Was cheap for a 2 night stay

The receptionist who blatantly lied to me. Our toilet was broken and he tried saying they were fully booked and no other rooms were available

There were cockroaches in the washroom as well as the room. The wardrobe and mirror was dirty. Curtains were falling from the railing. It wasn't worth it. And quite far from the airport too.

It is spacious bedrooms and near to the Kuah Jetty.

All 4 rooms have a musty smell and not fresh, found small cockroaches running around in bathrooms, and basic toiletries provided. The photos of the rooms were well presented on the website but didn't match on the actual site. The receptionist during check-in was unfriendly.

Old furniture. Even the bed is not even. Toilet is old and danger (floor trap is rusty & can’t properly closed) confirm bleed if u kicked it.

Quarto com mau cheiro e bichos. Quadro eletrico ao descoberto e chuveiro danificado. Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade e café horrivel. Animais mortos e fezes na piscina após vermos a limpeza a ser realizada.

Bilik yang luas, sangat selesa, disediakan iron & mesin air sejuk & panas di setiap tingkat. Harga yang murah & dekat dengan stesen minyak Petronas, kedai makan, Idaman Suri, HIG & pelbagai lagi.

Kebersihan tandas, agak berbau & kurang bersih. Balkoni yang kotor.

- Kolam renang yg selesa.... - mempunyai Balkoni bilik dapat santai pada waktu malam - Hotel yg menjaga privasi tidak bising dan tidak banyak masalah

La piscine était vide, nous avons pu en profiter seuls. La chambre spacieuse. La gentillesse du personnel.

L'hôtel devient vieux. Le petit-déjeuner était peu varié.

The first room i was allocated had insect poo on the bed sheet and mold on the wall. I request a room change, but the second room had a big crocroach. Definitely unacceptable

Airco die niet werkt als je niet in de kamer bent en ik snap dat het op stroom werkt. Maar het ruikt er toch behoorlijk muf als er geen goede luchtstroom is en het is binnen 9 uur weer behoorlijk warm in de ruimte.

Tolong perbaiki pintu bilik (susah betul nak bukak sampaikan kena tukar bilik lain) then staff yang diberi arahan untuk tolong tgokkan pintu that time agak tidak mesra dan macam layu je tak bersemangat. Etika layan tetamu takde. Boleh bersandar kepala dekat dinding sebelah pintu sambil tgok husb try nak bukak(staff tu bukak okay. Sampai dkt husb nak bukak kemain susah). Then terpaksa tukar bilik lain.. lepastu shower punya penyangkut ke apa tah dh longgar which is dah patah. But tu bukan masalah besar pon.. cuma dari segi layanan staff yg tolong kita org tu macam tak bersemangat. Lagi satu aircond tu.. nak kecikkan pon gak boleh nak besarkan pin tak boleh. Tak tahu macam mana nak adjust suhu dia. Dah penat belek2 remote control last2 husb kata biar je lah… kalau sejuk tutup je suis..

Location was perfect, friendliness of staff with easy check in process. Most importantly the room size was massive. Breakfast was a bonus although shouldn't complain with the food was served as it was good and value for money. Swimming pool was clean and massive too. Overall, was happy with my stay with group of cousins.

The breakfast was decent and the pool was big enough. Few beds by the pool would have been nice but that's not an issue. The wifi was painfully slow - maybe unlucky me but all in all good hotel for the price point

нет полотенца для ног и рук - было всего два полотенца для 2х человек. Сантехнику надо было обновить несколько лет назад - краны подтекают, поэтому в ванной постоянная лужа. Ковровое покрытие в коридоре уже попахивает. Иногда пробегают тараканчики (на 7м этаже!). Так же учитывайте 11 ринггит в сутки налог - 1 ринггит - налог отеля. Остальное - government tax.

The hotel was great. It was very clean. We did not see any evidence of anything unhygienic. The staff were pleasant. The bedroom was very large. There was a great king bed. Although, the mattress was old and springy. The shower was very hot with decent pressure. The swimming pool was a good temperature and great size. A sun lounger would be nice; hard to stay for a long time when it is only tables and chairs. The hotel was also very quiet. I would definitely return.

The hotel is outdated but that wasn't a problem. The issues are minor. The price reflects this and it is still a good quality hotel. The breakfast is basic; essentially it was just nasi lamak for 20RM.

La piscine est géniale et la chambre spacieuse. Un prix défiant toute concurrence pour une prestation pareille. De l’eau fraîche ou chaude filtrée était à disposition. Le personnel est très agréable.

Stort rom og både vannkoker, strykejern, friskt vann på gangen og grei frokost. Veldig kjekt å få tørrkaffe på rommet. Koselig betjening. Kjekt med svømmebasseng.

Hard seng, vannkokeren stoppet ikke å koke og doen rant fordi det var noe galt med flotøren. Dette fikset vi selv, men måtte gjøre dette flere ganger. Er heller ikke glad i teppe på golvet. Flekker på teppet etter søl.

So far I remember I requested room with breakfast. But they told only with one room, one person was with breakfast.other two were not with breakfast. So,we had to purchase breakfast. The menu was not like international standerd, all foods are with local menu and limited items. Bathroom floor was a bit sticky. They didn’t provide sleeper for the guests for using in the room. I requested double bed,not twin beds.they provide twin beds.

La chambre est grande, la vue du toit terrasse avec la piscine, la sympathie du personnel. L'hôtel est a proximité de la mosquée flottante.

L'hôtel pourrait etre remis au goût du jour, le nettoyage un peu plus poussé et la plage a proximité est la, pour la vue de la terrasse, plutôt que pour la baignade. Un peu loin des endroits a visiter.

プールが広く朝食付きで美味しかった。上層階は見晴らしがいい。ナイトマーケットや商店街にも近く、便利だった。

エレベーターがよく故障するし、一度閉じ込められた。トイレットペーパーは最初からなくフロントに取りに行った。部屋は機械音の様な異音がしたので、部屋を変えてもらった。シャワーの水流がほとんどなく、大変だった。

The location of this hotel is good as it is in the centre of town and just behind Haji Ismail Group (HIG) Mall.

at least put some plants and water futures at the lobby. The lifts also need to be welcoming so that we don feel like in the hospital lift. The swimming pool is beautiful but need some deco so does the cafe. Hotel room need massive up life..bring it back to 2025 not 1985. The receptionists need to be train to communicate confidently to guest around the world. Came on management.. you can do it...

The location is perfect for me. Near the place that aims for. The cuckoo machine on my floor and the receptionist area, even sometimes it's run out of water.

TOILET😭😭 toilet floor feel slimeyy. No toiletries (these points are not bothering me so much) but this hotel should provide basic at least for example body wash and shampoo and stick it on the wall. The carpet😭😭 I should ask them to vacuum it but I never do that as I always come back late to stay. Their breakfast.. repeating breakfast. Please once you know people are staying more than a night please change and variety your breakfast. And simple boiled eggs or scrambled eggs also cannot be requested. Sad..

I loved the pool area and the room upgrade was really nice looking out across the bay.

It’s seen better days but that’s reflected in the price buffet breakfast items could have been hotter.

Breakfast is more for foreigner menu such as rice and dhal in the morning. Second day was suitable with local taste like fried rice and fried noodle.

The pool was great for children and open up to 10pm. Ample car parks. I book two rooms and thanks to the hotel management they gave us connective rooms. We had an iron and ironboard ready in the room, nice.

One of the rooms bathroom door was not able to close shut and lock. But it was a great deal for us.

ينقصه الكثير من الامور المتعلقة بكلمة اوتيل على سبيل المثال ينقصه ادوات الاستحمام ومياه للشرب وكما انه قديم لا يصلح للسكن

1) Berhampiran dengan pekan Kuah. 2) Harga sarapan pagi sgt berpatutan. 3) Kurang terima sinaran terik matahari. Bilik saya mengadap kolam, jd saya lihat kurang terima sinaran mataharim. Boleh buka langsir dan pintu balkoni dan terima angin dgn byk

1) Tiada toiletris. Botol minuman yg disediakan tiada air. Perkara asas yg sepatutnya pihal hotel sediakan tiada seperti berus gigi dan ubat gigi, cutton bud, gula n creamer 2) Parking lot hanya kecil. Kena park betul² supaya tidak melepasi kotak parking depan dan belakang. 3) Parkinh dibelakang sgt gelap, tiada lampu. 4) Perabot lama dan carpet perlu divakum atau sekurang2nya letak pewangi.
