I like everything about the property. There is nothing I don’t like.

It is a good location but views from rooms are what they are. View from the gym and roof top is good though.

Vivanta is a nice and modern hotel, with good-sized rooms with a lot of light. Breakfast is very good, and there is a good restaurant at the top floor. Quite a pleasant stay. Staff are you, efficient and friendly.

Amazing. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. Our travel plans had changed half way through, which meant we extended. The staff were very accommodating for it. We had our niece join for breakfast a couple of mornings and there were no issues for it, which is quite rare to find especially with hotels these days. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a slightly quieter area of Kathmundu, away from busy Thamel etc. You can still a 5-10 min bike ride to the main buzzing city centre.

Staff was absolutely amazong, I want to mention especially Ramota taht was Always helpful. The breakfast was euch in choices healthy and tasty thanks to Chef Hiroy. The service rendered in this hotel was really great. I would like to mention one particular staff at the breakfast buffet area, her name is Rachana, she went over and above to provide good services. I have some dietry restriction and with language barrier, she went out of her way on a daily basis to provide personal assistance by checking on the ingredients used in preparing the food items. Actually it was not only for me, my other 2 colleagues and also to other guest, as I saw het walking to some of table having conversation and Rachana asking what they need and if there are any allergies. Very impressive personality

I just finished a 15days business trip to Kathmandu at Vivanta, and I have to say this hotel exceeded what I expected. And I've stayed in plenty of 5-star places across China, UAE, Australia, and Malaysia. From day one, Beebek sir made sure I felt at home. He wasn't just checking boxes. He genuinely cared about making every day comfortable. But the breakfast team is what really stood out. Ramita, Rachana, Anup, Aayush, Ujjwal, Laxmi, Sonya, and Supriya didn't just serve food. They remembered my coffee order. They knew how I liked my breakfast. After 15 days, they still remembered. And you know what? Their service was so personal that I won't forget their names. That's how you know they actually cared. Sonika at the front desk made checking in and out smooth. Mr Narayan at the salon gave me the best haircut I've had in ages. Magical hands. The little things matter too. The city view from my room was stunning. What struck me most is the culture here. You can tell Beebek sir and Suresh sir have built something special. The team isn't just working. They're genuinely proud to be here. And you feel it. If you're visiting Kathmandu, book Vivanta. The team will take care of you.

I stayed for almost 2 month and had wonderful experience. The service was excellent and staff was friendly and attenrtive. Chef Hiroj prepare Chinese bao for me. One of the best pizzas I have enjoyed in Kathmandu! The pizza at Mynt, Vivanta Kathmandu, was perfectly baked with a crispy crust, rich tomato sauce, and generous toppings. Every bite was full of flavor, and the fresh ingredients really stood out. The presentation was excellent, and the balance of cheese and toppings was just right. A special appreciation to Chef Hiroj for creating such a delicious and memorable pizza. Also want to thank Ms. Ramita and Mr. Amrit for warm hospitality and great service.

Most Convenient location, total value for money. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and proactive in meeting our needs. The room is tiny. The furniture was quite bad. It is not expectes from a Taj group.

We only had breakfast twice at the hotel but the breakfasts were very good and had a nice variety of foods for everyone. Excellent location very close to a lot of restaurants' and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast spread was very poor, same menu everyday .Bakery items & salad spread was very poor besides very few option in buffet. It didn’t meet expectation of TAJ group

All the staff from restaurants to the IT and the managers we interacted with have been really warm and helpful. A big shout out to the service staff: Rachana, Anup, Durlove, Laxmi and Ramita. Great smiles, attitude and hospitality. The GM, Anil, also personally check in on us to make sure our stay was comfortable .

Amazing experience I had in the hotel. I came in for my anniversary and the arrangements were made well before my arrival in my room that too on a complimentary basis. Even after insisting to pay, the manager Mr Ritesh did not accept the money. Very kind and friendly staff. The food was very delicious and not to forget the spectacular view you can enjoy from the rooftop swimming pool. Very much recommended.

Excellent service from the staff, especially the room staff on Floor #7. All were very attentive to the needs of an infrequent international traveler in assisting with local taxi and driver arrangements. All of which makes travel to this enticing country more inviting.

A group of five of us stayed at the Vivanta Hotel for a week and had an excellent experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and my room (Deluxe King) was very comfortable. I used several of the facilities including the gym, spa, rooftop bar and pool and found them all to be very good. The breakfasts were excellent, and although we didn’t have dinner at the hotel as we had other plans, everything else was very good. Special thanks to the breakfast, reception and security staff who really looked after us. All of the staff at Vivanta were incredibly kind and always eager to help with any requests. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Kathmandu.
