Very nice hotel and great value for money

No complaints

Super spacious and well lit room, recently renovated. Comfortable bed and lots of pillows to choose from. The location is great, close to the historical center, shops and the Porta Nuova train and metro stations. We stayed a few times at the Majestic, always a pleasant time.

The breakfast was poor. Compared with similar level hotels, it was mediocre with especially the hot food being below standard. Overall the hotel decor felt a little dated in places

Las instalaciones en general, estaban muy bien. La zona del desayuno, muy amplia y agradable. Desayuno bastante completo con varias opciones. Personal amable. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo.

Lovely hotel and room, felt very ornate and not too expensive! I also felt very safe here as a woman solo traveller. Good location to the train station and to the city centre.

Gute Lage, die Innenstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind rasch zu erreichen. Freundliche Mitarbeitende. Kaffee beim Frühstück wird auf Wunsch von der Bar gebracht. Für zwei Nächte okay.

Ein praktisches Businesshotel halt, wenig Charme. Riesiger Kasten, dunkle, lange, fensterlose Gänge, etwas spooky, lärmige Lüftung, die auf dem Dach im Innenhof die ganze Nacht rattert, und die man in den Zimmern hört. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist zwar riesig, die Qualität ist jedoch durchschnittlich. Deckt den internationalen Geschmack ab, hat mit italienischen Spezialitäten wenig zu tun.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'ambiance de l'établissement. Possibilité de tout faire à pied sinon le métro est à deux pas, il y a aussi les bus. Chambre confortable, calme (côté cour). Il y avait du choix pour le petit-déjeuner.

Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader. De ligging is top : op 100 m van het hotel is er de halte van de metro, de bussen, de bus van en naar de luchthaven en het station Het ontbijt is lekker en heel uitgebreid. De kamer was ruim met alle comfort en heel net.

Enig minpunt : Geen beveiligd wifi net

Sehr gute Lage, nähe Bahnhof und zu Fuss ist das Zentrum gut erreichbar. Zimmer war gross genug für 2 Personen.

Kein Vergrössungerunsspiegel im Badezimmer, dies sollte in einem 4*-Hotel vorhanden sein. TV-Gerät sehr kompliziert zum Bedienen. Frühstück: Kaffee nicht besonders gut für italienische Verhältnisse da aus Maschine und nicht frisch.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept sooo well.

Breakfast was being tidied away from 10am when we had been told it was open until 1030. Yes, we could still get food. Yes, we could order coffee when the machine had been turned off but it did y feel very pleasant. And your breakfast offer was very good.

La cama era grande y cómoda. Habitación muy limpia y mobiliario en buen estado. Desayuno rico con gran variedad de frutas. Los trabajadores muy amables.

Tal vez la habitación me gustaría un poco más luminosa. En el desayuno tal vez incluir otro tipo de repostería.

O hotel goza de uma localização privilegiada, perto das principais atrações turísticas. Estando mesmo em frente à estação de comboios de Porta Nova, conta com metro e vários transportes à porta. O pequeno-almoço é farto, equilibrado entre doces e salgados, e inclui bastantes produtos típicos.

The hotel has a great location – everything is right in the city center and within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is quite old, but that gives it an authentic charm and character. The rooms are cleaned every day, which was really nice. Overall, a great choice if you value a central location and an authentic atmosphere.

What we didn’t like: the breakfast was exactly the same every day throughout the week, with very limited options for children. The air conditioning could hardly be called air conditioning – it felt more like a fan, and we would have appreciated a bit more cooling, especially at night.

Lovely rooms; immaculately clean; very quiet, so no disturbances to a good night’s sleep; perfect location; kind and helpful staff.

Couldn’t get anything simple to eat when we arrived, exhausted, at the hotel restaurant (21:30), as they said they were too full for 4 people and the soup had run out! However, not a huge problem, as there were plenty of local eateries on the doorstep.

A wonderful hotel and an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were polite, professional and welcoming, and we especially appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than expected. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, with a fresh clean scent and soft background music. Everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the quality of the renovation, furniture and finishes is outstanding. Our room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The furniture and bathroom were in perfect condition, the climate control worked very well, and there was a great selection of in-room amenities, including coffee, snacks and a minibar. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with excellent service. The location is superb, with practically all of Turin’s main attractions within walking distance. Being able to leave our luggage after check-out was also very convenient. My wife and I were happy with our stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Turin.

Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen, op wandelafstand van het station Porta Nuova, vriendelijk personeel, ruime en verzorgde kamer en propere badkamer. Het ontbijt was zeker oké, ruime keuze.

De eerste ochtend (donderdag) werden de borden en bestek niet geregeld bijgevuld. Vrijdag- en zaterdagochtend was dit probleem opgelost.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück.

El hotel es muy bueno. Bien situado, junto a la Estación Porta Nuova y a muy poca distancia del centro a través de Via Roma o de Via Lagrange. Estación de metro muy cercana, así como la parada del autobús al aeropuerto. Limpieza sobresaliente. El personal, muy atento, cumple muy bien sus funciones. El desayuno buffet muy bueno. La relación calidad-precio, razonable. La red wi-fi gratuita iba bien. Aunque no fue nuestro caso, disponen de salones para reuniones y congresos en una zona específica. Nos ofrecieron hacer un "late check-out" gratuito hasta las tres de la tarde. Tienen guarda-equipajes. Si regresamos a Turín, repetiremos estancia.

Es el primer hotel de cuantos hemos visitado, en muchos países, en el que nos piden una propina del 5% al hacer el check-out. Además, pretendían redondearla al alza. No creo que esa práctica sea apropiada para un hotel de esta categoría. Los precios de las habitaciones dan para un sueldo digno del personal.

Posizione eccellente fronte stazione e pressoché in centro.

Nonostante frequenti assiduamente l’hotel vi sono cose a mio avviso da migliorare e che ho già scritto in mie precedenti recensioni e che non sto qui a riscrivere. Durante questo mio ultimo soggiorno ho trovato capelli alla parete della doccia nonché presenza di muffe nel bordo del piatto della doccia.

Really comfortable and tidy room which exceed expectations given the price, great value for money, friendly staff

The cleaning team may not have realised my check-out time was 12pm due to a mix-up, so my room was made up with my personal items removed. Nevertheless those personal items were stored somewhere and were returned to me. I believe this is just an isolated incident and mistakes do happen, and I hope the staff do not feel too bad about this given they were very apologetic for the mistake and the issue was resolved very quickly, which greatly reduced the impact on my overall great experience.

Lo staff è gentilissimo, a partire dalla reception per passare poi all'housekeeping e sala colazioni! L'arredamento classico é bellissimo, lo stile mi piace molto, camera confortevole e pulita. Esperienza da rifare quando tornerò in questa bellissima città .

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel hat ein nettes Ambiente liegt zentral: sowohl zur Innenstadt als auch zum Bahnhof Porta Nuova.

Der Personalausweis sollte nur nach ausdrücklicher Genehmigungen des Gastes kopiert werden (aus Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsgründen). Die Anmeldung ging schließlich auch ohne Kopie es Personalausweises.

Friendly welcoming staff , lovely large comfortable rooms . Good selection at breakfast. 15 minutes walk to start of main centre . Next to metro and supermarket.

Bottle of water should be supplied free of charge each day , kept cleaning coffee machine when breakfast still running so had to keep asking for coffee .

La localisation ! Proche de tous les monuments, commerces, restaurant, bus, métro…parking à même pas 5 min à pieds (payant). L’hôtel est joli, propre et le personnel sympa. Les bouteilles d’eau offerte, le plateau de bienvenue (the , café , bouilloire..).

La climatisation très très bruyante. Le frigo qui ne refroidissait pas avec 37 degrés c’était pas top..

Great location for shuttle bus to airport and has a sightseeing bus stop outside the hotel. The premises were very clean and restaurant staff were helpful with vegan food options

Colazione internazionale ottima nella qualità ed assortimento. Hotel posizionato in zona strategica della città, con facilità di raggiungere qualsiasi altro luogo con mezzi pubblici- Bagno pulito, accessoriato con prodotti. Peccato che la maniglia della porta difetttava.

Non mi è piaciuto che avendo chiesto di prolungare il soggiorno di una ulteriore notte, mi è stato concesso, ma ad una tariffa decisamente maggiorata.

Rengeteg értékelést elolvasva megtudtam, hogy a szállodára ráférne a felújítás, az ágy kinek puha, kinek kemény a reggeli pedig a pazartól az egyáltalán nem 4 csillagosig terjedt.... 😀 Szerintem pedig A szálloda a belvárosban, a fő vasúti pályaudvar mellett található, mégis csendes szobák. Tehát gyalog bejárható innen a belváros, ha tomegkozlekednel is perfect! Személyzet rendes, kedves, udvarias, ahogy 4* szállodában illik. Reggeli, gépi kávé ( rendben van), friss zöldség, gyümölcs van, meleg es hideg reggeli is korrekt ( ok a rántotta olyan mintha porból készülne, de ez ma már Sajnos szinte mindenhol), az édes friss pékáru választék mintha pékségben lennél. Ha proseccot, préselt narancsot, igazi kávét szeretnél az is van, de étlapról, 4* áron. Az ágy nekünk kényelmes, kemény fajta , párnában nagy a választék. Mind a fürdő, mind a szoba jó állapotban, 3 lift is működik, a hall tágas, hűvös, szép. Kis problema volt az első szobankkal,nem tudták egyből megoldani, de azonnal upgradelve másik szobát ajánlottak. Korrekt, profi csapat. Naponta takarítás, a használt törölközők cserélve. A szálloda nem volt tele, ezert nagyon jó áron is foglaltuk . Utolsó nap mentünk az egyiptom múzeumba, 10 perc gyalog, így gratis későbbi kijelentkezést is kaptunk ( + 2 óra)

Es un edificio muy bonito

La posizione è perfetta se si viaggia in treno (molto meno se si arriva con auto perché i parcheggi sono certamente vicini ma molto cari). Si raggiunge tutto a piedi con facilità, i servizi del quartiere permettono di gestire la vacanza agilmente. La colazione è abbondante, curata, ho apprezzato la presenza di opzioni vegane che spero diventino maggiormente numerose. La camera era ampia e dotata dei comfort necessari.

La pulizia della stanza è migliorabile: il copriletto di uno dei letti aveva una grossa macchia visibile, c’era molta polvere. In generale sembrava che la camera avesse ricevuto una pulizia molto frettolosa e superficiale. Per il prezzo richiesto questo aspetto è un po’ deludente. Il servizio in reception è efficiente ma molto freddo.

Très bonne situation géographique tant pour la visite de la ville que pour la limite avec la ZTL (parking publique juste à côté). Buffet généreux au petit-déjeuner.

Me gustó todo, mi habitación estaba muy linda y muy limpio todo. Y el hotel era precioso, el desayuno estaba muy bueno, así que si vuelvo a Torino me hospedaré en este hotel.

lo que no me gustó mucho es que no hablan Español, pero igual intentan ayudarte, es lo más importante.

Centrale ligging, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie grote schone kamers. Aardig personeel. Super hotel.

Jammer dat ze tegenwoordig geen eigen parkeer voorziening meer hebben. Zelf een bewaakte parkeerplaats opgezocht en daar de auto gestald.

1. In bagno no amenità es dentifricio, kit persona ecc. da un 4 stelle me lo aspetterei 2. Non sopporto le macchinette del caffè come nelle stazioni in un hotel di questo livello ci si aspetta il caffè servito. Pancake ecc da pagare a parte, eviterei visto il costo già elevato della colazione.
