Location was good. Staff at the front desk was friendly.

The food in the restaurant was terrible. I actually spit out one dish and returned it because it was so foul. I suspect it gave me food poisoning not long afterwards. The breakfast had a good amount of dishes, but was mediocre overall. The pool was nice, but far smaller than the pictures portrayed. The whole place was shabby for a supposed 5 star property. It looked like it was once a nice property.

Breakfast with various food. I had the ability to get a room with a balcony. I felt Tanger’s soul. Amazing place in a nutshell. I would be glad to come back again if they allow me to😇same room with its balcony.

Absolutely nothing. The weather was cloudy for an hour but is it anyone’s fault ? Sunshine 2 hours later as all week.

L'accueil dès le check-in est de très bonne qualité, avec un personnel attentif et attentionné. Nous avons été surclassé, ce qui fut une très belle surprise. La vue de notre chambre avec terrasse était splendide, et les équipements très confort. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel, les plats étaient délicieux accompagnés d'un groupe traditionnel et d'une danseuse orientale Le petit déjeuner était délicieux également. 1ere expérience merveilleuse qui amènera d'autres séjours dans cet hôtel.

Hôtel propre et confortable. Chambre spacieux, avec balcon vu piscine et mer. La piscine en plein centre de Tanger est un vrai plus, à noter toutefois que les personnes extérieures notamment les familles des employés y ont accès, elle est donc assez fréquentée et bruyante, dommage. Le restaurant est bon, bien qu’un peu cher pour de la cuisine traditionnelle marocaine (bouteille d’eau facturée 50 MAD…). Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié également.

Hôtel très bruyant : musique et surtout, bruits de tables et de chaises qu’on déplace tard le soir et tôt le matin (restaurant ? Salle de pause des employés ?). Or on vient dans un hôtel avant tout pour dormir et se reposer… Nous ne reviendrons pas pour cette raison.

Tout est au petit soin. Personnel souriant et à l'écoute. Partout c'est propre et bien odoré.

L'hôtel est super bien situé, le personnel est adorable que ce soit à l'accueil au bar au petit dej ou les taxis, la 1ere fois que vous y pénétrez il y règne une atmosphere à la Grand Budapest Hotel mélangée à du Hercule Poirot... Les crêpes marocaines préparées devant vous, et le large choix qu'offrait le buffet du petit dej'. L'odeur constante d'un parfum diffusé dans les couloirs.

Déçue par la "piscine" couverte qui est en fait un bassin à remous.. l'endroit est petit.. ne donnait pas envie de s'y poser.🙁 Les viennoiseries n'ont été fraiches que le 1er matin.. dommage 🤷🏻‍♀️

Se escuchaba un poco el ruido a través de la puerta.

Un albergo storico, centralissimo sia per andare verso la zona della città vecchia sia per la zona più moderna, colazione di ottimo livello, piscina molto bella. Parcheggio custodito incluso, un vero plus vista la zona molto centrale e con impossibilità di trovare posto per la macchina.

Camera con bagno un po’ piccolo, deve piacere il genere di hotel storico, dall’aspetto un po’ fané.

Hôtel idéalement placé près de la Médina qui est splendide. Nous avons été surclassé avec un balcon vue sur mer. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables. Le service impeccable. Idéal si on veut visiter la ville le matin et le soir, et se reposer en journée à la piscine ou au spa. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et varié avec des spécialités marocaines. Plusieurs restaurants, un peu chers mais bonne cuisine. L'hôtel est un peu vintage, il a sûrment des petits défauts de vieillissement mais on y a passé un très beau séjour

Toutes les serviettes de salle de bain sont remplacées chaque jour. Pour des raisons écologiques il faudrait proposer aux clients de pouvoir les conserver d'un jour sur l'autre.

La actitud del responsable del bar junto a la piscina. Le hice ver que un hotel que cobra 12€ por un gin tonic debe servirlo trayendo la botella de ginebra ante el cliente, lo que el rechazó, polemizando con el cliente.

Minzah Hotel has beautiful courtyard. We stayed in August and they upgraded our room to a suite. The rooms are comfortable but decor is a little tired. Our room was overlooking the pool which is busy and noisy with music from morning until late at night. It was late August and very busy with local Moroccans holidaying. The food is OK but the staff are excellent- all were very friendly and professional and helpful.

Absolutamente todo!!! El personal es super amable, te ayudan en todo y siempre están dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda o petición. La ubicación es excelente, a 1 minuto de la plaza principal que te da acceso a la Medina. Habían bastantes cafeterías cerca, a cada cual más buena. Ha sido una experiencia de 10, salimos encantados y estamos deseando volver!!

Un hotel muy bonito y colonial, cómodo y discreto. Me gustó las zonas en las que podías sentarte y relajarte. El personal muy amable, destaco la opción de sus restaurantes con los bailes típico para amenizar la cena. El desayuno buffet de 10. En general el hotel es muy buena opción.

Al menos el día que hicimos uso de la piscina, creo le falta un poco de mantenimiento, es normal allí por qué no hay prohibiciones y no es cosa del personal si no de la gente, pero habían colillas en el suelo y las cosas que iba tirando la gente. Hay personal de limpieza y muy bien, pero a la gente le falta un poco de cuidado.

La ayuda del personal en recepción y en conserjería. Nos ayudaron mucho con la entrada, la salida y los taxis.

El desayuno fue correcto, pero un poco caótico. Sobre todo el primer día no sabíamos muy bien que podíamos pedir y que no aparte de lo que había en los mostradores de autoservicio.

The location was the only positive point.

The property didn’t feel like a five star hotel. At max a three star. Although some of the staff were very helpful and polite. We had booked five rooms of which two were suites and three were double rooms. However when we checked in at 3:00pm, the rooms we were given didn’t have towels or slippers or bathrobes , slippers water or any amenities. There was one dirty towel hanging in one of the rooms. When we called housekeeping we were given towels and robes for the two suites as well as the complimentary water bottle within the hour however for the three double rooms we didn’t get any towels or water bottles, slippers , robes or any amenities . We kept calling housekeeping for all of the above and they kept saying call reception, when we called reception they said call housekeeping. This went on for a couple of hours . Then when we called housekeeping they said they will send it. But no action was taken. At 8:00pm my wife went downstairs to the reception to complain and ask them to do something about this matter and the gentleman at reception call Abdul Alim was extremely rude. This is the worst experience we have had at any hotel , let alone at a so called five star hotel!! The rooms were dirty, the floor was laminate and was peeling off. The mirror of one of the wardrobes was cracked, in the bathroom behind the door there was an anthill which had not been cleaned by housekeeping and there were ants everywhere. We took pictures which are attached. Despite the room being cleaned the next day, nothing was done about the ant hill in the bathroom!. The quality of service was dismal. Not sure how this has been classified as a five star hotel!! We will never be staying here again!!. In hindsight staying here was a big mistake!!

Le personnel est accueillant, serviable et professionnel. Nous avons été surclassés dans une suite magnifique avec vue sur la mer. L'hotel est tres propre (je suis exigeante sur ce point). Les lits sont confortables, la chambre bien équipée et spacieuse. Tous les espaces sont decorés avec soin (restaurant, patio...). L'hotel est calme. La piscine est agréable. Le petit dejeuner est bon et varié. Il y a un parking privé et sécurisé a l intérieur de l'hotel. L' hotel est proche de la mer, de la medina... et se fait facilement à pied. Un tres bon sejour.

Scordatevi gli standard dei cinque stelle europei. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche ammodernamento, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il bagno e gli infissi. Ma ciò che ho trovato davvero insopportabile è stata la musica **a tutto volume** fino a quasi l’una di notte, che rende praticamente impossibile prendere sonno. Inoltre, l’insonorizzazione delle stanze è davvero pessima: si sentono sedie spostate e mobili trascinati fino a tarda ora, così come le conversazioni telefoniche degli altri ospiti.

Dès que l’on franchit les portes, on est immédiatement transporté dans un univers marocain authentique, avec une architecture et une décoration typiques, raffinées et pleines de caractère. L’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique. C’est un endroit calme, reposant et dépaysant, où l’on se sent vraiment ailleurs. Chaque détail contribue à créer cette atmosphère chaleureuse et élégante qui fait tout le charme du lieu. Le personnel est également à la hauteur : charmant, accueillant, souriant et très agréable. On se sent bien accueilli et considéré tout au long du séjour. On comprend parfaitement pourquoi de nombreuses célébrités, grandes personnalités politiques et du cinéma ont choisi de séjourner ici au fil des années. Après avoir vécu l’expérience, je comprends totalement leur engouement pour cet hôtel. Et que dire de l’emplacement, au cœur du vieux Tanger… C’est absolument magique. Un emplacement exceptionnel pour découvrir la ville tout en profitant d’un cadre paisible et plein de charme. Je suis vraiment très heureuse d’avoir choisi cet hôtel. Las habitaciones son amplias y bien cuidadas . El personal muy profesional y atento . La ubicación si se pretende de conocer el centro de Tánger es perfecta .

Únicamente que no está avisado que la piscina está abierta a público de fuera, por lo que da la sensación de poca intimidad cuando la quieres usar .

Great location (walking distance to the Medina, the port and the new part of town) and property with history. The car park right behind the hotel was very convenient for us as we were travelling by car. The staff was very friendly. Delicious breakfast. And the swimming pools were a great bonus.

Una estancia muy agradable en un hotel excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, el personal es maravilloso y muy atento, y todo estaba impecablemente limpio y cómodo. Sin duda, es un alojamiento 100% recomendable. Si vuelvo a Tánger, volveré a elegir este hotel sin pensarlo.

The property has charm but can seem a bit tired. However the staff were friendly, helpful and the food was good. The location was spectacular.

The interior design of the communal spaces felt like an after thought. I understand the property is old and has history but the decor should tell that story in an authentic and preserved way. At the moment, it feels a little on the tired side and could do with some love.

Amazing hotel with top-notch service! The staff is very kind and at your service at any time. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean. Two pools are very nice. The food is amazing as well! Will come back again.

Breakfast was a buffet, lots of choice, the fruit was exceptional. For me breakfast was just what I wanted. You could sit in the dining room, the terrace or the internal patio.

Beautiful old hotel in a central location. Pool area was lovely. Staff were welcoming. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Nothing really to dislike

The interior of the hotel was lovely. My bedroom was well insulated and I was never aware of noise.i had a lovely view of the sea. The staff were all so helpful and polite. If I needed anything it was brought to my room within minutes.

The bathroom was very small and badly designed. The width of the basin unit was excellent plenty of room for toiletries, but it was a metre deep and the basin set so well back there was about 12 inches of marble in front of it which made it difficult to access the shower. The first time I caught my toe on the corner of the marble which took a slice of skin off, the shower base was slippery when showering and the edge of the marble step when getting out was very rough. So unnecessary, if whoever designed the bathroom had taken the excess off the marble vanity there would have been plenty of room to access the shower. A rubber mat inside of the shower would have been a good idea too

La habitación fue espectacular, el buffet estupendo, la ubicación cerca de todo a menos de 5 minutos, el personal genial y instalaciones muy bien y limpia todas y el spa muy bien también, en general un 10 y volvería sin duda

Rock hard beds, terrible and slow elevators, dysfunctional business center, breakfast was just OK. Rooms facing the pool mean you hear the music until after midnight even if there is no one sitting out there. The BBQ option at the pool area is terrible and service is very slow.

C’est un hôtel que je connais depuis mon enfance, c’est un lieu très spécial pour moi, je n’imagine pas descendre ailleurs à Tanger.

Que la piscine ferme à 29 H pour cause de football. Un mélange des genres peu inspiré.

Il sagissait de notre 2e séjour. Avec mon fils de 11 ans, nous avons adoré! Personnel disponible, très sympathique et très serviable. Toujours un mot gentil. Que ce soit à l'accueil, au restaurant, aux étages et à la piscine. En pleine coupe du monde, l'animation était top! Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et calmes. On se sent très bien à la piscine. Hotel très bien situé, près du Socco et de la medina. Vraiment je recommande !!! Nous reviendrons forcément
