**3 Nights, 2 Rooms, 2 Broken Toilets — Very Disappointing Stay** I stayed at Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton, for 3 nights from **August 22–25, 2026**, and unfortunately all 3 nights were affected by problems. On Day 2, I returned late to find that my room had not been serviced. I was later told that housekeeping is only provided upon request and that I should have been given a card explaining this at check-in. I was not given the card and was never informed of the policy. More seriously, I came back to a **backed-up toilet that would not flush**. An engineer came to my room at approximately 12:30 a.m. and, after checking it, told me it could not be fixed that night because it was too late to use the snake. I requested a room change the following day. Incredibly, the toilet in the second room also would not flush properly. So during one 3-night hotel stay, I encountered toilet problems in TWO separate rooms. There were other maintenance issues as well, including flickering bedside lights. I paid over $500 for this stay. At this price point, having a functioning toilet is surely one of the most basic expectations of a hotel room. To be fair, the front desk manager waived my three days of parking as a service-recovery gesture, which I appreciated. However, considering the severity and repeated nature of the problems, I do not believe waiving parking adequately compensated for the experience. I was also troubled to overhear a comment that “many things are not working in the hotel.” Unfortunately, based on my experience, that certainly felt true. Hotels occasionally have maintenance problems. What made this particularly disappointing was that changing rooms did not solve the problem. I spent three nights in Los Angeles, and all three nights at this hotel were negatively affected. For a Hilton-affiliated property competing in the Anaheim tourism market, I expected considerably better maintenance, communication and service recovery.

Es ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Es ist groß, sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es liegt nicht all zu weit vom Disneyland entfernt (ca 10 Minuten) Das Zimmer selbst war für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind groß genug (wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten) Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr lecker.

Beim Frühstück hat man 22 Dollar pro Person frei. Wenn man etwas auswählt, das mehr kostet muss man den Aufpreis bezahlen. Das ist zwar kein Problem, ich hätte es nur gerne schon beim buchen gewusst.

First time staying there. It was one night but the experience was amazing! Good location. Low price. Staff polite and friendly. Me and my family will always go back.

Great hotel near Disney, with a very nice restaurant and pool.

We stayed in the King Bed Studio Suite, which was located on the 20th floor. This room has a mini fridge, a microwave along with a nice sized dining table. The bedroom is separate from the area with the dining table and sofa, which was also a sofa bed. It was a nice sized room with gorgeous views of the city, including the nearby Outlets at Orange. The only two things I did not like about this room was one, there were no towel racks for the shower and two, the water in the shower only got lukewarm. There was a hook for, I’m guessing, to hang your clothes on, but it was on the farthest bathroom door and was not even close to the shower. We had to hang our towels on hangers and leave it hanging from the door frame in order to access our towels after showering. Other than that, I love staying at this hotel as In-n-Out is a short walk away (less than 10 minutes) or if you’re craving doughnuts, Krispy Kreme is right near there in the Outlets at Orange. We also found out that if you’re a Gold or Diamond Hilton Honors member, you can use your daily credit at the little Pantry store that is located next to the front desk. If you’re really hungry and feeling lazy, ordering room service from The Peel Craftbar and Kitchen is another great option. We had the burger and the flatbread pizza and both were delicious! We used ride shares to get to Disneyland and it usually was about $10 to $15 depending on the time of day. There also appeared to be a lot of food places within walking distance like Dave’s Hot Chicken and Chipotle or Del Taco all within about a mile of the hotel. To summarize our stay, I never regret staying at Hotel FERA and always enjoy our stay here, even without towel racks! Staff is very friendly and helpful and it just makes our stay here that much more enjoyable!

Mattresses were hard, shower water pressure extremely low; also slow draining in the tub, additionally difficult to sleep since you’re able to hear the pipes make a popping noise as neighbors use showers.

I stayed here four nights during a conference. For the record, I am still here as I write this review. I leave tomorrow. When I arrived here, I was given a double room. I booked a king. I did not arrive late. No explanation was provided for this change. Second, although housekeeping was definitely in the room each day, they never replaced the two glasses or ice bucket liner. I used them on the first night. Housekeeping took away the dirty glasses but never replaced them. On the third day, the housekeeping cart happened to be parked outside my room, so I helped myself to a few paper cups to get through the rest of my stay. I wasn't sure the toilet paper would be replaced, but finally, yesterday, housekeeping replaced one of the two rolls. I note that management is replying to reviews. Bearing that in mind, I invite them to come on up to the 11th floor at the end of the hall where 1101 and 1102 are, breathe in deeply, and take in a great big hit of mildewed air. Clean it up, y'all.

My family and I were evacuated from our home due to a chemical incident at GNK Aerospace, and we stayed here while waiting for updates. What could have been a very stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was positive. The valet attendant was welcoming and directed us to self‑parking. The front desk team was friendly, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. They helped extend our stay multiple times as the evacuation timeline kept changing, and they handled everything with patience and compassion. We were originally quoted a much higher rate by the automated phone system, but once we spoke with the front desk, they applied an evacuation rate and later reduced it even further. They even retroactively adjusted the earlier nights and provided complimentary parking for our entire stay. Their generosity during a difficult time meant a lot. We stayed in two different rooms, both of which were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Each room had the essentials, a small refrigerator, a large TV, and a coffee and tea setup. The second room also had a microwave, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and everything worked well except for the USB ports in the first room, but the regular outlets worked fine. When we were finally cleared to return home, checkout was quick and easy, and the staff remained just as friendly as they had been throughout our stay. Overall, the entire team was professional, personable, and truly went above and beyond. Their support made a stressful situation much easier, and we are very grateful for the care they showed us.

Air conditioner was not working and this is the second stay I have had there where not working properly. Fixtures in bathroom getting a bit older and refrigerators definitely need to be bigger......especially with families staying there for Disney!

This is a pet pieve of mine. Hilton hotels have switched to these types of TV remotes. Terrible! No channel numbers. Every time you want to switch you heed to open the guide again and scroll instead of just hitting a channel number. Frustrating. Other than that the hotel is great.

Needed early check in and they made it so easy! Rooms were great and prefect location for us to attend Angels game

Beware of assuming it is as it looks...Very slow check in and out process. You have to guide them and they still mess up. My company sent authorization 3 times a month before my arrival and after the 2nd time they confirmed. When I arrived it was not in the system. I had a copy and showed the authorization and they checked me in. I checked my card for incidental and they put the complete bill on my card without permission. No one seems to know what they are doing! My room had a/c constantly on and I froze for two nights before they fixed it. My first night i looked at the sheets and it was an unknown stain. I asked that they bring more sheets and clean the room in the morning. Cleaning staff made up the bed with the same sheets...I was furious. Spoke with staff that wrote all my issues and they finally cleaned the room my final night at the location. No concessions or apologies for incompetence. I should have ran when I was checking in and the inspector was there to question the manager on a complaint and violation. The place has potential, but is run by people that do not care. I was therefor a conference and am a vegetarian. My lunch and dinner was alway the same. Some cooked 3 types of bellpepper and one slice of squash and put it on a hard piece of bread. Utterly disgusting! Great place to go if you want to starve, freeze and get yourcard charge due to inappropriate billing.

I didnt like that I stayed 4 days and each day I asked that my trash be taken out at least. They never came - bur front desk kept giving me trash bags 2 do it myself! Ants everywhere feom the ti.e i got there until I left...HORRIFIC- THIA HOTEL WAS TOO EXPENSIVE TO BE THIS TRIFLING

We enjoyed the view from our room. The rooms were very outdated and the restrooms were dirty.

The lobby was okay, and the pool looked nice.

My husband, work booked the hotel for us and I have a hard time check-in because they want credit card that use for booking.

The property was clean and comfortable. It is also located in great spot with lots to do around the area.

Vriendelijk personeel, buitenterras met vuur en water, hottub buiten. Heb geboekt via booking.com en factuur achteraf klopte niet. Dit is echter na 1 bericht snel gecorrigeerd.

Kamer is in 3 dagen geen 1 x schoongemaakt, uit douchekop kwamen er 3 zielige straaltjes, bar is door de weeks maar tot 23.00 open maar wel gezellig. Parkeerkosten vielen tegen en parkeerplaats was snel vol....we hadden gelukkig een invalidekaart.
