The staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel is a nice facility with a good breakfast, convenient to the Porta Nueva train station and sites in town.

As a single traveler, I liked having a single bed room better than a double bed room as there was more space to maneuver. I stayed at the hotel twice at the beginning and the end of a trip.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil. Le petit déjeuner était super, la literie très confortable et le parking gratuit juste à côté de l’hôtel, sur les places bleues, est vraiment un plus. (valable en août)

Un effort supplémentaire sur le ménage serait apprécié.

Une réactivité de la Direction, et notamment, de Gabriele, qui à su répondre aux quelques désagréments rencontrés de manière exceptionnelle. Sa gentillesse, sa sympathie ainsi que sa compréhension, ont largement contribué à la réussite de ce séjour. Merci Gabriele !!!

Breakfast was as expected. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Parking was very clean and secure and costs 25 euro's per day. Nice A/C. Wifi was good.

The room we stayed in was not very sound proof. No noise from the street outside, but the noise came from hotel guest chatter and movement. Not a big problem though. The television's satellite system was inoperable. No Netflix capability.

Ne pas prendre le parking de l'hôtel, cher et peu pratique car situé 3 rues derrière. Utiliser plutôt le parking public de la gare toute proche.

El trato de la recepción fue muy bueno.

La limpieza, tuvieron que cambiarnos 3 veces. A la tercera estaba bien y nos facilitaron el cambio sin ningun problema.

E' stato una sorpresa!!!!siamo arrivati in anticipo e giustamente la stanza non era pronta e lo staff, gentilissimo, ci ha dato una junior suite, una camera bellissima...struttura bella e pulita, posizione eccellente, personale gentilissimo..... super consigliato.. grazie di tutto

Le seul bémol probleme de mauvaise insonorisation. On entend les clients de la chambre d a côté. Dans les chambres côté rue Sacchi on entend le tram passé et on sent que ca vibre. Un soir il y a eu du bruit une sorte de bruit de machine jusqu a 2h du matin ce n était pas la clim car j ai demandé a l arrêter peut être des travaux. Mais je reviendrais quand même en demandent une chambre en étage et de l autre cote

It has an excellent location very close to the railway station, yet the rooms are quiet, comfortable and cozy. The hotel is also conveniently located near a metro station, as well as bus and tram stops. What I especially loved is that you can easily walk to Turin’s historic city centre in about 10 minutes at a relaxed pace. The location is perfect for evening walks through Turin’s beautiful squares, as well as for shopping under the city’s elegant arcades, surrounded by famous boutiques. There is also a supermarket nearby where you can buy groceries and household appliances. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping is quick and excellent, and the rooms are kept very clean. Breakfast is filling and quite varied, especially considering Italian breakfast traditions. The hotel’s interior exceeded all my expectations. There are many beautiful paintings and sculptures, which give the hotel a very special atmosphere. I will definitely come back here again — and probably more than once. I am absolutely sure of it! 💯🙏💕🌹🥂🥳

Personale estremamente cordiale ed educato, atmosfera accogliente e camera moderna ed elegante; letto comodissimo, doccia extra confortevole. Colazione abbondante, varia e di ottima qualità. Ci è stato riservato un graditizzimo upgrade di camera. Posizione perfetta, comodissimo il garage privato a pochi minuti di distanza.

Nous avons été très bien reçu à la réception par une personne très adéquate qui nous a expliqué parfaitement comment se rendre au centre à pied (10 minutes) ainsi qu'à nos futures visites, le tout aussi à pieds. La grande chambre magnifique avec de bons lits pour 3 personnes avec un charmant balcon romantique donnant sur une cour interne ou nous avons dormi extrêmement bien sans bruits. Il y avait l'air conditionné et le tout très propre chaque jour que nous y étions. la salle de bain très grande avait toutes les commodités avec une douche à l'Italienne, un bidet, toilette et un grand lavabo. les linges très propres, toujours bien changés. Pour le petit déjeuner il y avait de tout, céréales, pains divers, croissants, viandes, oeufs à la coques et brouillés, jus, café, thés et j'en passe. Très très complet. Nous avons aimé le lieux finalement pas trop loin du centre et aussi le parking interne deux ou trois rues plus loin et sécurisé. Un séjour parfait et un hôtel à recommander vraiment.

Das Badezimmer war äußerst großzügig und sauber.

Unser Zimmer war zum Innenhof mit einer Terrasse, auf die Terrasse konnte man nicht gehen aufgrund durch des Geländers, was auch kein Problem war. Das Zimmer war äußerst dunkel, kaum bis kein Tageslicht. Dieser Umstand war sehr negativ, das Zimmer hätte größer sein können, das Badezimmer hingegen war äußerst großzügig. Vielleicht besseres Licht beim Badezimmerspiegel und wie in den meisten Hotelbädern einfach mehr Hacken an unterschiedlichen Stellen um die verschiedenen Handtücher aufzuhängen. Hacken Duschhandtuch. accoglienza da parte del personale veramente molto cortese, l' ingresso è molto elegante cosi come tutto l'albergo. la stanza aveva ogni comfort ed era silenziosa e spaziosa. la colazione abbondante e variegata. tutto molto molto bello

era presente il bollitore ma non si apriva, quindi non ho potuto farmi ne la tisana ne il caffè in camera benche presenti per l'utilizzo. visto l'orario ho preferito non disturbare ma questi accessori vanno controllati meglio.

La atención del personal de recepción y de la zona del desayuno fue excelente . El alojamiento está excelentemente ubicado y sus instalaciones y prestaciones son muy buenas

L'hôtel est très bien situé, en face de la gare ferroviaire Porta Nova,et ce n'est pas très bruyant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses avec tout le confort (tv, bouilloire, café, thé, eau....) et très bien insonorisées et climatisées. Petit-déjeuner buffet très varié. Nous avons apprécié que le stationnement de la voiture dans la rue (lignes bleues) soit gratuit du 10 au 23 août à Turin (il n'y avait plus de place dans le parking de l'hôtel). Il y a également la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking souterrain de la gare pour 25 euros la journée. Pour les visites, tout est faisable à pied depuis l'hôtel. Vraiment une bonne expérience.

Jacopo, Leonardo and Alessandro are exceptional receptionists. They are always ready to answer your questions, with a smile and great knowledge. The breakfast is very rich and varied, and the breakfast room is spotless. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the city centre, and all the main tourist attractions are within a 20-minute walk.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved a little, especially the tops of the wardrobes, window frames, cobwebs behind the curtains, and the headboard of the bed. In particular, the exposed wooden beams should be dusted more often to highlight their beauty.

Hemos estado 6 noches en el hotel y la experiencia ha sido excelente. La atención del personal es impecable, muy amable y cercana (tanto recepción como personal del desayuno y camareras de habitación). Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad. Incluso tuvimos una pequeña incidencia con la luz de la habitación y nos la cambiaron por otra superior. La ubicación junto a la estación es perfecta para las conexiones con bus, tren y tranvía, y además al lado de las principales plazas y monumentos de Turín. Todo perfecto.

No podemos poner nada que no nos gustará, la experiencia ha sido buenísima. Enhorabuena a todo el personal

We had a lovely weeks stay here in Turin as hotel especially comfortable and thanks for the room upgrade. Next to train station and few minutes walk to shops and of course plentiful bars and restaurants. Not far from most of the historical attractions by walking. Room exceptionally comfortable and clean and quiet, and only slight noise of trams if facing the road, but nothing too disturbing. Aircon works well and easy to alter if required. A shout out to all the staff, courteous and helpful.

Breakfast is your standard for these type of hotels , but everything fresh and replenished quickly. Staff very efficient and friendly and cheerful which is appreciated.

L’emplacement, le décor traditionnel

L'emplacement est très bon puisqu'il permet de se rendre rapidement et facilement aux principales attractions touristiques (Lingotto, Supergas, Venaria, Piazza castelli, ...).

L'Hotel est "old style" (j'adore ce qui n'est pas standard) il propose des chambres différenciées. Les escaliers sont même particuliers avec des miroirs, des rampes argentés. L'accueil est très professionnel (on a démasqué tout de suite que j'étais français).

- Insonorisation de la chambre moyenne, on entend les voisins parler. - Pas trouver de chaîne française à la TV.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte all’hotel con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione davvero ottima comoda per visitare Torino e per spostarsi così facilmente. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la collezione varia e piacevole

L’unico aspetto da migliorare riguarda il sistema per collegare lo smartphone alla TV e utilizzare Netflix o Prime. Abbiamo seguito più volte l’istruzioni presenti nella camera e contattato anche il personale, ma il collegamento non ha mai funzionato. Sarebbe utile verificare il sistema e le istruzioni fornite, così che il servizio indicato possa essere effettivamente utilizzato dagli ospiti

El diseño, la habitación limpia y cuidada. Varios productos de aseo. El colchón, comodísimo. Hicimos el check-in muy tarde, y sin problema. Buen desayuno. Muy buen personal.

Notre chambre était côté rue, le bruit du tram la nuit peu vous réveillez. La moquette au sol des parties communes serait bien à changer

Bel établissement à l’ancienne ; marbre, boiseries, moquette moelleuse, … Service très professionnel. Bien placé pour visiter le centre de Turin. Et un buffet de petit déjeuner somptueux. A 100 € la nuit, faut pas hésiter.

La chambre mansardée au 5° étage est pleine de charme,… mais la cabine de douche est un peu petite.

Se ve que el hotel tienen partes renovadas y otras no. La primera habitación fue muy linda, renovada, lo único es que la heladera no enfriaba y se pudrió todo lo que compré. Igual le hubiera puesto mucha mejor calificación. En la segunda habitación, el piso de madera estaba mal mantenido, las tablas quebradas y crujía mucho al caminar, se escuchaban incluso los pasos del cuarto vecino, por el mismo motivo. También el baño tenía hongos entre juntas de las baldosas y no estaba modernizado. Había muy mala sonorización, se escuchaban las charlas de la habitación contigua, y lo mismo los vecinos escuchaban todo (murmurando con mi hija antes de la medianoche -sin television, ni nada-nos golpearon la pared para que no hablemos).
