Its a bit old and and in need of a refresh

The breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed 2 dinners at the Vibe. What we really liked was the pantry where you could swipe your room card and collect some chips, soy crisps, fruit, coffee and fruit drinks.

The staff were the best. They went above and beyond. It was really appreciated. We will be back. The customer service was truly memorable. Thank you so much.

That we had to leave so soon.

Travelling with 2 teenagers, we were grateful to have the extra space with our connecting rooms. The pool area was perfect after hot days exploring and the location was excellent.

The accessibility to attractions and places of interest.

The bathrooms are outdated. One had a moldy tub mat a nd leaking shower head. Reception staff were not as welcoming as the housekeeping and food and beverage ones.

深夜のチェックインでも従業員が対応してくれて助かった。部屋は掃除が行き届いて綺麗。室内に清掃を頼むボタンがあり、毎日のルームクリーンも丁寧。シンガポールの熱い気候にも負けず、エアコンがガンガン効いているため、温度調節は注意。何より食生活が偏る海外旅行でジムがあるのはよい。

求めすぎるのも良くないが、バスタブに剥がれがあったのが残念。

La ubicación

Tienes que pagar por una cama suplementaria por una reserva de 2 adultos + niño de 12 años. Además a un precio desproporcionado. A la hora de hacer la reserva booking me ha dado este hotel como opción sin explicar el coste adicional.

La Amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal. La relación calidad precio. Vale la pena pagar taxis y te sale mejor que el dineral que pagas por los hoteles de Marina Bay. Amplitud de habitaciones y desayuno muy bueno para ser de allí sin esperar que sea uno de un buen cuatro estrellas de España, pero hay de todo. Quizás falten zumos naturales

le confort de l'hotel, la gentillesse du personnel ( merci à Raymond pour sa grande gentillesse et pour nous avoir fait un early check-in, il nous a sauvé la journée, nous avons pu nous reposer, surtout pour les enfants), la piscine grande et propre, l'isolation phonique.

des distributeurs de cafés ou de nourriture pour dépanner pas trop loin de l'hotel car il faut marcher dix minutes pour arriver à la premiere superette.

Hotel eccellente, con un'ottima posizione e un facile accesso ai principali punti di interesse della zona e metro. Le camere sono confortevoli, ben arredate e molto pulite. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, attento e sempre disponibile ad aiutare.

Der Pool ist in Ordnung. Die Lage nahe Orchard Road auch okay, aber bitte nicht versuchen, mit Koffern von der MRT den Berg hochzulaufen. Auf Anfragen reagierte das Personal schnell und unkompliziert

Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Vieles wirkt abgenutzt, hat deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Deutliche Flecken auf Teppichen und an Duschkabinen, verschmierte Türen im Aufzug. Abgeplatzte Stellen an Spiegeln, Plastikrand vom Badspiegel löst sich. Von vier Aufzügen funktionierten maximal zwei, angeblich weil in den anderen mehrfach Gäste steckengeblieben sind. Vorhänge wirken keimig, Fenster sind dreckig. Die Koffer von Gästen werden in der Eingangslounge aufbewahrt, so ergibt sich ein unordentlicher Eindruck gleich beim Betreten des Hotels. Auf dem Weg zum Pool kommt man an offenen Türen zu Küchen o.ä. vorbei, im Poolbereich findet sich eine verlassene Bar, die verschmutzt und lieblos wirkt.

Really good sized rooms with very comfortable beds. All the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help. Pool is a nice size and never very busy. Approx 10 min walks from Orchard and Somerset MRT stations so great location.

Shower was a little tricky to get the temperature right.

40 min before breakfast had finished, lots of things were gone and were not replenished.

breakfast is good with more options for guests needs and flavours.

the broken communications with the front desk, for example, when we made the payment for the extra service, we were not explained clearly well for the estimated cost and waiting time, we were not serviced in the sequence order. people behind us were serviced first before us. additionally, the receptionist was out of patience, it took us longer time to fully understand the difference in prices for payment methods and no tax receipt was provided upon request. we feel a bit embarrassing and silly.

It seems to be noisy at the lobby with luggage and also quite dirty and dusty. Looks like the carpet/rug was not being cleaned for ages

Location was good, general ambience, staff attentive and nice pool

Breakfast was expensive. The main issue was down to Booking.com. I specifically booked 2 rooms for a family of 5 with children’s ages 16, 12 & 12. On arrival we were given rooms with a 1 bed in each and advised it is usual for children to share beds with their parents. We have not experienced this anywhere else and in a previous booking in Sepilok we were advised anyone over the age of 6 is considered an adult. Clearly something is wrong in your booking processes.

The staff were lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the connected rooms were perfect for our family of four. When we were looking for hotels in Singapore, we found so many that claimed to sleep four people but only had one king bed, so having two proper rooms for a similar price felt like really good value. We had plenty of space and really appreciated having two bathrooms as well. We didn’t have breakfast, but we did eat dinner at the hotel one night and it was decent. Having the pool was also really nice! Overall, I think this is a great relatively affordable option for families who actually need enough space for four people.

The location was just so-so for us. We liked being less than a 10-minute walk from the Orchard shopping area, which has tons of shops and restaurants, although navigating all the different malls can be a little confusing! For most of the main tourist sights, though, we felt pretty far away. Public transport was easy to use but generally took us 30–45 minutes, and Grabs were often 20–30 minutes and around S$25-30+, just something to consider. The bathrooms were perfectly fine overall, but the detachable shower head in one of ours wouldn’t stay in place and absolutely soaked the bathroom when one of our kids first used it. The glass shower partition is also a little too short, so it’s easy for water to end up on the floor. These are pretty nitpicky complaints though, and for the price and amount of space we got, we were happy with our stay.

für Stopover zu empfehlen, Zimmer ausreichend komfortabel, ÖVP mit wenigen Minuten Fußmarsch gut zu meistern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Minuten.

Walls were paper thin. The room next to us we could hear everything until we yelled for them to be quiet at 3am. Our phone in the room didn’t work so couldn’t ring reception to let them know. The light in the cupboard wouldn’t turn off it- it is meant to turn off when the door is closed but wouldn’t. It had been taped down with duct tape which had come loose so the light was on all night

The hotel was good The staff in restaurant for breakfast was friendly But there is some note for housekeeping and there duty manager I was very upset and unsatisfied They obeyed me to pay 50 SGD because a small stain in bed sheet, I travelled with a kids so that’s normal in all of hotel I never back to this hotel or the same group company

Cleanliness, pool, friendly staff, pantry

My husband and his grandson stayed there. He was the former manager for South African Airways between 1992 and 1996. The crew of S.A.A. stayed there when it was still called the Elizabeth Hotel. The Hotel has convenient access to Orchard Road and is great value for money given the location. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. They can't remember if the guy at the counter's name is Craig or Greg but they really appreciated his service.

He says, "The bathrooms appear to have been untouched since the last time the crew stayed there 34 years ago and are in need of an upgrade. Also the carpets at the elevators are well worn and need to be replaced." His last thing was that there wasn't any packing space in the room. (Just hanging place and a shelf to put your suitcase on but no where to pack your shorts, shirts underwear etc 🩳) The charge for breakfast he felt was exorbitant as they found other places nearby with better choices and better value.

We had a fantastic stay at Vibe Hotel Singapore. The staff were amazing from start to finish: friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and room service was great too, quick and reliable every time. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The location is very central that we could walk to the MRT or the Shopping Street. Made exploring the city so easy. The pool area was a real highlight too, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Overall a fantastic hotel: great service, clean rooms, amazing location, and little extras that made our stay special. Would definitely stay here again!
