Keine Möglichkeit oder Hinweis zum Parken beim Einchecken bei stark befahrener Straße. Kein direkter Zugang zur Parkgarage. Frühstück war qualitativ mittelmäßig. Die Gegend rund um das Hotel ist sehr leider runtergekommen.

One thing that did not meet my expectations was the cleanliness. The area under the bed was very dusty and was not cleaned during our stay. Also, even though there were two of us staying in the room, the staff sometimes provided only one towel.

Al check-in la spiegazione di come raggiungere il parcheggio potrebbe essere più chiara. Negativo = La mattina, le porte della sala colazioni ha aperto in ritardo ed una buona parte delle pietanze non era disponibile. Avendo noi l'imbarco molto presto, abbiamo potuto godere solo di quanto disponibile e non di tutto il resto. Questa è la ragione di un punteggio minore legato a staff e servizi che potevano altrimenti meritare di più

Petit déjeuner très très bon (un des plus complet et meilleur de tous les hôtels fréquentés) Le personnel ,très avenant, nous a très bien expliqué comment séjourner et visiter la ville. Top.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Das Zimmer war überraschend toll, mit toller Aussicht auf den Hafen, die Altstadt erreichbar mit der U-Bahn, die aber nur bis abends um 9:00 Uhr fährt, zurückgekehrt sind wir zu Fuß das ist auch schaffbar.
Es war nicht leicht, das Parkhaus zu finden, und es gibt in der Nähe kein offensichtlichen Platz, um kurz zu parken, um sich zu orientieren. Ich würde dazu raten, vorher anzurufen und sich den genauen Weg zum Parkhaus beschreiben zu lassen.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und großräumig, tolles großes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht. U-Bahn-Station in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Zentrum ist aber auch zu Fuß in rund 25 Minuten erreichbar. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch. Uns wem das Frühstücksbuffet wichtig ist: Da blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Parking, it very weird to get to and out of parking. The one have to walk outside around the hotel to reach from parking to reception, for some reason access from underneath parking to reception from Inside is s blocked, and where parking exit is, it is not clean and few (homeless - assume) people are laying drunk.

Das Parken in der Tiefgarage des Hotels war allerdings herausfordernd. Zudem konnte man bei der Ausfahrt nur rechts abbiegen. Dies erschwerte uns die Anfahrt im gegenüberliegenden Hafen extrem.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was fair enough. There was a staff member at the restaurant at night, I think her name was Viola, and she was super nice and helpful. We ordered some food that evening, but unfortunately, the pizza wasn’t good. She was very understanding and kindly removed it from our bill because we couldn’t eat it.
I didn’t really like the location, and getting to the hotel from the parking area was quite confusing. We also had to park outside just to get our luggage, and unfortunately, no one was available to help us with it.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026L'hôtel correspondait à nos attentes : le parking pour la voiture et un restaurant sur place. Les chambres sont de taille correctes, propres et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt copieux avec un large choix. Le personnel est aimable et à l'écoute. L'hôtel peut sembler loin du centre ville et du port mais vous avez le choix entre 3 stations de métro ou bien une "petite" marche de 20 à 25 minutes.
Attention si vous souhaitez utiliser le parking de l'hôtel... Il vaut mieux vous garer au plus près de l'entrée et demander les explications à l'accueil car, si vous suivez les panneaux "parking Holiday Inn" et bien, ce n'est pas le bon ! Il nous a fallu faire une grande boucle dans le quartier avant de revenir sur un parking aérien, juste derrière l'hôtel !

il n'y a aucun stationnement devant l'hôtel pour ne serait-ce aller a la réception . La rue est sale devant l'hôtel avec des odeurs d'égouts L'Accueil est Froid, le personnel de réception rigide et inhumain. Se voir refuser l'accès aux chambres pour un document administratif dépasse de deux mois (passeport) alors que la frontière est libre... Nous étions 3 adultes et 4 enfants ( deux familles) dont un en bas âge. Avons dû reprendre la route à 22h rentre à NICE et annuler nos visites du lendemain à Gênes. Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Звукоізоляція в готелі чудова. Номери чисті, персонал привітний. Ми спочатку забронювали на 4 ночі, а потім попросили змінити на 1 ніч, і адміністрація готелю задовільнила наш запит, за що ми дуже вдячні. Парковка також чудова.
Готель розташований через дорогу від порта. Тому хто приїхав відпочивати, це не найкраще місце. Але хто приїхав у справах, і тим більше проїздом на 1 ніч- це чудовий вибір! Мінусом було те, що в номерах немає місця де можна посушити або навіть повісити випрану нижню білизну.

il n'y a aucun stationnement devant l'hôtel pour ne serait-ce aller a la réception . La rue est sale devant l'hôtel avec des odeurs d'égouts L'Accueil est Froid, le personnel de réception rigide et inhumain. Se voir refuser l'accès aux chambres pour un document administratif dépasse de deux mois (passeport) alors que la frontière est libre... Nous étions 3 adultes et 4 enfants ( deux familles) dont un en bas âge. Avons dû reprendre la route à 22h rentre à NICE et annuler nos visites du lendemain à Gênes. Quand le monde devient aussi cruel et rigide il faut le dénoncer pour avancer dans un monde avec un meilleur futur.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026El jabón Dove del baño fue un detalle agradable. La ubicación está bien si vienes en coche y estás de paso. La habitación es amplia y está correctamente limpia.
No está limpio y no huele bien, especialmente las zonas comunes, con los suelos y las moquetas bastante sucios. El propio mostrador de recepción también necesitaba una buena limpieza. El desayuno es muy escaso para un hotel de esta categoría. Algunos miembros del personal no son amables.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026chambre correct, petit déjeuner aussi. le stationnement plus compliqué heureusement que nous avons pu mettre notre voiture dans un parking couvert sécurisé, seul bémol pas de réservation de place à l'avance, ce qui est stressant après 650 kms dans une ville inconnue, mais tout est bien qui finit bien. L'accès à ce parking un peu compliqué.......

Die Zimmer waren bei der Ankunft extrem runter gekühlt und am Abend wenn wir wieder gekommen sind, war es auch eiskalt. Ich wurde danach am nächsten Tag und am übernächsten Tag krank. Starke Halsschmerzen und Kopfweh durch den kälteschock

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026The hotel is very nice. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, the beds comfortable and the bathroom large. It is located about a 30 minute walk from the historic old town. The desk staff were very helpful and provided a nice recommendation for dinner venue.
It was rather difficult to find when driving as it is on a corner where it is difficult to stop with no clear signage.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten ich die ausgezeichnete Rollstuhltauglichkeit des Hotels. Die Zimmer sowie die allgemeinen Bereiche waren gut zugänglich und haben meinen Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel gemacht. Auch das Frühstück hat mich begeistert: eine große Auswahl, frische Produkte und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei – der perfekte Start in den Tag. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat den positiven Eindruck zusätzlich abgerundet. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel, insbesondere für Rollstuhlfahrerinnen und Rollstuhlfahrer, uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

De opklapbaar bank was oud en je voelt de veren zeer ongemakkelijk. Het parkeren was ongemakkelijk gezien dat je een groot afstand moet lopen en buiten zijn veel dronkaards. Veiligheid was niet goed zo. Liever een deur vanuit het hotel die direct naar de garage brengt.
