Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW - Celebration Area by IHG

Location and comfortable beds

Dark hallways

Things were by and large fine. I requested a room close by the elevator and dining room and these were granted

The breakfast was somewhat cold and so was the hot water

Veronica has great customer service at the front desk

Everything

How clean it is

Customer service

Booking said free breakfast and that wasn’t true , balcony had wasp so couldn’t enjoy it , room had roaches.

Everything went very smooth !everyone was super nice and helpful

We loved everything

Céntrico, cómodo, limpio

Friendly staff and good location

Hotel is very outdated, rooms feel old

The staff at check-in was very friendly and attentive. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the essentials.

Minor detail: Maintenance next door started at 8 AM. It was very quiet and barely noticeable, but starting at 10 AM would better respect guests' rest.

It was great everything was perfect clean and had a good time

Hospitality was great by the staff. Breakfast buffet in the morning was very good. Room was well kept, modern, and nice. Building itself was a little dated but there was many updates in certain areas. There was ample parking and security for overnight parking. Nice option for budget friendly travelers and the location is near a lot of activities for couples and families.

Next to McDonald's

Ice machine was out of ice, booked king room and they put us in a double

Nada me desagradó.

Location great especially if going to Disney, Old Town is across the busy '192' road, and plenty of choice for Food, whether Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner

2 Night Stay, so everything was OK

Location to everything. Quick check in.

Paid Wifi? Breakfast was very expensive for what it was especially with the McDonalds attached to the parking lot. $5 vs %17??? Don't tell me about a free gift when its and sales add.

ubicacion y personal

This hotel is an excellent value! The location is perfect for everything that you need both parks and regular shopping, and all of the staff is just amazing. Carlos specifically checked me in and made me feel so welcome. He also said hello and goodbye every time he saw me and it made me feel so good about where I was choosing to stay. The beds are so comfortable and the pool is well maintained. I can’t wait to stay here again!

The front desk the two gentlemen was great friendly. And the lady help me change rooms, because my TV would t come on and the lights kept going of and on.1715 room and move to 1725.

When the light went and had to walk up 7 flights of stairs.

Everything's good. Good, clean beds and pleasant rooms; I just stayed for the weekend, and the prices were fair.

The staff were fantastic. The young lady that checked us in and Carlos easy 5 stars!! The free breakfast was nice as well!

Excelente personal, habitación súper cómoda y limpia. Buffet de desayuno muy bueno.

Todo estuvo bien

Great location, great staff, could not get a/c to work properly.

When we arrived at the hotel, Davion greeted us. I was amazed by the way he welcomed us and the way he spoke to me. When I checked out the next day, I asked for him to come to the front so I could say goodbye. I told him that I had never been treated the way he did and that he shouldn't change the way he treated guests. I also spoke with his supervisor, I told her that Davion has a bright future with the company. Whenever we go to the Kissimmee area, we stay there. I hope he'll take of us next time.

Excellent customer service. Staff always friendly at check-in and make sure all needs met. I usually book, and family stays and there is never issues with that. Breakfast is great, and whole staff sang happy birthday to my 6 year old. Always stay here, clean, comfortable, close to Disney, and on road with lots of restaurants.

Friendly staff, good location and lovely breakfast

A bit run down, needs upgrading

Very accommodating and very clean

Great time. Every where I wanted to go was next to me. Managers checking up to make sure the stay is okay.

Location was great. Rooms were old and tight quarters. Zero security. I did not see one person walking around. I did not feel safe. Anyone from the street can just walk on to the property. The issue wasn't someone coming off the streets but the guest themselves. A lot of people walking around aimlessly. No security at all. Guest were smoking weed in the pool. Families started leaving. I never experience this at any of the Holiday Inn or in any of their resorts. I stayed June 25 to June 28. Won't visit this location again.

Close to everything, Disney is 10 minutes away and Universal was about 25 with traffic. Clean and very nice staff, rooms were spacious. Loved the pool option, small pool for little kids.

Shuttle service

Carpet needs cleaning

Location and amenities the buffet was amazing

Location was great, price was super

It was very loud . We had a front side window/balcony , by the road . There was a car show near, very noisy late at night due to this .. not the hotels fault , but that was the case for 2 nights for us .

Clean , nice something yoy will not feel bad to pay for

Our last minute family trip was Amazing! The staff from the front desk , restaurant and house keeping were great!!! We will be back and will recommend this hotel!! Thank you everyone for your fantastic hospitality!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💜 Also, the price was very reasonable ! (We had 3 rooms).

I adore this Holiday Inn! The staff is amazing! Special shot out to both Veronicas! They are angels!!!! The hotel is perfectly located! The rooms are clean and comfy! I LOVE this hotel!!!

Todo

Todo bien

The front desk staff were very kind at check in

It was in a rough area, the room was extremely old, carpet lifting up in places, smelled musty, the bed was awful and hard, I’ve requested a refund since we checked out right after walking into the room provided to us and the hotel has yet to respond. We checked out and paid to stay elsewhere.

Good location, service, and clean. I recommend this Hotel ! 5 stars!

I liked that the request that I asked for was granted.

I didn't like some unclean places in the room and the low lighting were some of the light bulbs is about to go out.

Bed

AC and fridge, remote control wasn’t working and need more update TV program No free breakfast with my stay

It was convenient

The room smelled like a wet dirty mop. I sprayed perfume several times

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen

The breakfast was excellent. The selection was great, they had something for everyone’s preferences. The beds were also very comfortable.

The AC system is very old. There is no way to redirect the air flow, it was blowing directly on the beds. The room felt humid, no matter what the AC was set to. We could hear the neighbor's TV late into the night through the door that connects the rooms. And when I texted that I would like a maintenance team come check the AC because it was making a weird noise, they said they would be there but no one showed up.

Wish the pool stayed open until 11pm

Ok

It was very enjoyable

Can't say anything bad about it

I stayed here for a wedding I was attending and the morning of, I realized I needed a safety pin for the front of my dress that was showing too much!! So I went to the front desk and Carlos & Victoria went out of their way to find me a pin and a sewing kit! They fixed my problem right away. Amazing customer service!

All is good thank you

All I liked

My boyfriend liked the breakfast selections and he stated the food was delicious. Then location of the hotel is great.

I wanted to stay longer but could not.

Todo

spending 38 minutes checking in because only one person on the desk. HVAC that was like a tractor.

Staycation convenient to Old Town in Kissimmee. King size bed super comfortable. The room and bathroom very clean. Everyone at the desk is very nice and professional.

Location and breakfast

Pool and fitness center

Location to conference.

Older hotel. Rate was high. I arrived late to check in, 11:20pm and was gone by 8 am. Only one person was checking in. The line to check in took almost 38 minutes. HVAC was like a tractor. So did not get much sleep at all.

The pool

Hotel very old. Bed was horrible. Room was in building 2 and not easy to get to. No housekeeping unless you scheduled before hand. In was not told about that. AC did not work very well.

Clean, location, staff very friendly

That I couldn’t stay longer

Good 👍

The room was ok but to small for a handicap person using a EV .

Handicap should never ever be put on any floor other than 1st floor. Fire alarm with off and I was on the 8th floor. Very scared.

Our stay was great. A special thank you to Katie, Carlos and Ms. Veronica. We had a late flight and were allowed to do a late check out which was much appreciated.

great breakfast and staff

Beds were uncomfortable, hotel needs to be cleaner and updated

Want I like about it, it was clean and good cold air the pool was very nice.

That I had to get up at 1:30am cuz it was a fire alarm when off getting all the people out there bed and in the rain waiting to go back in and on top of that I asked for a king size bed with a balcony all was taken and when I booked the room I said I wanted and I was not accommodation..

Excellent attention

Location, staff

While we were there the power went out at 1 am. No a/c and it was sweltering. My husband and I were there celebrating our anniversary and birthday. We are physically handicapped and had to walk down 8 flights of stairs with our luggage with no assistance. No signs on elevators. No notifications. No care whatsoever. We were told we would NOT be compensated. 🤬

Great stay

Fire alarm went off at 130 am had to evacuate for 1hr in pouring rain and of course return to room using stairs

The breakfast and staff who worked the buffet were clean and respectful.

My last day the front desk were not as patient as the staff checking in.

I liked the price for the hotel the location was awesome

Beds very uncomfortable bath tub falling apart and painted one to many times looks tacky

Easy check in, comfortable room, great breakfast.

The neighbors were a little disrespectful and noisy until 3:00 in the morning.

El baño

La televisión

did not have breakfast but overall the stay was great would stay again

Staff were polite and professional. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was clean. Access to various restaurants, food trucks, entertainment, flea markets, etc. Most were in walking distances.

Very close to old town right across the street, lots of different places to eat near by.

Very friendly staff and location

Excellent

Good

Breakfast was delicious and staff waz great

Have no complaints

Friendly staff, love their accommodations

Nice and friendly

Smell like weed

Took a $100 deposit and now 6 days later still haven’t received my money back

No me gustó

Room was good breakfast was excellent facilities good for age of building.

Children in hot tub, room temperature not controllable overnight.

Loved the location and that we got to watch alligators and turtles from our room!

Nothing, only reason it wasn’t 10/10 was due to a power cut. Of course it wasn’t the hotels fault but better communication about it would have been nice
