We absolutely loved our stay! The breakfast was much better than your typical hotel breakfast, with plenty of great options. We especially loved the cozy fall atmosphere and the pumpkin spice scent throughout the hotel—it was such a nice touch! The room had everything we needed, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for our Disneyland trip—only about a 7-minute drive away. Staying here was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our trip. We would absolutely stay again!

The only thing that could use an update is the TV. It felt a bit outdated and didn’t have streaming options like Netflix. The remote was also difficult to use—the buttons were quite stiff, and the TV sometimes had trouble picking up the signal. Other than that, everything about our stay was great!

The property look old almost haunted. We requested an early check in as we were returning from a cruise. They made us pay $30.00 to check in early and when we asked if we can have breakfast the lady behind the counter said no it closed yet it was exactly 10am They advertised a shuttle service we saw the van out front for the 2 days we were there yet we were told they do not offer a shuttle. The pillows were horrible not comfortable at all, the AC turn off in the middle of the night, and besides that all I heard were sirens throughout the entire night I got very little sleep. For the price not worth it I will NOT recommend nor stay at this hotel again It’s a hard NEVER again

The room was clean and adequate for a one-night stay. It was in a great location, right off the freeway. The staff was friendly and worked hard to accommodate us despite the Booking.com discrepancy, which hadn't actually reserved a room.

The Booking.com discrepancy or lack of connection to the actual property. The reservation was paid a month ahead of the stay date. There was a confirmation #, but when we got to the hotel, they didn't have a record of it in the hotel system. We were lucky they had a room because they were fully booked.

I appreciated the cool room, the simple and clean exercise room, the water cooler in the exercise room and the breakfast options. The front desk staff was also courteous.

There was slight mold around the shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the shower and someone else's hair on the towel hook. I would have also appreciated a water filter in the room with the ice instead of only having one in the exercise room (which closes at 10PM)

Very nice. Looks high end. Breakfast was good. Beds very comfortable. Always has hot water for showers.

They have a hospitality bar which includes coffee, teas, lemonade and delicious baked cookies during certain hours. My highlight of the day. But the cookies were not put out on Fri, or Sat.

The room was very spacious.

The location was good for both Angel's Stadium and Disneyland.

The only room left, per staff, was across the hallway from the Laundry Room, with the staff starting at 5:00am each morning. Very noisy. The was no hot water for approximately 24 hours. This was not mentioned during our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for three days, and it exceeded all of our expectations. When I booked it, I honestly thought it would be much more basic and not as nice. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised. For the price, the room was spacious, comfortable, and the included breakfast was a great bonus. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value for money. We would definitely stay here again many times.

Our room was so big and spacious, everything about the hotel was very very clean, the daily breakfast was definitely a plus considering we were heading to Disneyland each day we stayed! Speaking of that, it is the PERFECT distance to Disneyland!! We had such an amazing experience!

I liked the how most staff were cheery and kind. Breakfast offered is satisfying. There are a several options. Parking is is great. Cleanliness of room is excellent. We left to a restaurant and when we returned the room was fresh and clean

La habitación amplia( camas comodas, iluminación) las instalaciónes, la ubicación si vas a los parques de disney, outlet al lado, muchas buenas opciones de comida.

La poca variedad del desayuno, bueno pero lo mismo todos los dias.

Although my stay was short (less than 12hrs) and only one room left, I had a wonderful experience at the Orange location. Brooke at check in was pleasant and sweet (best wishes and congrats on your pregnancy). Free breakfast was a definite plus. Room was spacious, clean and stocked with the usual amenities. I had a choice between Hilton Dbl Tree/Alo (sister hotel)/Ayers. I'm very happy I made the right choice. Most definitely staying here again.

It was easy to find the staff were helpful and explained everything clear and professional. The room was very comfortable spacious and clean. Me & My Wife will definitely be returning.

We love coming here when we need a stay away from home. Brooke at the front desk is amazing! She is kind and patient with my rambunctious children and they love saying hi to her every chance they get. She always answers! She is one of the best parts of our visits!

I love the ambience and how well kept the hotel is; it looks very fancy; bed was super comfortable; plus you get free breakfast. The location is awesome and it is not too far from Disneyland. I always go back to this Ayres -Orange or the Ayres- Anaheim (both are great- my stay may depend on the price).

Ayres in Orange, California is always on-point. Stellar service, great rooms, and awesome service all-around. The breakfast is a nice addition to tour reservation. The parking lot is open parking and surrounds the hotel...no structure to go into at night. This site is about 2 blocks away from Anaheim Angels Stadium. I've stayed at this location several times and it is always a great stay.

I don't like that I had to pay for parking, it was an additional charge & I don't remember seeing anything about the potential possibility for that before hand; however i could be wrong. I understand that area has limited parking but considering the price paid- I feel like just any other establishment parking should be included if your a guest.

The breakfast is terrible, but has gotten a little better than the last few years. Fake sausage. There’s no ambience for the evening guest reception. It’s basically chips and no vibe. It would be great if you had a bartender or more ways to create a vibe in that room in evenings We were so exhausted after helping our kid pack and so we were so excited to go there. The bed was amazing, but then in half an hour, we were bored to death and looking for a place to go eat. The hotel is missing the vibe that makes you feel like you want to stay and that it’s cozy. The air-conditioning is on so cold in the lobby. Nobody hangs out.

It was in a great location

There was a stench in our room, and figure it out. When we went to bed we found one out of pillows to be soiled with a horrible smell. Placed it outside the door. 20 mins later the room was free from odor.
