Homewood Suites By Hilton Orange New Haven

Room

The restaurant is a little small.

Very convenient from the highway, the size of the room was perfect.

The breakfast was terrible

Das sehr nette Personal und der Pool!

Die Lage war nicht optimal für uns. Aber trotzdem ok.

Room, breakfast, location

Cost, and , sir charge for damages. , not necessary

Nothing stood out

Kids running and screaming up and down the hallways for hours on end

Clean

Staff

I like the accommodations. James the overnight person at the desk was so sweet and helpful. He made my stay more comfortable, and went out of way to help me.

Just that my room was way to far from the elevator and I have mobility issues. Also, it was hard to use the hot tub as there was always a bunch of small children in it as if was another pool.

Very clean and beautiful

The deposit is a little high

Amazing staff. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The pool area was warm and stayed stocked with towels. Comfortable beds and sofa. Ice maker inside of the freezer was a bonus 😀

The stove was a little tricky to understand. A guide will help.

Comfortable beds and good size rooms.

Nothing

Room was super comfy, loved the kitchenette and full sized fridge, ac was great! Loved the extra blanket in the closet. Shampoo and cream rinse containers in shower were clogged or broken so they didn’t work. Was told at check in breakfast on both morning was 7a-10a but that was incorrect it was 7-9a on the morning of the 12th. We missed breakfast which was disappointing. Also jacuzzi was broken (not worked on or repaired during our stay)….we booked this hotel further from our kayaking spots due to it having a jacuzzi….that was disappointing they should have offered some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

Broken jacuzzi, inaccurate info given to us about breakfast times

Very clean; very friendly staff

Extended hours for breakfast especially weekdays

Breakfast poor quality. Paper plates and plastic forks and knives.

très belle chambre - petit studio

The pool & Jacuzzi area.

I’d prefer to share with a manager or staff member.

The rooms are clean and spacious.

The toilet in our room was noisy.

Room size, clean, kitchen.

Rm 413 is very very noisy from the freeway and on ramp, constant noise plus acceleration on ramp, unable to sleep for entire night

The rooms are spacious and clean.

The breakfast could be much better.

Everything!! Cleanliness, amenities amazing, breakfast was great and the staff are always Great!!

Love everything!!!

Convenient just off freeway for night stop

Great location. Front desk staff amazing!

Pool area patrol rude.

Location was very convenient

Breakfast

The break fast is good.

No electric kettle to heat water.

Staff was outstanding. Latecia was friendly and gracious at our 1 am check-in

Breakfast was adequate but could have been more tasty.

Everything

Cleanliness, hospitality, pool and jacuzzi!!

We love the pool and how clean it is, and the breakfast

Property is well maintained. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Bed and pillow comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant at check in and check out.

I liked the spa area and that the room had a stove and full-size refrigerator

I felt like I was being racially profiled

Convenient location. Spotlessly clean rooms. Efficient and well stocked and well functioning kitchen and stove.

Good location next to New Haven city Good service at reception. Rooms comfortable and spacious.

Sofa bed was not ready when we arrive...we were given the bed sheets to prepare the bed ourselves afterwards. Breakfast quality not good... To be a hotel next to the highway, it was too expensive.

This place was amazing everything was great!!!! The room was spacious clean everything was updated the beds were comfortable there was more than enough pillows and extra linen for pull out couch. The pool was very nice and very big my kids loved this place they didn’t want to leave breakfast was delicious checking in and out was a breeze very satisfied and will definitely be visiting again!!! Huge thank you to Natalie front desk and staff so kind to me and my kids made us feel right at home we’ll be back!!!

Chambre agréable et confortable

Quiet, convenient to the highway and local businesses.

No complaints

I enjoyed the room and the space it offered

Although I enjoyed the room, I didn’t like the fact thee is a very strict no visitor policy that I was not informed of. I had family come in from out of town just to VISIT me while I stayed at hotel, but hey did not plan to stay there for the night, and they were turned away by reception. I was then informed that the maximum per room was 5 people. A wristband policy was enforced for me and my 4 members. I was not informed of this policy when checking in nor was a given wristbands. I saw no one else at the pool area with wristbands which made this feel discriminatory. I enjoyed my room but very most likely will not book again.

They charged me $100 cleaning fee for nothing

Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.

I just want say that you won't regret picking this place

everything... beautiful place

The hotel is nice but had a bad experience the bed was in poor condition not enough towel sheets or blanket

Air conditioning was not working in the room bed was in bad condition gave complaint and was only aware 20 percent not a good compensation

It was clean and it did have a couple of good amenities.

The air conditioning didn’t seem like it was working properly. The room felt very humid and damp. I think they need to clean the filters. There was a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes but no utensils! The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. There were no cups in the bathroom so you could rinse after brushing your teeth.

I like the cleanliness and just the general atmosphere.

comfortable bed, easy of using the shower. Hot water in shower was excellent.

Excellent service

Excellent

Clean .. free breakfast

They blamed booming.com and gave me the wrong room , I stayed here multiple times and always want the bedroom with the separate living room . NEVER a studio . So I told the front desk girl I went up to my room and it was incorrect.. she said “you sure ? It says a suite on my end” I said “yeah I’m sure , the bed and living room is all in one ..” she’s like “you booked 3rd party so we can’t change it “ I said “okay well will you guys pay me the difference.?” She goes “it’s the same price” …. If it was the same price why couldn’t she change the room ? Lol .. and of course it wasn’t the same price because I booked a suite and NOT a studio. And she admitted it says suite on her end .. fast forward I spoke to corporate and they said booking.com listed it wrong on their site .

Pretty good

The reception staff weren’t friendly

Breakfast was terrific.

Pillowcases reeked of bleach. Room door was very ill fitted, let in a lot of sound and light. Curtains did not pull closed completely—- more light. I did ask it be fixed. No change. Desk staff not friendly. Cooking staff very friendly.

Clean and convenient.Great location

Breakfast could have offered more like pancakes and or waffles

Right near the expressway, close to Yale old campus and other locations. New property, very spacious and clean. Safe with good connectivity. Amazing housekeeping service and supportive staff. Super value for money

Nothing

Schöne große Suite

Personal teilweise unfreundlich

A szoba mérete és felszereltsége rendkívüli volt, szívesen töltöttünk volna több időt is itt.

A medence hőmérséklete lehetett volna picit magasabb. A reggeli tipikus amerikai, nekünk kicsit kis választékkal.

The location and cleanliness.

The microwave never worked, bathroom had an on and off stench of sewage.

The big room and kitchen

Leaving roof

Really good!

Very clean!

Hotel was very clean and staff was professional, friendly and helpful

Room was amazing! Clean bathroom. Kitchen area was nice and stocked well.

I appreciated the kitchen and the clean room. Breakfast was nice, but I did not see any of those overnight oats that one of the signs mentioned; maybe I was too late though to get some.

Beautiful suit and all amenities

Clean, staff was friendly, quiet and the room was perfect for us.

usually continental breakfast

Amazing room. We were only there for one night, but if we have any reason to go to that area again this will be on the list of places to stay.

Great

Nice, clean room.Big nice bed.Walk in shower. Sad to leave.
