Location is close to Disney theme parks

The facilities seem a bit rundown. The hotel common areas are in need of repainting as well as the common area access ways to and from the rooms the floors are always damp and wet, and the carpet in the room seemed very dirty. Also, we had a suite, and in both bathrooms within the suite, the water took very long to drain out of the tubs. In fact, a simple, seven minute shower resulted in the water, pooling all the way up to our shin before draining out and thereafter took about one hour to drain out. Also the breakfast options were the same almost every day for an entire 7 night stay.

Muy malo el servicio de traslado a los parques de Orlando. Horarios nada convenientes. Te recoge una hora después que cerró el parque y luego lleva a pasajeros de varios hoteles, por lo que demorarás hora y tanto más. Había cucarachas en el pasillo fuera de la habitación cada vez que volvíamos.

La ubicación no estaba mal.

Se ve un lugar húmedo y sucio, las alfombras y sillones a pesar que los aspiran, parecen tener mugre. El desayuno no es variado, si van a quedarse varios días, lo sentirán aburrido.

Three cockroaches were found in the hotel room on the first day, which the hotel staff removed in the evening. On the second day, three more live cockroaches appeared in the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen, leading us to leave them behind as a souvenir because we fled the premises. The air conditioning unit was covered in large clumps of dust. Although we filed a complaint at the reception and they guaranteed a refund, we received NOTHING. They have not responded to Booking.com, nor to direct emails sent to the hotel and the assistant manager as they themselves had instructed. This is a very serious behavior following a severe lack of hygiene at the property, and they have been reported to the federal authorities of Florida. I have everything backed up with photos.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is 20 minutes from Disney as well as Universal. There were many places to eat within walking distance.

The first night the pool and hot tub were dirty. But next day they had cleaned them. The bar was unable to serve french fries with the chicken tenders because they were out and not replaced. Our last day there a man walked into our room completely unannounced and walked in on 3 teenage girls changing out of their swimsuit. He was hotel staff. He did not knock or announce himself...when I said something to him he stood there for a minute before leaving. It was at 1015 and checkout wasn't until 11am. We did complain to the front desk and I hope its dealt with appropriately

Gostamos muito da localização, da limpeza e da disposição e distribuição do apartamento. As camas eram macias e cheirosas. O apartamento fica em um único nível e não precisamos subir escadas para acessar os quartos. O sofá é grande. A cozinha é ótima. Outro ponto positivo é que não tem carpete e o banheiro tem box. Meus filhos e marido gostaram muito do apartamento.

Não conseguimos usar o fogão porque apenas depois de alguns dias fomos entender como funcionam os fogões americanos. Sugiro deixarem instruções em português para os hóspedes. A trava interna da porta precisa ser concertada porque está quase quebrando.

En general el alojamiento está bien pero necesita una renovación y el desayuno una mejora. Las habitaciones tienen moqueta y al entrar en ella olía raro, está todo un poco viejo, aunque las camas son cómodas.

El desayuno está bien para gente local, pero para los que vamos de otros países no. No tienen leche caliente ni la puedes calentar. Tampoco leches vegetales. No embutido de ningún tipo y nada de fruta excepto plátanos. En general las instalaciones necesitan una mejora y renovación

Perfect for the Parks - 15 min Uber to Disney Parks We chose it for their 2 Bed Suites - plus kitchen and living room. Lots of shops incl Food within walking distance. Lovely to have a relaxing Pool day then head to Parks for Afternoon/Evening

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel, esta muy desmejorado, con una notable falta de mantenimiento y de limpieza. El desayuno no es muy variado y varias cosas estan ya servidas, y en el caso del yoghurt no es recomendable por ejemplo... La verdad, no volvería.

I like that the hotel location was not far from attraction (Old Town) the attraction is five minutes walk from the hotel and the world food trucks ( where there's many options in buying meals from different food trucks from 11am - 2am, everyday).

I did not like that for Breakfast, there was no hot milk, nor hot chocolate milk, they only served cold milk. When I asked the lady that serves the buffet Breakfast if it was possible to have warm milk and chocolate milk for my family, she told me that the kitchen did not have microwave or warmer, that there was only a big oven and that I should take the milk and chocolate, and warm it up in my room. Like really.

The person serving breakfast was mildly rude. Instead of asking what would you like. She says what do you want. In a mean way. Ali the shower curtain rod was installed wrong and the curtain wouldn’t stay shut

The suite was very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful.

Unfortunately, the location of our suite was right by the elevator and the exit door. So there was foot traffic all hours of the day and we couldn't sleep.

I love staybridge. For many years we have chosen to stay at this hotel when not at vacation homes. The Front desk staffs was awesome. All. (Sunshine) really matches her name, Very kind & a beautiful lady who was always available to help.

Our first room, no view. There was a tree right outside both bedroom windows. There was the elevator & wall outside the front windows, so there was nothing to look at on the outside.( got it changed 2 days later.) When having breakfast the servers watch everything you got . They served 2 pieces of bacon, I ask for a 3rd & they held back on giving. We were a family of 5 with children who didn't get up early for breakfast. We wanted to take some to the room for them but after the servers reported another family taking food to their rooms. I refused and we went out for breakfast every morning instead.

Hôtel typique Américain avec la moquette au sol. Nous avions une suite avec 2 chambres. La literie était très confortable. La suite très grande et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner était bien garnie à notre goût avec du sucrée et du salé. Nous y avons passé 5 jours le temps de faire les parcs, la piscine le soir en rentrant était très appréciable. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la navette car les heures ne correspondaient pas à notre programme. Pour aller à Disney et Studio nous avons utilisé LYFT, environ 30$ aller/retour et le chauffeur vous prend et ramène juste devant l’hôtel c’était parfait. Pour Universal et SeaWorld (un peu + loin que Disney) nous avions réservé le parking sur place dans les parcs et c’était très bien comme ceci.

The location was excellent, and very convenient. The room was a nice size, and the full size refrigerator was definitely a nice bonus. The front desk staff were very pleasant.

The parking lot after hours can be a little sketchy, I’d recommend more lighting. There was some loitering going on, that made me a bit uncomfortable while gathering my luggage and children. The staff in the breakfast area were a little impatient. The breakfast area could also use some expansion with additional seating options. Lastly, the room had minor evidence of previous guests present, nothing too crazy. The rooms could also use some upgrades when it comes to flooring, and furniture.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo aqui pero esta vez no me gustó nada el cuarto estaba muy sucia la alfombra a mi hijo le picó un gusano les dije en la oficina pero únicamente me dijeron no pasa nada.... La puerta 🚪 del cuarto de hotel no servia... Y no entraron a limpiar el cuarto en los 3 dias que yo estuve ahi...

L'hôtel est un peu viellote, qui demande un rafraichissement. Il y a une odeur desagréable à cause de la moquette et du split .Il n' y a pas assez d'éclairage dans les chambres. Il faudrait juste rafraichir l'hôtel et tout serait parfait.

My wife is in a wheelchair and we have been going there for years and the lift at the pool hasn't been working for years. When my wife went to complain about it one of the staff members laughed. It's not funny that the whole point that we are there is for so she can enjoy the pool. The elevators were getting stuck not working properly also. The place has gone down hill especially the maintenance around the property and front staff.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Its location is one of its biggest advantages, especially for people visiting Walt Disney World Resort. Most of the guests are families, making it a great choice for a family vacation. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the Disney parks, which, along with its convenient location, is a major benefit. The young blonde lady at the reception was extremely kind and welcoming. She patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. Kavern also sent us a message to check if everything was going well during our stay, which was a thoughtful touch. A big thank you to all the staff members. The housekeeping team is truly amazing. The room, bed, sheets, and towels were spotless and exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for the price. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast met our expectations and was exactly what we were looking for.

If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to replace the carpets and the upholstered furniture. In my opinion, carpets tend to trap dust and bacteria. This isn't a criticism specific to this hotel—it's something I generally feel about carpeted hotels—but replacing them with easier-to-clean flooring would make the rooms feel even fresher.

About 30 min drive to universal studios

Room felt dirty. Sewing needle found on carpet in bedroom. Stains on the high top chairs. Repairs made with the “landlord special”.

We liked the location of the property and the tiki bar with the 2 bartenders Tim and Mallory

Bugs, wasn’t cleaned everyday, lack of replenishment, we had to ask for things that should’ve already been in the room, unsupervised and disrespectful children running around, leaf blower outside at 7am.

Overall it was great. The location was good and the room had plenty of space. The staff responded quickly when the fridge in our room was not working and had it replaced. The breakfast had options and ran through 10am on weekdays. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Overall the staff does a great job.

It looks a little rundown and it is a little outdated like the rugs in the room. The only real problem we had was one night the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night.

The property need some repairs and remodeling, the elevators need to be updated too, the room is tight the bed is literally together with the air conditioning and is impossible to take out from the bed for that side,the dishwasher liking and the air conditioner too,the reception team was amazing but the ladies who served the breakfast was 2/10 and the bar man too.

Worst experience in my travels in the last 25+years , i checked in on 1st of july , to find that there is someone esle in the room they gave me !!!!! The place is not like advertized , more of a motel than an IHG hotel , I was with my family and imagined that someone at 3 am trying to open my room because he has keys assigned from the reception! Therefore i decided to change hotel and george at reception promised that once i claim to booking they will refund , nothing from that happened till today and no replies from the hotel wether by phone or email.

The hotel is little old

From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was extremely rude and told us we were too early. We waited for 2 hours and went back at 4pm and a different lady had started her shift who was equally as rude. Sunshire and Kaverne were the two members of staff who were unbelievably rude, sarcastic and so unhelpful. The only person who was nice and made us feel like we were actually welcome on vacation was the bar man. The room was disgustingly outdated and awful lighting and our neighbors stank the hallway out with weed. I would never recommend this to anyone even with its cheaper price tag.

Ótima localização, razoavelmente perto dos parques da Disney e de restaurantes, lanchonetes e comércio. Quarto gigante com banheiro, sala com sofá-cama e cozinha americana, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom, local tranquilo, silencioso, café da manhã estilo americano, mas atende satisfatoriamente. Os Atendentes são corteses.e prestativos.

A fechadura da porta do quarto não funcionava bem, chegamos um dia do passeio e a porta estava destrancada. Reclamamos na recepção, encaminharam um técnico da manutenção que esclareceu que pra trancar tinha que deixar a porta bater sem segurar na maçaneta. Ocorre que as camareiras não faziam isso e, assim, a porta não trancacava, deixando o quarto exposto, ou seja, um sério problema de segurança quanto aos nossos pertences. Além disso, a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, é bem superficial e o piso é de carpete, fato que exigiria uma limpeza mais atenta. Teve um dia que não limparam o quarto, deixaram a cama desarrumada e não recolheram o lixo. Depois,que reclamamos isso não ocorreu mais. Mas é preciso mais atencao e zelo com a limpeza dos quartos.

Pésimo,me sentí mal tratado con la grosería del personal de recepción,en el check in ..que es el recibimiento de ustedes..parece que el personal tiene repulsión por los colombianos y lo manifiestan con la mala actitud. Deberían informar en su publicidad,,los colombianos no son bien recibidos en nuestro hotel,y de esa forma no tendríamos que aguantar malos tratos ,de hecho yo les voy a colaborar en este punto.haciendo conocer la repulsión que su hotel manifiesta por los colombianos Gracias por su atención ! Y por ley deberían tener personal bilingüe en el counter para check in,o simplemente describan eso cuando se hace la reserva...solo hablamos inglés y solo atendemos bien a los ciudadanos norteamericanos.

Suite 120 was very clean especially for the value and pricing. Pet-friendly amenities included pool jacuzzi and free breakfast. Overall was upset we only stayed one night we could have enjoyed the space for longer. You can tell the ownership put some recent renovations in and it was very clean with some modern parts mixed with old.

Many parts of the room were updated the tiles in the king side shower were obviously older. The place would look even better if they were updated or modernized as well.

The location was great! Short drive to WDW Parks. The staff were very helpful. We had an issue with our freezer not working and maintenance replaced the whole refrigerator with a brand new one within an hour of reporting it! Although dated, the property is clean.

The grills that are advertised for guest use were unavailable due to no propane. We were there for 5 nights so it wasn’t a delivery issue. The “arcade” on site did not having a working token machine. The guest laundry area is too small for the number of machines (that weren’t all in service). The machines need to be replaced. The washers had mildew and the dryers are weak. This mid grade hotel could really be great with a little more upkeep. For a hotel of this size, the pool is very small.

Staff was friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Good location to the parks and the young folks enjoyed being walking distance to Old Town. The free breakfast was a plus.

The room was a little dated but clean. Could have used a few more healthy breakfast items for us older folks like fresh fruit, yogurt/ cottage cheese cups, turkey sausage.
