Nhân viên có vẻ nhìn khách mà phục vụ. Vẻ bề ngoài của khách quyết định tác phong phục vụ của nhân viên tại quầy lễ tân. Còn lại thì tạm ổn.

The view of the lake from my room was amazing. Also the room deco was pretty. The large tub was a treat too. The bed was comfortable

Rooftop was nice to walk around at sunrise. Friendly staff, they responded to our requests. Luxurious pillows and blankets. Accepts credit card.

1. Enter lobby, get mobbed by mosquitoes. None in room, thankfully. 2. Room smelled strongly of mold, had to remove some furniture and ask for air freshener 3. Breakfast was free, and they were working hard on it! But nothing very delicious or special, and literally the worst cup of coffee I have had in a year of living in Vietnam. 4. Spotty / slow wifi. Dropped zoom calls. 5. Refrigerator never got cold, even overnight 6. Very loud noises/bangs all night above us, like someone was throwing furniture around. Had to use earplugs and white noise to get to sleep finally around 2am. Hopefully that was other customers. Get a room on the most upper floor if you can.

Got in late on the plane, only stayed one night, but very nice

The hotel is in an elevated location with a very nice lake view and pleasant surroundings. It's convenient, being within walking distance to restaurants and local small shops on the other side of the lake. They include a good buffet breakfast with mainly local items. You can order an upgraded coffee like cappuccino for about $2 USD. My cappuccino was very well made with care - kudos to the barista. Most staff members are very pleasant and helpful. The low room rate makes this property very good value.

You can tell that the property used to be a luxury hotel with top line fixtures. It's a bit long in the tooth now and needs renovation and updating to bring it up to being a modern facility. For those who find it relevant, there is no air conditioning in our room. The climate in Da Lat is very pleasant and air conditioning is not really needed. The listing on Booking.com stated that there is an airport shuttle. I asked about it at the airport and apparently the shuttle is not available any more.

Dalat, you cnt go weong , the hotel is an old styled , the staff are amazingly helpful at all areas

First mistake was mine, NO AC. Provided fan broken, bath dirty, room tired. First breakfast was a few leftovers from 3 coach loads of overnight guests. After complaint, fan replaced but told as they regularly had coaches just overnight we would have to get up earlier if we wanted buffet breakfast, or ask chef for specific dish! Bed was like a rock, shower temperature intermittent and poorly stocked minibar. No USB charging points. Notices everywhere about charges for stealing stuff!!!! Carpet crunchy in places. Staff are 5*,the hotel needs a good clean and lick of paint, and to decide if it wants to be a luxury hotel or a coaching stop as it seems unable to do both. This aside, large room with lake view and small balcony. Personally will not stay again

Very nice close in to town location with nice view of lake. Very nice view from room. Pleasant staff. Close to walking by lake and not to far from town. I would rebook if I returned in the future.

The views of the lake from the room were completely insane. The room was quite spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a great variety of options

NOISE, A LOT OF NOISE FROM EVERYWHERE. If you're a light sleeper like me you may have trouble sleeping in this place, there are dozens of noises coming from everywhere. You can hear the cars and motorbikes like if you were on the road, people decide to put very loud music in the square next to the hotel late at night, if the room next to you decides to have a shower late ar night you won't be able to sleep with all the noise from the shower...

Hotel is somewhat isolated from the busier parts of town. Quite a lot of road noise. Breakfasts were okay but pretty basic.

Near the lake.

A quiet old hotel with a good location near the lake but there was a very noisy area behind the hotel I could not rest at the night time specially with the dogs .. the breakfast was normal and there was no air condition.

The staff did not speak much English, they charged for the tinest thing, breakfast was poor, not helpful

A hotel with a very beautiful view, you can look directly at Lam Vien square with the Artichoke flower. Room prices are very suitable for location and room quality, prices range from 700,000 VND or more. You should choose a room with a view of Xuan Huong Lake, and you should book early to get a good price. You should try the experience of ordering dinner to your room to enjoy the wonderful space here. The room has a damp smell because Da Lat's climate is quite humid, but just opening the door and turning on the fan will eliminate the smell. A small note is that there is no air conditioning here.

Location is very convenient

No AC in rooms and gets pretty hot, if you open the windows to cool the room there is too much noise from the street. Furniture is old.

The design is so romantic. The view is excellence
