Stay at Orchard Rendezvous has always been a pleasure. Friendly staff like at front desk and club too.

La ubicación es excelente, en uno de las mejores zonas de Singapur, a 7min caminando del metro. La habitación muy buena, cama comodisima y amplia. Todo perfecto en nuestra estancia

The room is spacious and well kept, even if it is a little dated. The bed is very comfortable. The location is very handy, only a short walk to the MRT and other amenities.

There was a regular clanging and banging noise above our room every night and morning. Not sure if it was pipes or the other patrons.The bar at the pool was not staffed, but you could order through a QR code.

Located right off Orchard Street, right across a 24/7 Coffee Bean store that is always open. The rooms are HUGE. I think the location is the best this hotel has to offer. Did not visit the pool or the gym unfortunately. I think, if you do not mind the fact that the hotel is really old, it offers a GREAT value for money and it is pretty clean.

The hotel is very old and it needs to be updated. The elevators are quite old too, making your experience from and to your room quite slowly. While the rooms are huge, the wallpaper and the paper need to be refreshed as well as the everything in the bathroom.

Location was good a bit further from orchard central area but in walking distance. The beds were comfortable and good space for a family .

The carpet in room - specially near the walls and corners are literally black with dust. Did not like at all specially we were with young kids. It looked unclean. It can certainly be cleaned properly

Baustellenlärm von 8 bis 22 Uhr durchgehend, einmal sogar mitten in der Nacht. dünne Fenster, schimmel im Flur im 7. Stock auf der Verbindung der beiden Gebäude. Eher unpersönlich.

Nice location- at the beginning of Orchard road. 10 min walk to Orchard metro station. Good sized room and bathroom. Has a small chamber within the room for luggage. House keeping staff are pleasant.

Reception staff on arrival was a bit stand offish. Also check in time is 3pm…. They were not really keen on giving early check in even though I made a formal email msg request. And they don’t accept cash for room payment unless it is the exact amount. Turns out, a lot of places in Singapore are now cashless. Really annoying. We were given a room which was facing some building construction(Aug 2026). So from 8am-10 pm it is noisy in the room. Looks like the construction near the hotel will be on going for at least another 4-6 months. So ask for a room away from the construction if possible.

Bij de eerst keer op de heenreis kregen we een veel grotere kamer .Op de terugreis kregen we een kleinere kamer precies naast het gebouw wat werd verbouwd. Tegen een veel hogere prijs. Na protest Kregen we andere kamer aan de de stille kant.

The property is nice, the lounge and restaurants were great.

The front desk check-in staff on the 29th around noon, attitudes were terrible. They were very disrespectful.

Gute Lage, schöner Pool

Es ist dort gerade unglaublich laut. Man hat das Gefühl mitten auf einer Baustelle zu wohnen. Selbst in den Zimmern war es sehr laut. Leider war man am der Rezeption nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns um ein ruhigeres Zimmer bemüht (Megabaustelle direkt daneben). Das hat aber erst nach mehreren Versuchen geklappt.

Breakfast was adequate the location was close to all shopping and cafes. There was a hairdresser inside the hotel which was convenient.

There were building works on the block next to the hotel which we were not aware of. The staff were very helpful moving us to a room away from the construction noise.

Old style roomy high ceiling rooms with everything working. Swimming pool was superb.

The room was quite spartan. No art on the walls, the coffee/tea selection was quite limited.

Reservé para 2 adultos y 1 niño una habitación superior, y al llegar me dijeron que la habitación era para 2, tuve que pagar una supletoria a parte. Si la habitación no tiene la capacidad que eliges, lo lógico es que no te la deje reservar...

The noise due to nearby construction work was disturbing

This hotel unrespective hotel, they cancelled my booking before one of my travel and i sent to them email to clarify why they cancelled my booking but they didn't respond yet since 5 days back. If you have family i dont recommend it to anybody.

Room was large and spacious

No porter to help with our luggage, staff weren’t very friendly, room furniture and decor was dated and was accused of vaping in the reception area - I don’t even smoke!

The staff at the reception were mind enough for us to leave the baggage as early check-in was not an option

Upon check-in, we were assigned to a room located immediately adjacent to ongoing, heavy construction. The noise was constant and severe, rendering it impossible to rest or nap. Furthermore, the balcony was covered in construction dust, which severely impacted my health as I suffer from a pre-existing respiratory condition (wheezing). When we contacted reception, we were informed that construction runs daily until 10:00 PM—meaning we were expected to sleep and wake up to active disruption. When we requested a room change, the only alternative offered was a corner room in an old, unrenovated section of the property. This room was cramped, stuffy, smelled noticeably old, and had poorly functioning bathroom facilities. Moving from severe noise disturbance to a substandard room with failing amenities made our stay unpleasant from start to finish.

I indicated that the statcatiom was to celebrate my boy's birthday and we got a surprise where the hotel staff (Samy) placed HAPPY BIRTHDAY letter cards on the hotel bed to welcome us. There was a cute card and small tiramisu cake for my boy too. Really loved the personalized touch and Samy was at the door waiting to wish my boy a Happy Birthday too. Other than that, I feel the service delivery is very consistent across. From the counter staff to the staff welcoming us at breakfast etc. It was really a delightful stay and we are looking forward to planning another staycation with you. The variety at breakfast is so so, however. But that is certainly not a deal breaker. Was telling my boy that we will just opt out of breakfast at the next visit and sleep late. :)

I can only remember happy and positive moments from my staycation. If i can suggest, perhaps have YouTube app on your smart tv? I find it useful especially when I want to search YouTube for food to try or places nearby to check out when I stay in hotels.

Не чисто, недружелюбный персонал, соотношение цена-качество очень сомнительное. Вокруг отеля СТРОЙКА. Имейте в виду, что большинство номеров выходят на стройку, весь день долбят фундамент. Точно не берите самые стандартные номера, с которых начинаются категории. Воды в номере нет. Халатов тоже.

Excellent location with lots of restaurants on site or in the vicinity (eg Hard Rock Cafe). Super easy to walk to the MRT or the bus stop (across the road) and of course, it’s the start of Orchard Road. Booking a club lounge room was so worth it for the inclusions (access to club lounge, an allowance of 2 pieces of laundry each day and mini bar stocked with non-alcoholic drinks). Samy in the club lounge was a highlight. He was attentive and great to chat to and a fabulous source of local information. Thanks Samy for looking after us.

The construction noise from next door (disclosed on the website) was louder than I expected. The pool needs far more shaded lounges- the few cabanas there fill up quickly. The pool bar wasn’t manned either (a QR code was on the bench which didn’t work for me and a phone).

we asked for an upgrade and the did not hesitate to try and look for something better as our room was next to construction. The room upgrade was excelent. Looking over the pool. There was no extra charge.

The staff made me go into a scenario where I ended up entering another person's room as they gave the same key the think of 1218 which was already allocated to other guest I want entire 2 night refunds otherwise I will escalate it to the highest level This was worst 2 minutes in entire travel I ever did in my complete 41 years of life Don't give the refund - see the consequences 🙏
