No available cottages not even as additional rental to sleep an extra person. Shower wasn’t completely cleaned as there were pubic hairs on the shower floors. King bedroom with 2 bathrooms are only available at the second floor

The elevator and communal areas were unclean and emitted a strong, unpleasant odour. Upon reaching my room, I encountered difficulties in opening the door, which necessitated multiple visits to the reception desk. Upon entry, I found the room to be in an unacceptable state. There were visible damp stains on the window, a persistent musty odour, high humidity levels, condensation, inadequate ventilation, and poor air quality, all of which made breathing difficult. Despite my efforts to rest, I was unable to remain beyond a few hours due to health concerns caused by the dampness and overall substandard condition of the room. Considering the health implications, no guests must be accommodated in such an environment. The presence of dampness and mould has inflicted significant health issues, affecting my respiratory system, causing inflammation, and impairing my ability to breathe properly. These adverse effects have also impacted my emotional well-being, rendering me tearful and distressed. In light of these circumstances, I had no alternative but to vacate the premises early that same morning, thereby truncating my planned week-long stay. This incident has caused considerable inconvenience and adversely affected my health. I reported these concerns to booking.com and the staff on duty. I was informed that the manager . A formal complaint was made, yet no response has been received to acknowledge my complaint. The picture of the property is misleading. I will never use this accommodation and will not recommend to anyone.

They are now charging for parking. And the app they use sucks. And the staff is rude when questioned about this by long-time guests.

Todo muy bien. Pondría mesa mas grande, eramos 5 en mesa con 2 sillas. Y el sofá cama viejo con colchón incómodo.

La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, el desayuno excelente muy variado, el personal muy amable, y lo mejor q hablan los dos idiomas inglés y español, queda cerca de los parques, y cerca de muchos lugares de comida, también tiene un parque de atracciones al lado, una de las mejores cosas era la piscina y el JACUSSI 24 horas al día súper, se los recomiendo.

Solo el sofá cama donde durmió mi niño, ya está de cambiar , se le sienten los springs y fue bastante incómodo para él, de lo demás todo excelente.

Hotel was in really bad shape, first room given had a really bad mold odor. Stains on ceilings and room needed cleaning. Was able to get a new room on another full that was better; however still lacked cleanliness. There was a bug that walked out of the headboard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Pool floor had rust and rocks which is hazard, anyone could easier get cute. Breakfast was not good, no eggs and sausage given seemed uncooked. Only option really were the Mickey shaped waffles, cereal, some fruits and yogurt.

The toilet broke.. twice. … after getting water all over. So at midnight they were replacing the float. It wouldn’t flush in the morning, and a later check out would have been appropriate (they gave me an hour extra)… it should have been comped or at least discounted. Staff were beyond helpful, the manager seemed to be hiding. I saw other customers yelled at be the manager. There was a wet muggy smell.

La ubicación y la infraestructura siguen siendo muy buenas, y el desayuno es rico, tal como recordaba de mi estancia anterior. No obstante, en esta ocasión la habitación tenía un fuerte olor a humedad. Es evidente la falta de mantenimiento actual tanto en las habitaciones como en los pasillos; se nota cierto descuido favor mejorarlo ya que me parece un buen hotel pero lo de las habitaciones el olor terrible que no me dejaba dormir bien.

En esta última estancia noté un fuerte olor a humedad en la habitación y que los insumos de aseo disminuyeron su calidad. Les sugiero realizar mantenimiento en habitaciones y pasillos; es un hotel hermoso y sería una lástima que decaiga y pierda clientes por falta de cuidado

Estaba cerca de los lugares que visité el Agua se la piscina buena temperatura limpio todo el lugar los cuartos espaciosos y acogedor

Lo malo fue que yo reservé y la llegada que puso fue de 12 a 1 pm pero al llegar me di cuenta que decía a las 3 no se porque se cambió la hora de llegada. Además al llegar solicité que me ayuden con el ingreso por mis hijos que estaban candados del viaje y me dijeron que no podían xq decía a las 3 pm ese fue mi único inconveniente.

Small things like the constant need to reprogram door cards, never any pool towels. The air conditioner would fluctuate warm to cold. And now charging for parking. The rear of the hotel and pool area does back right up to a swampy area. Signs warning of alligators and snakes, it is Florida but a snake was actually in the pool and another nearby. Just made using the pool area not as relaxing and us more cautious.

The mini fridge and microwave were clean. Ice machine and washing machine were on the same floor so that was convenient. Food were prepared in advance for guests at the breakfast buffet. No need to make your own waffles on the waffle machine.

Paying for parking, we were not told until we arrived and were forced to pay or find another hotel. Quality of breakfast food(lacking in flavor greatly and felt like "cheap" food vs real food). Cleanliness wasn't 100%, there was trash on the hallways, dirt just brushes to the corners by room doorways and overflowing trashcan by elevators. The bedding protector has a rip on it and I only discovered it after I removed the top cover since it felt itchy. I just put my blanket over the bed and laid on it. There was dirt behind the curtains in our room and behind furniture (discovered while trying to find my son's toy). There were hair strands on the shower and by the shampoo (I just rinsed them off). Overall, it felt very bare minimum when it comes to quality. I won't recommend this hotel to others nor do I plan on returning. We just stayed for 2 nights and moved on. Although it was fairly priced I have paid for less at other hotels and mote withl better quality.

Una empleada del frente y q mi habitación no estaba limpia y tenía cucarachas

desayuno estubo bien pero deberian variar un poco como poner huevos cocidos, un dia bacon, waffles de fresa, papa.

Bueno debido a la alta demanda del hotel y la entiendo pero mi cuarto no fue aseado en 5 dias que estuvimos ni pidiendo que lo hicieran y el ultimo dia ya apestaba mi cuarto.

The leaking bathroom sink, the sink and shower held water. My husband had to wait to shower pr brush his teeth due to the standing water.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was nice and had a variety of choices. The location was great and it was easy to get to all the places we visited.

The only complaint was they forgot to give us wash cloths.

The room was spacious and there was a small divide between the king size bed and the pull out couch. The bed was comfortable.

The bugs that infested my purse, our luggage, the furniture, and the bed were definitely a problem. We also had to have maintenance come fix the ceiling fan that was non operational when we got there.

Had a 4 night stay here and found it perfectly ok. Room was spacious and clean, there was loads of parking available and the pool area looked good. The local area was safe. Location wise, it's next to the old town so plenty of F&B options within walking distance and very easy to get to Disney and the I4 if you have a car. There are a few drawbacks - they now charge for parking, when I booked it was free, which they honoured thankfully. Also the breakfast was good tasting but had a lack of variety - very limited baked goods for example. At least when I completed the hotel survey with this feedback they came back to me on email to acknowledge the points. Let's see if anything comes of it. They also did not provide body wash in the bathroom, only 1 bar soap for washing hands only. I would happily stay here again if the price was right and it was for a couple of nights, factoring in that parking is now chargeable.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating and moved us to a different room because of the musty, moldy smell in the initial room we were given.

The hotel desperately needs some deep cleaning services. It feels really run down and not taken care of. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you have no better options.

O espaço do quarto é muito bom. Me senti confortável e acolhida . A senhora da limpeza muito prestativa e atenciosa, todos os dias perguntava se eu precisava alguma coisa para o quarto.

Achei o corredor sujo demais, e ainda por cima o apto em frente ao meu acumulava caixas de comida vazias e isso atraia baratas, mas graças a Deus nunca entraram no meu quarto.
