Alojamiento cómodo para conocer Génova

Clean room the staff at reception not so friendly but the staff at restaurant extremely friendly and they provide such a good service and food.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Hafen und hat ausreichend Parkplätze (zumindest für normale PKW ohne Dachbox etc.). Praktisch als Zwischenstopp, wenn man am nächsten Tag die Fähre nimmt. Die Betten waren OK, Klimaanlage funktionierte. Die Fenster waren sehr gut schallisoliert, was bei der Lage zwischen den stark befahrenen Straßen auch nötig ist.

Das Bad war nicht richtig gereinigt worden vor unserer Ankunft und roch unangenehm - vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech.

Śniadania dobre, smaczne, fajny basen, miła obsługa, dobra lokalizacja, jestem ogółnie zadowolony, czyste reczniki, woda, lodówka.

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο, καθαρό με όλες τις ανέσεις και πολύ φιλικό για οικογένεια με παιδιά. Το δωμάτιο είχε ψυγείο, το μπάνιο πολύ καλό και το εστιατόριό του είχε ειδικό μενού για παιδιά. Πισίνα στον 2ο όροφο.

Nice pool to freshen yourself from the summer heat. We liked the restaurant and the modern and spatious room.

The hotel surroundings are a bit unclean and this is a outside the city area where there is nowhere to walk. There are options to move but taxis are not too cheap.

Le site n'est pas le plus agréable de Gênes mais il a l'avance d'être proche du port, de l'aéroport et de l'autoroute. Chambres bien insonorisées vu la circulation.

Estábamos en un viaje largo por Italia en coche y fuimos a varios Novotel, este es de los mejores, esta bastante reformado y se ve limpio y moderno. El parking es amplio y cómodo. Muy buena opción para visitar Génova o para hacer una parada en el viaje.

Por decir algo, la piscina es un poco pequeña y los alrededores no son ideales para dar un paseo, pero esta cerca para ir en coche al centro a visitar la ciudad.

Lots of things I didn’t like it in property first for all room was very small for Family we are Arifa but it was very small room bathroom wasn’t clean enough in the lobby there is no place for city worse thing was parking space very small space for parking even I couldn’t park my car on the space. in the room they just put it 2 cups even they know we are Family for four, but they didn’t put it more cups or glass..

L accueil très moyen aucun sourire aucun effort de communication ! La propreté des chambres laisse à désirer j’ai du demander à changer de chambre car la Sdb n’a pas été nettoyé (urine présente dans les wc) cheveux dans la douche, de la poussière des interrupteurs et poignée cassés … j’ai dormi avec l’odeur répugnante de canalisations ! La climatisation est très bruyante ! Les places de parking ridicules trop serrée ! Ça m’a coûté un gros coup de portière sur ma voiture d’ailleurs j’ai dû payer 10€ de + pour la nuit pour la place de pkg ! Je ne recommanderai certainement pas cet hôtel ! Je suis très déçue et ça ne vaut pas le prix que j’ai payé ! Et ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles !

Très bon hôtel, avec une chambre agréable et confortable. La piscine fait vraiment du bien après une belle journée de visite dans Gênes ! Le restaurant est également très bon et les petits-déjeuners sont de qualité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est passable. La chambre est propre

La situation géographique est horrible. L’hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle mal famée avec aucun commerce à proximité. La seule façon de se rendre au centre ville est de prendre un bus (mal famé le soir). Nous avons pris cet hôtel pour la piscine mais celle ci est ouverte seulement à partir de 12h. De plus l’hôtel ne faisant pas payer le séjour pour les enfants il ressemble à un centre aéré. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées avec le couloir et vous avez des enfants qui hurlent de tous les côtés. Les finitions de la chambre sont très limites et l’hôtel n’a pas le standing d’un 4*. Je déconseille vraiment ce lieu pour un couple sans enfant ou cherchant du calme.

Ottimo soggiorno. Il personale ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per spostarci con l autobus in centro, disponibilità della piscina e vari servizi come la ristorazione. Davvero disponibili e cordiali. Camera come da descrizione, ampia e ben fornita di asciugamani, phone, prodotti per l'igiene. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa quindi non so come era la colazione, ma una sera ci siamo fermati al bar accanto alla reception e il personale è stato davvero competente.

Alcuni dettagli estetici della camera di poco rilievo e un odore strano appena entrati nella stanza.

Fijne locatie, mooie kamers. Prima parkeergarage met veel plekken, wel smal. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Zwembad te klein voor het aantal gasten. Beperkt aantal ligbedden, verder rieten stoeltjes. Tegels rondom het zwembad waren echt heel erg vies. Mag veel meer geïnvesteerd worden in schoonmaken.

Stayed for 3 nights. Clean, specious room, nice breakfast, ok location, good price BUT the last night we’ve decided to eat dinner at the hotel, and it was a mistake. The staff was really disorganised, we had to keep reminding about ourselves. When we finally got the main meal- my daughter’s chicken was dead on the plate, so overcooked. My duck, nicely done, but the souse was so bad. A big SHAME.

Être accueillis en français, c’était vraiment extra, avec un accueil très sympathique ! La piscine et la salle de sport sont un vrai point fort, très appréciées par nos ados. Et gros plus pour la fontaine à eau à l’entrée, avec de l’eau à disposition.

Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet, mais difficilement accessible tellement il y a du monde. La salle de restaurant est également trop petite, avec peu d’espace entre les tables pour circuler. Ménage non fait sous le lit et sous le canapé-lit. Je ne comprends pas que ces endroits ne soient pas nettoyés dans un hôtel.

La climatisation en pleine canicule et le restaurant. La chambre était confortable et pas bruyante alors que nous étions tout près d’une serie d’autoroutes.

L’endroit est un peu éloigné des principales attractions de Gênes mais bien relié en bus. Etonnant d’avoir installé un hôtel sur l’autoroute mais bien situé pour les familles qui font une croisière. L’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais ça a son charme aussi.

Maybe because we were there a bit early, they just clean the room fast and didn’t clean the floors of the room specially the floors under the bed carefully. Maybe for some they won’t see it but because my kids are a little playful and went under the bed I saw it was dusty.

C’est un hôtel famillial. L’emplacement n’est pas top mais il est bien relié aux principales attractions de Gênes. Les chambres sont propres et bien insonorisées.

L’emplacement. Le quartier du port mais si vous partez en croisière avec des enfants l’emplacement est top.

Soggiorno scelto in occasione della visita all’Acquario. Struttura bellissima, curata e pulita, con staff della reception professionale e molto gentile. La piscina è ben organizzata e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari; un vero punto di forza la bagnina, simpaticissima, disponibile e professionale. Parcheggio a pagamento ma comodo,direttamente collegato alla struttura. Molto apprezzati anche i due omaggi consegnati ai bambini: un gesto tutt’altro che scontato e che abbiamo particolarmente gradito.

Parcheggio: struttura su 4 piani, ma la disponibilità effettiva dei posti è ridotta dal parcheggio non conforme agli spazi delimitati da parte di alcuni clienti. Bar/colazione: durante il servizio di colazione non è possibile usufruire del bar per un semplice caffè, poiché il servizio non risulta disponibile.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und auch lecker, das Essen im Restaurant war auch gut und das Personal war wirklich freundlich.

Der Poolbereich war nicht im besten Zustand, genau wie die Badezimmer (bei uns lief zB das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht gut ab).

I honestly have never experienced such a disappointing hotel in my life. In my opinion, it was not worth even one euro. The rooms were dirty, the elevator was not working, and if you park on level -4, you have to carry all your luggage up the stairs. The water dispenser was broken, the minibar did not work at all, and even the tea and coffee provided in the room looked old and stale. The bathroom was dirty, the floor was dirty, and the overall condition of the room was extremely poor. With the dark colors and poor condition, it honestly felt more like being in a prison than staying in a hotel. The staff were also extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. It felt like they simply did not care about the guests. You had to say hello first, and even then, you were not always greeted or acknowledged properly. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality. And then came the biggest surprise at checkout. We had already paid separately for the hotel. For parking, the information stated €8 per night plus another €2 in additional charges, so we expected €10 per night. However, at checkout we were suddenly told that we had to pay €36 for two nights. When we asked why, we were told it was because of the city tax. However, this was not clearly stated on the website when we booked. We ended up paying €16 in city tax for two nights plus €20 for parking. Overall, the whole experience was extremely frustrating. It felt like there was always another unexpected charge or problem. I have stayed in many hotels throughout my life, but honestly, I have never experienced anything like this. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel, even if they offered me a free stay.

Parkolás megjelölése nem volt egyértelmű. A gyerekek részére a kanapéágy nem volt előkészítve, kérni kellett a recepción.
