht optimal besetzt, da die Mitarbeitenden gleichzeitig in der Bar/Service aushelfen. Dadurch, dass die Räumlichkeiten voneinander getrennt und unübersichtlich sind, sieht man wartende Gäste am Check-In oder Check-Out nicht direkt. Die Mitarbeitenden müssen dann jeweils gerufen oder gesucht werden, wenn sie sich in der Küche befinden. Dies ist nicht ideal, jedoch auch nicht weiter problematisch.

Reviewed May 3, 2026The hotel is very well located, great facilities for skiing (locker, you can walk through the parking to get to the gondola). Very friendly personnel. The bar below is very loud though, so be mindful of this if you get a room in the first or second floor. Luckily they changed us to the third floor after we asked.
The bar underneath is quite loud and if you're unlucky with your room you might not sleep

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Cet hôtel offre une situation exceptionnelle, tout en étant situé au centre du village de Crans Montana, vous pouvez partir directement de l'hôtel avec vos skis sur les épaules pour un accès direct aux remontées mécaniques situé de l'autre côté de la rue. Le garage comporte un espace de changement avec des casiers pour y stocker vos affaires de ski. Les chambres ont été récemment rénovées, tout est propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Je recommande !

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026We had a very pleasant 5 day stay at this small hotel. Our room was spacious, illuminated and had a balcony. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good preassure and hot water on demand. Just perfect. Breakfast was also very good, swiss traditional consisting on eggs, bacon, cheeses, hams, fresh fruits, yogurt, bread. But the very best is the location, just a few steps way from an electric scalator that takes you to the Arnouva gondola lift.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026La chambre était très bien équipée, spacieuse, bien pensée avec beaucoup de rangement, et une lit très confortable, la salle de douche comportait beaucoup de place pour nos produits de soins. Le petit déjeuner très copieux, avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel très sympathique.
Petit bémol, juste un soir, ayant un bar de nuit, au sous-sol de l’hôtel, les clients qui en sortaient étaient assez bruyants, mais ce n’était pas tous les soirs.
