Very well located I could walk into Central Crans Montana to restaurants or to get the bus / Furnicular. The staff were also very friendly, very clean rooms and they have free parking.

Un excellent hôtel ! La jeune femme à la réception était très chaleureuse, attentionnée et toujours prête à aider. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et le parking très pratique. Le soir, il suffit de marcher quelques minutes pour trouver des restaurants. Tout était vraiment parfait. La prochaine fois que je reviendrai dans la région pour jouer au golf en montagne, je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel à nouveau !

Hotel mit super guter Serviceorientierung, ausserordentlich freundlichem Personal. Der Wellnessbereich hat einen schönen Ausblick und bietet Sauna, Steam, Pool und Whirlpool. Guter Preis, gute Lage.

Für den Preis und die 4 Sterne habe ich nichts auszusetzen.

Well-taken care of. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant pool & spa facilities. Small, cozy bar. Reasonable length walk to downtown area.

It was a bit confusing getting from the parking lot to the hotel elevator. Most things in town required an (short) uphill walk. Ski shuttle service was confusing to figure out how to call for pick up.

Очень очень старый отель без ремонта уже лет 30-40 . Все такое старое .. что сложно понять как такое еще сохранилось. А цена очень не низкая. Не соответствует цена качеству .

Qualité du petit déjeuner normale et basique.

La chambre. Elle était vielle avec de la moquette et des meubles très vieux et une odeur résignait quand on y rentrait.

Beautiful small hotel. Really nice spa are , pool jacuzzi & sauna. Great shuttle service to ski lifts . Staff excellent, friendly & helpful . Amazing view from south facing rooms .

Have stayed at this hotel three times now and always had a good time. We are a family of four (two teenagers) and the one bedroom suite fits us perfectly. We love having a full kitchen as sometimes too tired to go out to eat. The hotel itself and rooms are a little dated, but not in a bad way. It is kind of a cosy traditional Swiss feel. Also, having the pool/hot tub/sauna is a great plus for those lazy afternoons. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good location and good service at reasonable price. Pros: The staff are incredible and always very polite and helpful. Location is great. In a few minutes walk, you are in central Montana where all the restaurants are. 10 minute walk to the main gondola (Signal). Free parking for car available. Restaurant food actually quite good and breakfast is decent. Had dinner in one night and was great. Cons: The wifi is terrible! To the point where it is putting us off staying here again unless it is upgraded. I would rather pay extra and have good wifi, but that is not an option. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: PLEASE FIX THE WIFI OR GIVE AN OPTION TO PAY TO UPGRADE TO A BETTER ONE. We love this hotel and it is our only complaint! Merci!

A bit dated, and quite noisy due to lack of soundproofing.

The hotel experience was great, overall. But the night was a nightmare. The residents are very disrespectful and you might even hear knocking sounds or loud voices. The restaurant was good, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Lastly, the hotel is in TOP Location and is next to the city centre and lifts.

A cosy hotel right on the Montana town centre, by the restaurants and the ski lifts . They accept dogs which is very cute . The rooms are spacious and bright. Nice for families, but it is quite noisy with poor sound insulation. The restaurant is good and the staff are very friendly and courteous . You can see that from the repeat customers.

Good location - a 5 minute walk to the main road, but off it so you aren’t bombarded with activity when you’re ready to rest and relax. Friendly, accommodating staff. Spacious rooms with beautiful views.

Top Lage des Hotels Intergolf, schönes Zimmer, grosszügig mit grossem Balkon. Leider waren die Liegestühle, sehr verbraucht und nicht sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein bischen bedürftig, kein frisches Rührei, wahrscheinlich aus dem Tetrapack und die Auswahl an Fleisch war auch nicht gerade gross. Spiegelei gab es nur mit einem Aufpreis.

Bedienung am Nachmittag auf der schönen Terrasse, leider war diese nicht offen.

Sehr gute Lage im Bezug zum Zentrum Montana, super Blick ins Rhonetal und gegenüberliegende Süd Alpenkette, sehr gute Küche mit übersichtlicher Speisekarte, Parkplatz direkt im Haus mit Liftzugang zu den Zimmern........Geniale Chaletstyle Bar im Haus......

Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Staff throughout our stay could not do enough to help - Mara & Rui at breakfast; Valeria, Eglee and Kevin in reception and Roman and Emillio on the shuttle bus.

I’ve been coming here for the last few years with my family because it is not only the most practical solution (ie there are apartments, not only rooms, in this hotel) but also because it is generally wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there’s a pool and a play room, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the view is breathtaking… and you can set up a baby monitor and go to the bar for a drink after the kids have gone to sleep. 10/10.

Highly recommend this hotel - it's friendly & casual & extremely well located. Go for superior double as the standard we had this trip was small. On stays in the past we have always had much bigger rooms. If you are looking for slick & modern you won't find that here. Helvetica has more of a traditional vibe & nicer & quieter for it.

We really love this hotel have just stayed a second time. Compared to other places in Crans Montana, the rooms are very large and the price prices not too high. The View across the Rhone valley is spectacular and on a good day you can see the Matterhorn- I think every room has a view. The sauna steam room and cold plunge pool are all very clean and function perfectly. Both times we stayed here our room had a fully functioning kitchen that you really could cook a meal in if you wanted to. The breakfast was extensive and fresh. The staff were friendly and efficient - we were given a free room upgrade which I really appreciate.

Kun en overnatting og benyttet ikke andre fasiliteter enn å spise frokost. Wifi var elendig og i i Sveits hvor tele/datatilgang er dyrt sammenlignet med ellers i Europa var dette et irritasjonsmoment. Rommet var rent og av bra standard. Frokosten kontinental og grei ut fra det. Under hva vi er vant med på hoteller i Norge/Skandinavia.

Nice very clean room with an amazing balcony view over the mountains, the food in the evening was excellent, great choice of wines and again very freindly and attentitive staff. The breakfast was OK. We will be back.

The people were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was excellent and catered for skiing/boarding activities with great lockers and their dedicated bus service for any time of the day. Going full board was a great choice as the food was exceptional, great service and a very well stocked bar.

First time visiting Crans-Montana and we were not disappointed - the hotel was a little older but extremely well maintained and very cozy. The staff were so friendly and the restaurant onsite had an amazing fondue offering. They have a drop off and pick up ski service that made it super easy to get on the mountain as well. We'd like to come back in the summer and will definitely consider staying here again.
